@Epikur Dunning-krunger effect at it's finest. Demonmama is so convinced that she's in the right, and is so habituated to weaseling and whataboutisms that it seems like that way of talking means being more right and winning. I'm surprised there's a fan base around this person. -
@KoryKat Also most of other's criticism of him come mainly from YouTube's comments, some Youtube channels that are drama and reactionary, and small groups. A few reporters from very small independent news also critic him, but majority slander him on the psychedelics and spirituality angle. Other than that, if it's really serious to warrent a response, he would do so, but keep in in old Leo Gura was more reactive to these types. For example, 21 century boys commented on his good and evil don't exist video, and he had a back and forth with them.

@KoryKat He mostly doesn't, unless it's clear he had to at the time.

@hoodrow trillson Dude, why so triggered? I wasn't even attacking you, I was saying that reality is created by one's language, which creates a map over actual reality. I wasn't saying to stfu and don't discuss those issues. C'mon, don't you strawman me. Yes, in this limited communication format, we are discussing this issue at the surface level, but it can go deeper than that, because depending on one's stage, cognitive and moral development, states of consciousness, life experiences and other lines of development, these alpha/beta/sigma/omega/romeo/chads/giggachads, while being typologies, are and can change meanings when contexts change as well. I am not disagreeing on the relativity of alpha, beta, sigma and omega for example. One setting the man/woman is an alpha, but another setting a beta, and in another setting is seen as a sigma, and in another situation an omega. I'm not disputing this point. And not all beliefs we have, earlier ones, are bad. For survival, you have to own yourself! Otherwise, somebody else will. That's one major reason why we're in this self actualization journey, right? Better self esteem and responsibility? Extreme ownership? Less co-dependency? -

@BlueOak Arguably speaking, Russia has the greater concentration and volume of nuclear warheads slightly more than the USA that are land based, and some with submarines. The USA has about equal in land, but slightly less volume, but much more polarise submarines in the oceans that could be anywhere, so MAD is still a factor. Question mark on how many are in satellites orbiting around us, or EMP weapons from either side. -
@Gesundheit2 Running a website and forum can be hard sometimes, and then running a youtube channel, making and editing videos on top of that.

@hoodrow trillson Again, because language creates your reality, from one person's pov. These terms likely don't hold much meanings to you, but to them it's important atm. More importantly, you are self aware enough not to get lost in whatever reality that language creates, so really in practice you shouldn't be caring that much for those identified differently than you. Attaching and believing are part of survival, so it's not always a laughing matter. On some situations, attachment and belief can be a significant factor in helping you go through whatever you are going through. -

A very interesting video I found. I'll be giving my thoughts on this after some time thinking it: https://youtu.be/QILpACNYw6o -

@Husseinisdoingfine This proves there's collective ego, and how it evolves throughout time. -
@Gesundheit2 I think that if a criticism is constructive, and the person is willing to give examples and explains to you your mistakes and what you could improve on, in a non judgemental way, then that criticism is from above. Any other criticism is from below, including the more emotionally charged ones.

@Lyubov Good points. Was Naom Chompsky like this earlier in his life, this westsplaining? I thought he grew up during the red scar no? That would've made him more pro west, unless something else happened to him in that time frame.

@no_name and @Lyubov I think, in the context of combat sports, general sports, and the other context which is art, I think it's the major difference of collaboration. In the art field, there's a greater and more interconnected collaboration and team work, like making a movie, or engineering, or graphic novel with music and story, vs the lower collaboration that sports like boxing, combat caged sports like the UFC, provides. Combat and other sports are much higher in competitiveness than with collaboration. -

@DnoReally People who are denying it are not Giga coping, they are preserving the reality of what those labels create. Language creates most people's realities, so these labels might seem silly to you, but they are silly because they don't create the reality you prefer to be in, while other languages and words you write and think in, they create a reality more suitable to you that Incels, red/blue/black pill, alpha, beta, omega, sigma, delta, giga, chad, charlie, remeo, femoid, doomer, and so on with descriptor nouns, don't provide. Those roles each noun label names, that give a certain state of being and becoming, certain moral and cognitive development, personality, value system and assumed life experiences, they don't fit with your world view or roles you are being in, that's it. -
While this debate panel is more about Destiny's ban and banning in gegeral, the first bits of the video and some throughout they talk about god. Nothing ground breaking and insightful, but it is insightful to see how this metaphysical topic is framed and discussed between normal people:

Stage blue and nationalism was necessary back then, it's part of a person's psychological development. Without stage blue, you wouldn't have empires or civilizations. Doesn't mean Putin's, the Kremlin's or Russia's decision to invade was justified, it is part of how societies evolve. @vladorion and @hello1234 , behave yourselves before you guys get a warning or worse a ban. -

@Carl-Richard Yes, when it goes to talking about Destiny's and Mr. Girl's ban from Twitch, and some of the conflicting views that some of the panelists have to mainly Mr. Girl's view when the discussion naturally gone to his take. I like how Fanatiq is being the moderator, but the role of being a panelist is still there, which kept prompting him to talk and interrupt other panelists way more. -

@lostingenosmaze That's what he usually streams? Anyways I get that in this stream he's either trying to copy Mr. Girl, or claim a moderator position but also be a panelist as well. To me, you can either be a mod or a pan, but you can't be both. -

@mojsterr I meant between normal online streamers. -
@Adodd If your intent is increasing muscle size, for any muscle group, while exercising, you need to do eccentric loading, basically go 4-8 seconds slower on the expansion/stretch portion of the exercise movement, in this case the descent of your bicep curls, with 2-4 second pauses on the top and bottom of the exercise to ensure good muscle mind connection development. You could also do the whole exercise slow, as that slightly increases metabolic stress in those muscles, but it's the eccentric movement that causes the most micro tears in the muscle. Check out Athleanx on youtube as he has good types of exercises that target each muscle group, in this case working either the short head or long head of the biceps, and various methods of getting the muscles to work harder, for only exercising specifically, and check out Bioengineer as well. Both good fitness channels. I'd suggest doing isometrics, just a few sets, to further tire the muscle, because in reality the nervous system and synapsis support and help a muscle more of the time, so if you did a few isometrics, you tire that part of the synapsis , so when you do the exercise that involves dynamic movement you will target that muscle group much more. Do flexing, Pre workout and stretches, and post workout and stretches as well, because you will more likely to have more soreness if you are focused on size. Also do lower intensity and low to moderate volume of exercise on your break days, to promote blood flow to the muscle that needs it, another old school body building technique.

@Asayake This is a good take. I now see some parallels between the Ukraine/Russia conflict and the Vietnam war. -
@Julian gabriel I think it's the opposite: his heart was too strong for his mind to keep up. Especially seeing a guy beat a horse in front of him was too much.
