Your friends are too? Edit: I see it's their first time, so, you can't know, but if you give them 30ug, I don't think they will be feeling the effects that much. Let alone be tripping... -

Bro, you need to let your nervous system adapt by changing the way you handle your energy when interacting with these girls. Notice that when you are fully relaxed, in your body, calm, and suddenly you come face to face with a beautiful girl, your energy moves up to your head, and you become really ungrounded. It's a proces of adaptation to a more healthy response from your nervous system. If it happens again, ALLOW it. Stay with the feeling. Allow it to be there. Don't label it. Don't judge it. Just see it for what it is. Don't hide it from the girl. Let her see it. That's the most masculine thing to do. Allowing yourself to be with that feeling. After you allowed it, it fades. Then, start practicing feeling into your body when you talk to girls. Consciously focus on your body and imagine yourself being grounded just like a tree with it's roots in the ground. You'll notice your energy becoming much more grounded. After you do this a lot, your nervous system starts to learn that pretty girls aren't actually as scary as you first thought they were. Practice grounding yourself in social situations a lot. Go put yourself in tension a lot. You'll become very comfortable with it after a while, and you automatically start playing with it. Automatically you flow more with people and that way it's easier to connect.
-
Girls get attracted to masculine energy. having masculine energy is all about being really grounded in your body, being able to hold tension and play with the tension. Being the container that makes it safe for women to express their femininity. I'd say go talk to strangers, men and women, actively start feeling your body and become really grounded while having a normal conversation. Then try to build up to not needing an excuse to go talk to people and just go expose yourself to tension with random people. Eventually you'll notice that you become comfortable with it and you automatically start playing with it. You'll notice it then becomes a lot easier to connect with people and build connections. You'll grow your masculinity by challenge. There's no shortcut. It seems important to you. Go for it. Attraction is all about energy.

I have difficulties recalling the right words in the right context. I remember being really good at this a couple years ago. Are there efficient ways in improving this? Some nootropics?

By the way, I think on the street, there is more chance of people getting some indica strain instead of sativa, and for me, indica is all body and almost no altering thought patterns, when my thought patterns get altered, I automatically get in a contemplative state which makes insights come really easy for me. Keep in mind that people on here commenting that weed is of no use may not have experience with sativa strains because of the weed that gets sold on the street is indica dominant.
-
For example, once I was sitting outside with a friend, while smoking some weed, at some insight hit me about the duality between my body and the external world, and I realised there is no external world, and that that duality is a projection your mind creates (every duality is). The cells in my body do make it convincing that I'm seperate from reality, right? From that time, my awareness started dis-identifying with my physical body
-
I got multiple awakenings on weed, and I consider it good for relative insights as well. Edit: I only use sativa's which for me is more mind altering than indica. When I use indica, I only get body effects and not a lot of mind effects. I like amnesia haze for contemplation

I agree. But as you said, that huge stage red ego is not open for any discussion. Many people are not. You wouldn’t want to be a victim of people their ignorance, right? But you know, he did that because your dogs were lose. Next time if you walk them, put them on a leach and he probably won’t say anything because that was the reason in the first place. That they were lose. But you know, these things happen all the time. Once I got hit very hard on my head by a drunk guy out of nothing. And I got more of these incidents. I think it’s important to be able to defend yourself in this society full of crazy people. Some same scenario might happen again to you where you didn’t do anything wrong and get threathened or attacked. Happened multiple times for me. You could learn self-defence krav maga or the thing Matt suggests. I think it’s also a good area of development. Being able to handle physical theathening situations involving people. Doing so by black magic/self defence/reason. Although I don’t think you will get far using reason in this world lol

A year ago, my sociopath friend who I thought was a friendly charismatic guy who I enjoyed having a laugh with, turned his back on me. He broke into my house, held a knife to my chest, while trying to take my money. I impulsively stabbed him in his face, he went to the hospital, and after a couple days, I received a lot of death threats from him. we crossed each other 6 months after, I was just arriving at the bus stop on foot, while the bus just departed. He was in the bus looking at me, doing gestures that he will chop off my head while holding a knife. In a bus full of people. No shame, no fear, no self-consciousness at all. I moved to another town. Not specificaly for that reason, but mostly because of my life purpose. But I'm glad I did, Now I don't have to look over my shoulder.

