Danioover9000 replied to Danioover9000's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@ChrisZoZo The point of contemplating is to derive some truth and mentally penetrate into a topic, situation, aspects of the world and things with your thinking. To derive insights. The main problem for me is that contemplating using the mind or journal like in a logical mammer tires me out. I found that drawing a mandala, while focusing on a thing I want to contemplate, helps a lot more with the process. Apparently drawing mandalas help increase your concentration and widens your focusing abilities. -
@Kksd74628 I already have journals and sketchbooks for certain mediums and styles of drawing. I have one here as well.

@K Ghoul So, in this example are you the BF or GF?
-
@OBEler I meant your relationship with your GF? Is it long distance?
-
@K Ghoul I'd get her the best kind, but if there's one on sale and I know it's a pretty decent perfume, then I'd get that instead, or give her a gift card if I know where she normally shops, and gaslight her into getting the most expensive cologne for my BD, or gift card. Otherwise, no bd gifts.
-
@OBEler Is this mostly a long distance relationship with your GF?
-
@SQAAD Beware black/red/blur pill ideology, and go do dating and cold approach. OR, work on different aspects of your life, such that you feel like you have massive value, and then go do dating. What value could you provide to your potential GF? Sexually? What if it becomes a long term relationship, what value could you give then?

Danioover9000 replied to Ineedanswers's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Ineedanswers What do you mean, the end result of death, or the process of dying? I can tell you, immediately to me, there's a pretty big difference between ego death while on psychedelics, versus dying in the real world. For example, there are a million ways people die, most of them involve physical death of many sorts, and I can't believe you, if you mean that the actual process of the experience of dying, then this is where I have to strongly disagree. If you meant after dying, well here I could concede a bit and maybe agree that it's pretty good? Depends on who and what beliefs a person holds of what happens after somebody dies. But definitely I won't concede to saying that the actual experience of physical dying is a good experience and I'd have to slap the person for saying something silly like that. -
I'd probably say that this is shadow work gone wrong. Also, she needs serious professional help, from what you've said about her.

@happyhappy I'd say another benefit to astrology is that it's a colourful way of getting the person you're doing the reading with, say you're reading their natal chart, to think more about their past, present situation and future of their life here. It could also get the astrologer to also think of their life as well, providing that they do the inner work. -
There are multiple types of intelligence. Here are some examples: Mathematical intelligence, the kind that governs numbers, counting, quanity, changes in structure, geometry and probability. Language intelligence, that is being used now, to interpret these symbols you are reading, the letters, words, sentences, paragraphs, nouns, adjectives, pronouns, verbs, adverbs, as the English language, that is shaping the part of your cognition that thinks in words. Also used to interpret orally spoken words. Musical intelligence. This intelligence is used when uou listen and/or use a musical instrument, it interprets patterns of sounds made to derive meanings from those patterns. Body intelligence. Intelligence based on the human body. The human body is made up of various parts, which each part also is a whole system as well, like the nervous system, the immune system, the endocrine system, the cardiovascular system, the muscle system, the skeletal system. Furthermore, this intelligence is also able to do mapping of the body in yerms of movements as well. Typically fighters, martial artists, boxers, dancers, athletes and those who do fitness have higher intelligence of this type. Interpersonal intelligence. This intelligence is used in social situations, when uou are interacting with other people, in conversations, at various levels of relationships with other human beings. Interpersonal intelligence. This type of intelligence is interesting, as it is a relevant type of intelligence needed in self actualisation work. It's the intelligence that is able to reflexively think on the self, that is it's the intelligence used for self reflection, introspection, contemplation, thinking. Spatial intelligence. This intelligence is important for navigating the 3rd dimension, movements, and recalling paths, navigating spaces. Nature intelligence. This intelligence is used specifically for nature, recognition of plants. Philosophical/existential intelligence. Another very relevant intelligence, which is the ability to think and understand philosophical matters, and being intelligent of existence. And there are many more types of intelligence that narrow down and specialise in other areas.

Although, this is highly contextual and personally happened to me, but beating up a bully helps a bit. Of course, don't start it, but if you are really cornered into defending yourself, finish the fight strongly, and show them you are not weak. Bullies pray on the weak.

@Ulax I still have some shadow work in this area, but I'd say I'm 80% recovered from it. Study, learn and develop your masculine side. Things like exercise, martial arts, enforcing boundaries, learning and training to control and develop your voice and tonality, go from high pitch to low, and project voice, social proofing yourself, strong frame and posture, non verbal's, reading other's body languages. Subconscious training like positive affirmations, visualizations to overcome specific situations, shadow boxing, hypnosis. Learning and studying self defense.

@Yoremo If you don't mind, could you tell us more about: Your financial situation. Your social circle. Your situation in high school. Your relationship with your family members. Your relationship with your sexuality. What hobbies do you have. What fitness you are into. What you do for leisure. Also, what personality type are you. For this, go take the Myers Briggs personality test, and tell us your personality type. A few questions: Which senses do you prefer to use when thinking about social situations? What instances in those social situations triggers this insecurity?

@SQAAD Of course it cares, it's just a kind of caring that's impartial, and too big to understand. -

"You are an illusion, or you don't exist". Also, you are not real. Let's flip the subjects "I am an illusion, or I don't exist." Which one feels right to you, being an illusion, or being nothing? Best guess, an illusion is made from something, and not existence isn't something, but nothing. So another way to word it is the following: "You are a something, or you are nothing". -
@Frosty97 And another thread about new videos. That makes 3 lol. Take up a new hobby like drawing. It really builds up patience.

@Matt23 Well, it's a common weakness for an INTP, this personality type struggles much more with being emotional and communicating empathetically. INTPs don't generally score above average on the EQ test, as their strengths come from being logical and introverted. -
@Thought Art Making my ego stronger and healthier first. Giving thought provoking art, and training some of my art skills if there's opportunity to convert my hobby into a career. Doing a little bit of martial arts, exercising carefully, taking care of my home environment, like Feng Shui, re-watching some of actualized.org older videos and working to integrate those insights.

Honestly, it's up to those Canadians who vote whoever into power. If Canada wants Jordan Peterson to be a prime minister, then it'll have him, and it doesn't matter what we say here because it'll happen, at which point, the consequences will be on them.
