  1. If I like the Democrats, then how can I potentially support Trump? It's important avoid falling into the mean Green trap that Ken Wilber has talked about. Making the Green level of Spiral Dynamics stronger in a country risks increasing the divide. That's not integral. What Trump potentially can do is to grab the lower stages of Spiral Dynamics and bring them up. Nobody left behind.
  2. @Peter-Andre In that case I will support Biden. But we will see. I'm not counting out Trump yet.
  3. Well, at least the election is entertaining. And I think that Barack Obama was a great President so if Biden wins that will be good enough I think. I still hope that Trump can come up with at least some evidence so that I can support him again.
  4. Even Chris Christie said on ABC News that Trump needs to show evidence. Zero evidence! And I now heard Trump saying in his latest press conference that the polls were knowingly wrong. Again, without any evidence. So I'm on the fence until there is substantial evidence or I will support Biden.
  5. The transpersonal stage I define as trans-conceptual and collective consciousness. It's a whole new level of mind! In this new video Shunyamurti talks about something similar. I don't know yet if his description is correct, but it surely sounds like a new level of mind.
  6. It's also important to avoid mistaking numbness for inner peace. Numbness suppresses the agitation and makes the crystallized ego grow stronger. Inner peace is the opposite of numbness. One method for this is to allow the restlessness and other agitating feelings to increase along with the inner peace. A form of conscious alchemy where the agitation is transmuted into inner peace.
  7. I find it frustrating to have to wait for the election results. Especially since it's uncertain how long it can take. So what to do about that? My approach is: mindfulness practice! The restlessness is the crystallized ego vibrating. So mindfulness practice can be used for identifying the crystallized ego so it can more easily dissolve. And as a next step when the restlessness has been identified I focus on inner peace. Even when it's difficult to find inner peace I can find a small seed of calmness among the agitating emotions. The practice is to put conscious attention into the small inner peace and allow it to increase.
  8. ABC News said that the Trump supporters are divided into two camps, one which thinks that Trump shouldn't make the accusations and the other camp with people who support Trump's accusations and come up with all kinds of conspiracy theories. What a mess! So it's better to wait and see what actually happens.
  9. @Mikael89 Good idea with up and down arrows. But the media often makes their own predictions and calculations, so if they showed arrows like that it would be more difficult to present and explain when the temporary arrow situation clashes with their own forecasts.
  10. @Forestluv Yes, it's difficult to speculate about classified information. Just an idea that came to me. We will have to wait and see what happens.
  11. ABC News now said that Trump recently tweeted "stop the count". Someone said, could have been Edward Snowden or William Binney, that the FBI often does parallel investigations, meaning that the NSA has evidence of crime yet that's classified intel, so the FBI finds another way of arresting the criminal(s). I suspect that Trump is doing something similar here. It seems unlikely to me that Trump wants legal counting to stop. What may be the case however is that the intelligence community has given Trump classified evidence of fraud and that it's legal for Trump to tweet about that parallel investigation style.
  12. No, I'm looking at it from a larger perspective. So I'm waiting to see what happens because I don't know the full story.
  13. @_lemon_ Are you sure that the media is in cahoots with the Democrats? Manipulation goes deep in society. My impression of the latest media reporting is that we have to wait and see.
  14. @_lemon_ Well, CBS News and ABC News are now questioning the polls. ABC News went on for a long time asking how we can trust the results when the polls suck. He didn't use the word 'suck' but that was the meaning I got. So I'm optimistic that the media is doing its job.
  15. Yay, now an ABC News reporter in an interview asked: "The polls were wrong though, can we say that? The polls were wrong." I like this trend of questioning suspect results like that.
  16. My woo woo take on humanity is that there are people who have been at the transpersonal stage since the dawn of humanity. But it's an incomplete transpersonal state where they lack the personal individuality that we have at the personal stage and that instead they have always been a collective consciousness. So what needs to happen then is that we at the personal stage integrate with those with a collective consciousness so that humanity becomes a unified integral consciousness that transcends and includes individual consciousness.
  17. I'm sure that will please hardcore Christians. What many Christians seem to fail to understand is that we are all "chosen" by God. There is only "God".
  18. @Preety_India At least the media now brought it up, so I'm happy with that at the moment. And the media focus now is on the actual results so the polls before the election can be something to look into in the future.
  19. @Preety_India Okay, yes good point, but in that case I think it would be possible to make the polling anonymous. I have started to suspect that the abysmal poll results are a result of corruption. Those making the polls are supposed to be top notch experts on statistics and in other relevant areas of expertise. Before the election I was uncertain other than that the polls seemed unrealistic to me, but then when the actual results came in that made me really start to question what the heck is going on.
  20. @Thewritersunion Random polling is how it's supposed to be done I think, but the polls were in line with: Biden 52% and Trump 42%. And one expert even said that the polls were more trustworthy now because they have learned from the mistakes in the 2016 election. The actual result seems to be more like 50/50. That's a huge discrepancy!
  21. I found it suspicious how the media was so quiet about the catastrophic poll statistics before the election, but now NBC News talked about people asking: "I want to know who they were polling". Very good! CBS News also has improved recently in my opinion. So I feel more confident about the media reporting now.
  22. I've got a batch of Kool-Aid if anyone is interested in starting a community.
  23. NBC News now talked about a batch of votes in Arizona that had lots of votes for Trump. That reminds me of what I posted about earlier, that the late votes where historically Democrats have dominated a lot, in this election it's more even according to an expert. And they also talked about green ballots in some state, something like that, and those could have a lot of Republican votes another expert said. So we will see. Seems to be a real tossup between Biden and Trump. Exciting, and also frustrating to have to wait for the actual result. Several days, and that without possible recounts. Sigh.
  24. I believe that the result of the election will be extremely important for the whole world. And that big things will happen globally in the coming years. But I'm not a U.S. citizen so I'm more of an armchair follower of the election since it doesn't affect my personal situation as directly as for a U.S. citizen. And I predict that Trump will win with a Republican majority in da House or what it's called. That will give Trump enormous power. Scary? Could be, especially for the American people, but I feel that the situation will be under control.