I started going to the gym and trying to gain some weight. I have a small appetite so my priority is making sure the things I eat are calorie dense. These foods aren't always the most healthy. Though, they aren't that bad either, I suppose. I don't eat junkfood. I've ocasionally seen people here talking about diet when doing consciousness work. I eat the following things; white bread, cheese, oats, milk, proteine powder, banana, pasta, peanut butter, meat, fish My concern is that I don't get the micronutriets I need while following the classic bodybuilder diet. Any advice? Do I maybe need supplements like vitamins and such?

What do you consider bodybuilding? I’m not looking to become like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Only trying to build a decent physique. 80-90kg at 180cm is my goal
-
My question is a bit more nuanced. My goal is gaining weight. I struggle to do that, so I try to lean more towards calorie dense food. I then don’t look at nutrient density, because my priorities lie in gaining weight. But still I want to make sure I don’t neglect my health. So that’s why I’m asking it would be enough to take supplements, you know. I don’t know why people say that supplements are inherently no substitute for real food. I see where that is coming from, but I would think that if my current diet lacks certain nutrients that is can get from supplements, then it does substitute for real foods. But anyways, I’ll go eat more healthy foods.
-
Yeah, I’ll have to find a way to implement more healthy foods into my diet. I never considered diet to be of much importance in my personal development journey. Guess there’s a time for everything, right? in theory eating healthy is ok, but if I consider my life situation, it is not very practical, but I will make it work. I’ll check out athleanx. Thanks

Thanks for responding. Yeah you're right about the nutrient dense>calorie dense when it comes to health. But I'm trying to gain weight, so I'll kinda have to lean towards the calorie dense food for awhile till my stomach expands a little more, then I can make place for more nutrient dense food as you suggest. I consider my health to be of as much importance as my physique. I'm also a college student so have a low budget. Do you know the effects of crappy food on your experience and body? Low energy? lower cognitive functioning? is it significant? I'd like to eat more veggies, but don't like them at all lol. Feel like a little child that doesn't want to eat veggies. I'm not knowledgable at all on nutrition, and I would like to research this more, but I'm wondering if it will make a big difference in my energy/cognitive fuctioning if I change my diet. If it doesn't, then why would I care. Maybe I can just take some vitamins instead of going through the uncomfortable proces to adjust to a new diet full of wonderful veggies.

My ego is scared of truth because it has set up these important goals and values them. I’m scared that I will become disengaged with life. This makes me want to stop the spiritual path. I value amusement, humor, positive emotions very much. It’s my most important value, probably because I had a shitty past. I know it’s my ego, right, but it doesnt help. And when I saw the guy’s post on here about him feeling like his life is meaningless after full awakening, and it feels that way in his experience, that just comfirms my worry

What does initiate them when you’re enlightened? When you’re identified with ego, I guess they get generated by the ego valueing something external for it’s benefit. Interpretation of some circumstance that generates this feeling of being amused. For me personally it’s human interaction. Opposite sex specifically. where do they come from if you’re egoless? I would guess that it is just an emotional flatline, no? A peaceful one tho, without too many fluctuations -

Why would I even give a shit about Truth. If the point of life is just to experience, why not experience in a way that is in line with your personal truth whatever that might be. For me it’s amusement. If I can create a lifestyle with abundance of that, why give a fuck? -

T* actually I feel more shitty because you don’t provide value to this topic -
I’ve only done LSD so far. What are the fenomenological differences between the two?

How to present the path to truth to people in the best way possible that evokes a genuine interest in truth for truth’s sake. Not for their ego. And I mean planting seeds in people who are already looking for something more than their current experience. I find it difficult to make people identify even 5% of the significance of this work.
