I also quit coffee for a few months, maybe three or four, and then decided to start drinking it again. I like the taste and the habit, and for me the perks outweigh the drawbacks. But, unlike you, I did experience an absence of brain fog when waking up after quitting coffee. You have to ask yourself: What is fear? What does illusion mean? What is a self? And I don't think anyone says that emotions are not real, I don't agree with that statement at all.

I haven't read it, but Adyashanti was actually the one that has made me understand what Love is, at least for a moment, there was an insight. This is a long video, but he explains it in a way that resonates with me, more than any other teacher who talks about Love. Worth checking out for anyone who is interested in the topic. Adyashanti is such a great teacher, so relatable, he never makes you feel inferior or like you don't know as much as he does.

I have to disagree, these women exist. Granted, you could say that they are somewhat unconscious, but they exist and I've met some of them.

What exactly is meant by Love? If it's not an emotion, what is it? Also, doesn't love need an object? Doesn't the act of loving involve one who loves and something which is loved? How does that fit with nonduality? And finally, how to become conscious of Love?

That's the plan, but I guess I could do some research and see if there's anything else nearby...

@Kensho Thanks a lot for this, I really appreciate it. The problem is that I don't really have a choice. I can only go to a retreat in Portugal that they're having in mid September. It's either that or nothing, because I live in Asia, and this will be a short visit. So far they don't even have an exact location for the retreat yet, they're still looking for it. I'll ask them for some additional details, and I'll ask about the Palchukan brothers as well. The guy I'm in contact with is a guy named Pancho, any idea who he is? Thanks!
