I'm willing to bet the government has to some degree reversed engineered some of the alien tech. -
@assx95 Go with what the body tells you. For example, morning wood with little to no sexual thoughts, wank away. As soon as you're aware of thoughts triggering the boner, be mindful of them. I know this varies, as some men get boners in the middle or before bed, but always make sure it is genuinely from the body.

@assx95 It comes down to what you want from NoFap, and what you want to use it for. Mantak Chia and taoist practices have theories around the frequency from each age groups, and since you're in your twenties it's okay to fap once and rest for 4-8 days, unless you feel more negative from a fap. I do NoFap because for some reason masturbating once or more has negative effects in my body that I feel flu and fever like, so I do this practice for health. Sometimes I go longer.

What's your opinion on war? -

Pretty good chance it's hired pro in digital art. -
@fopylo Leo had a video on dealing with writer's and creative blocks. For me, when I'm blocked, I bring to mind memories of what I like and recall them in detail, include layer by layer. I also allow myself to imagine other ways of creativity. Just this could get me out of block.

@Jon_Bundesen I've experienced a similar sensation like this, after long abstinence from fapping. Just make sure to at least give 4-8 days of rest in between your masturbation sessions for rest.

@Matt23 The video in question has just been taken down. Maybe the thumbnail will be different. Also, I think it might be legal, but that does not stop the original company from issuing copy right strikes and take downs. -

Here is the follow up video: -
@Nomad13 Synchronicity 101, you aim, the universe fires.

@King Merk What do you eat to gain some weight?
-
@Michael569 Does eating a large breakfast make the person a bit lethargic? I used to eat big in mornings but it tends to make me sleepy.
-
@King Merk I'm not even gaining weight, I'm losing weight over time. And I don't feel any significant issues with my current diet so far. Keep in mind my current diet today is way cleaner than the 10-20 years ago, where the majority of my time was travelling to other countries, eating their versions of junk food and healthy foods growing up. Also I put some lemon/lime juice as one of the ingredients I mix in the oatmeal. I'm sorry to the OP if this is derailing the thread, but the potential explanation is if you'll later want to loss weight, that some of that is covered here. Also, are you allergic to peanuts? Those and other nuts could help you gain weight, if you're not allergic.

I was going to share that video here and had a different take on it. -
@King Merk Most of my diet lately has been some grains and some sugar from maple syrup and honey. Uey I'm not gaining weight from it. Is there something missing?

Well, the birds slowly disappearing from the woodland areas where 5g towers are don't consider this a conspiracy. -

It's a really good video, and good on the reporter staying as neutral as possible. Dealing with trump supporters, from the old, to the religious folks, and MAGA, I wouldn't have the patience. Also good to see the republicans scrambling and re-organizing themselves in the after math. -
Now then, the other end of this is being underweight. Is there any advice for healthy weight you guys have tried? I'm now 56.8 kilos (125 pounds), which is probably below the male average for weight.

@dflores321 I'm contemplating that in the future. I've had a few attempts, but it's difficult when I don't enter deeper meditative states. And she's settled on her piggy backing on me. -

@Alex_R It is like a big, interconnected roller coaster, that travels between and arrives at places created like that. Or so she puts it. -
Don't fap too frequently.

@Eternal Unity You can become both. Look at the venus fly trap, it's a beautiful synergy of harnessing both vegan and carni energy. It can get it's nutrients from the sun, water and earth, and the body of any unlucky insect. Mistletoe is another example.

@Nomad13 Oh yes, the honey mustard dipping sauce is the best, second to bbq and ketchup. I think actually Wendy's has the better flavoured chicken nuggets and chicken strips compared to McDonald's.

@GGG I used to weigh about 145 to 150 pounds (65-70 kilos) ten years ago. I've worked on my self image, and did daily affirmations and visualizations specifically on fitness and health, and gradually did exercises and changed my diet slowly. Now I weigh around 57 kilos (125 pounds) from having oatmeal as my breakfast, and exercise everyday like fighters do, shadow boxing and heavy lifts. I'm comfortable now, compared to 5-10 years ago, as all the work helped fused my identity to the activities I want to do and who I want to be. Probably a good start is to believe you can change yourself, and do the activities, no matter how small they are each day. It really snow balls. Also, go and look at actualized blueprints to personal development and choose which to work on.

That could also be mindfulness as well. Forget about the stories of the chicken nugget, just savor it, once in a while.
