  1. @Elevated The one on AstraZeneca isn't really true, about the blood clot. They found some of the patients already were suffering with them prior to being vaccinated, and the EU are circulating this story because theirs were not effective, and instead of pushing for a compromise and making contracts to have Britain ship over the vaccines ASAP, they decide to suspend shipment due to 'side effects' of the vaccine. Very soon, a third wave of the virus is being predicted to hit Europe again, so to me the risk they took of not getting vaccinated soon, will cost them even more. Very much like national pride, EU's pride is wounded, and any form of help would be another slap in the face. They even recently are trying to shut down vitamin D supplementation! Are the people in charge living inside virtual worlds?
  2. @Husseinisdoingfine And you'd be just fine being ruled by China? They have a certain way of dealing with minorities that should make your skin crawl, being ruled by such a system. I can't even bring myself to troll about China, because it's that disgusting to make light of this situation.
  3. Lovely find! I'm definitely checking this out.
  4. @SM-OConnor I've found that taking up a practice of tulpamancy does help with the loneliness and dread part. Though I speak for myself here. Another is taking a break and looking at life again, start dreaming bigger, and figure out the next evolution of my vision. Another is brainstorming new ways of bringing more life into past passions and hobbies, finding ways to combine them. Generally, get back into your roots, into basic self help again if you want, and spend time there. Go and check out Leo's blueprint on motivation, and develop that skill of willing motivation in yourself, that's super powerful and useful, and don't let anything stop you training that. This skill helped a ton with my life. Then after some time has passed, and you settled down, do the advanced techniques, get into spirituality more, with a stronger inner world and inner things with consciousness, you'd be more prepared for bigger insights and dealing with things and places being figments of imagination because, well, tulpamancy has you develop the sense of dealing with figments of imagination intentionally at the very least, along with some benefits that are not expected, At least this is working for me.
  5. @Vision The cooking process removes the lectins from the oats. From my experience, my leaky gut and diarrhea stopped when I slowly transitioned away from my normal breakfast to oatmeal breakfast. And not just oats, but what you mix with them can help or worsen a condition. I used to drink whole milk and had cereal with them years ago, but that contributed to my gut issues. I transitioned to special skimmed milk, and I see for the past 5 years that as a mix, and occasionally use milk alternatives like almond or hazelnut milk, not only correct my gut, but weight loss and muscle recovery as well. I also use peanut butter, butter, sometimes cream, cinnamon, sometimes nutmeg, sometimes cacao powder, and tea honey with hive mix. As a breakfast, so far, my energy not only boosts but is stable throughout daylight. My drink is sometimes tea, sometimes coffee, and lately it's been me mixing the two together, coffee tea, and water throughout the day. I have also significantly reduced junk foods and micro wave foods. My lunch and dinners vary with availability, but I try to snack on fruits in between if I can. The only consistent food is the oatmeal I have. I don't know exactly what is inside the oatmeal, but my leaky gut problems went away from eating oatmeal, maybe it's the fiber intake or something specific to the oats I eat, but normally fiber can help, or eating specific types of food. I suggest cooking using a steel pan, and if you can try not using the black or chipped black pans, or the micro wave to heat the oatmeal. I sometimes use micro wave or steel pan because I do me. Of course, it's especially complicated with my body, because growing up my childhood I ate Indonesian cuisine and their typical foods in their culture, mixed in with western junk food like KFC and McDonalds. After moving from there to the UK, I grew up on their typical breakfasts, foods like fish and chips, steak and kidney pudding, while still having some foods from Asia and yes, KFC and McDonalds, only now it's more burgers and pub foods. Oh, and it's here I started eating serials. Also developed a taste for seafood, for prawns and fish. Went to Brazil, had their foods, really loved their meat buffets and seafoods there, Went to America, and it's just all kinds of foods at this point, sometimes larger portions. In terms of foods, I do like the breakfasts, they have variety and some good sized portions, but boy, I wouldn't suggest drinking coffee with orange juice and pancakes together. My food craze settled down around my time in North America, and it's there I started slowly making my diet more cleaner, like reducing the junk foods, drinking more diet sodas and water, stuff like that, about 8 or so years of this slow transition to healthier foods, and the next 5 years here in the UK was the same slow transition to healthier foods, I don't know, maybe my ancestry involved eating bark or oats of some kind, like wild oats. Probably my genes from both Europe and Asia, or my exposure to so many cuisines my body can handle oats pretty well. Who knows, I know my body is happy.
  6. Some differences between Taiwan people and mainland chinese people:
  7. Found a great video analyzing escalating tensions between China and Taiwan: What do you guys think about this video?
  8. @aurum That's right, Vegansim is just a tiny step in a staircase, not the whole solution. Only a tiny part among many other solutions. Those types of documentaries, while might have value, can scar and shame people into turning Vegan, which is not the best because now they are listening to fear and social shaming rather than any genuine signals in their body to change diets. If a plant based diet works in your system, after the adaptation phase is done, then great, but some systems can't handle this diet. However, all the thought stories of animal suffering and environmental destruction in the mind will over ride genuine signals in the body that the body is in crisis and the diet is not integrating well. If the signals are continually ignored, the body will keep signaling, until a health crisis results. Veganism also is not humanitarianism nor is it environmentalism and moralism.
  9. @1liamo78 Are you pro free will? Do you happen to be a solipsist?
  10. @EnRoute If I'm not mistaken, they also had some skirmishes with Indian soldiers along the border at the mountains. China is just pure evil at this point, there's not a lot of good things to say about it, maybe the takeaway, but even that's bad.
  11. @integral Same, but I wouldn't call veganism holistic ideology, just ideology. Still there's some good health wise, more than the moral side.
  12. @Enlightenment I can imagine that if the form is immortal, and there's something wrong in it, then because it can't die, it stays forever with that damage. That's brutal. At least with a one life, or with after lifes and reincarnation, that death realises the consciousness in that thing to move on. Staying stuck forever in a form, to me is the worst of all things that could happen.
  13. @Blackhawk I've tried, and it seems most people are just not ready, or are living different realities. I might later test out a different entity I've created recently, so we'll soon see if it's successful at night time. While I'm still researching, I could see some potential for this to go far. I'll be journalling this project seperately from this thread
  14. @acidgoofy This is similar to what I had experienced.
  15. @Breakingthewall 1. Each person's mind and body are unique. No matter how universal the effect a psychedelic has, is being filtered by each mind and body differently. Mine adversely affected my sleep cycle. 2. My particular use is different from Martin's, yet I suffered very similar symptoms. 3. My choice and risk assessment in sharing my experience. Remember that they are still illegal for the most part. In the end I have to watch my own back. 4. Can't link the thread on the device I'm using but the user was sharing a psychedelic experience, and it was locked and the user was banned for sharing dangerous combination of psychedelic with a spiritual technique. Reading it through, I do agree, because the user was advocating large doses in combination with other psychedelics with a spiritual technique. I also had a new psychedelic, which is rare and hard to come by, and I too did it in an unusual way, but I decided I would be better off keeping this to myself, until I see other trip reports mentioning this psychedelic.
  16. @jjer94 I've had that before, with time slowing down. It eventually passes away, but seek help if it persists a long time.
  17. It seems like this tulpamancy is another way of going meta on consciousness splitting off. Speaking after watching yesterday's video that Leo did on going meta. Well, I kept getting signals that my time with Crysty, and tulpamancy, is me in the process of going meta on my consciousness splitting off, going meta on how I'm actively hallucinating her form into physical reality. This whole time, including my experience with the haunting in my past, was an event making me go meta at a young age, that I wasn't ready for. I feel like this is preparing me for something big to happen, hopefully I'm prepared and so is she.
  18. @Carl-Richard Sorry, don't want to say anymore that could get me warnings or a ban about my use or where. I'm just saying that this insomnia is related to my psychedelic use.
  19. @erik8lrl We're off to a good start.
  20. @Qna I'm willing to bet some are here. However, enlightenment is subjective, so I wouldn't be waiting for others answers.
  21. @WaveInTheOcean Hell yes! Eat oatmeal for breakfast, stick to it, and most likely any digestive problems gradually go away, as some of mine went away in time. Also makes weight loss much easier, and depending on how you make it, helps with gaining some muscle mass too.
  22. @Carl-Richard No, you're on the right track. My sleeping patterns were disrupted noticeably after using 5-Meo-DMT. Apart from the amazing experience the substance provided, how the substance impacted my sleep is why it's hard for me to retake it for any consistent length of time.
  23. @Boethius 1. Science tells me, with textbooks, teachers, graphs and 3d models, that earth is a round object flying through space, faster than a car's acceleration. 2. I go outside, and from my direct experience, I don't feel being accelerated through space, so much so that my car travels so much faster than the earth, because the passing wind is forceful. 3. From lying down, my direct experience tells me that there's no roundness either, even I see many irregular shapes on the horizon. And the sun does most of the moving, so... the earth really is flat. 4. Science is evil and corrupt. Don't bother to prove me wrong or right, even your proofs come from science, so it's corrupt too along with evil you. Me taking your logic, to the nth degree with my right brain. Now I must rest, good night.
