@Ayham I've also assumed in the first post that you're just starting mindfulness practices within a week to month, and I've found that before the practices and the mental steps become habituated first, the main difficulty is in the juggling of getting used to the steps plus getting used to the meditation posture plus placing attention ect. It'll take some time to run the mental steps, but eventually it becomes much easier that you'll start to naturally feel more at ease getting in the flow and want to focus more on the awareness place and less about the steps themselves. Eventually, you'll get so good that you just go straight to that awareness point and sit with high concentration in minutes to seconds.

@Bobby_2021 I'm not too sure myself where I stand strongly in this issue. I'm pro vax and mandate if a disease, virus, bacterial or fungal, starts going from epidemic to pandemic, and is causing an increase rate in infection and harm to society. I'm generally pro life, but if the mother's life is in danger and an abortion is necessary to save her life, or if the woman's pregnancy was criminal and evil, like rape or incest, or the parents to be are not financially secure enough to rear. There's so many factors for either issue to factor in that I can't give a strong position to. That said, I'm against severe enforcement of law, like lawsuits to the 100,00s or sentencing to jail for 5-10 or so years if you refuse to vaccine or attempting to get an abortion.

@Brivido Good example of a cult that is mostly stage blue. Finally some documentaries worth watching Netflix, but they still have to stop copying other services and raising the subscrption fees though. Also, Netflix has a left wing bias, don't forget it.

It sounds like you still have work to do integrating those different aspects of your shadows. Don't worry, take your time, developing through the spiral stages, cognitive and moral development, changing your personality typing, managing your states of being and getting more life experiences don't happen all in one day or weeks, but months and years of inner work. If meditation taught you much, it is that things take time, be patient.

@Ayham It's very similar to the do nothing technique, when a thought happens, like a thought of a pleasant experience, it pulls you in a bit more, so allow yourself to be pulled in more by the sensation. You like cheese, wines, steak? Let's assume cheese for now. When you see it, smell it, and finally taste it, the 'savoury' flavour of the cheese is that good it makes you chew slower, to 'savour' the flavours. So like with cheese, and maybe wine or steak, when you're doing the mindfulness practices, take whatever sensation is demanding more of your attention, place it, note it and re-label it as that sense label, and let your attention linget on that inner or outer sensation, just like you allow yourself to slow down and 'savour' the cheese.

@Kamo Happened to me in the past, within roughly 2 hours of posting before and got the typical errror connection code, then the post and message gone. Seems like it's only on the day and the most recent post that gets affected and posts that were yet to be sent, but any older posts are ok.

How many crashes have you experienced so far now? Some other user in the past asked and talked about if you were also using a cloud server to back up files instead of the hard copy. Might be a good idea to check it out.

As a Spiral Wizard myself, I see mostly green being nasty to orange and blue for the most part, but most would fake non judgement and preach tolerance for stage red to purple. It's all a maze of ego shadows being projected onto each other stage of development, cognitive and moral development, personality traits, states of being and life experiences, all those differences being filtered and interpreted by the mind in a distorted view, inside a maze of mirrors casting black light onto each other.

Ok, what am I missing here so far in this thread? That if you're suffering from some kind of dark night of the soul, then no self isn't understood properly? Isn't that part of the process of getting to a no self glimpse?

@fopylo It's interesting considering that the generation of today's youth is more predominantly zoomers, with a zoomer epistemology, and some millennial thinking as well. All who think that a cult also extends to online forums and chat rooms, which they are partially right, but they are technically wrong in thinking that an online cult is more dangerous than one in real life. In online communities you can still leave, but in real life cults that's more dangerous. However, younger generations will not appreciate how dangerous classical cults are, it's just missing information, or they simple can't understand.

@Realms of Wonder Strangely it's been Eminem's music to me, for example lose yourself and rap god. Something about how the music and lyrics flow in interesting rhythms with each other, plus the sheer skill of Eminem's rap makes it good to listen to. Also sound system 009 dreamscape and other songs in that album are pretty good too.

In a 1st world democracy, it is mostly in their rights to pursue a transition in some states, and identify as a trans person in some places, but others it is tricky, especially if we throw in age of consent, and the major differences of the upbringing narrative of heterosexuality, traditional gender roles and it's function in society, compared to other forms of sexual narratives and other gender roles that's behind their mental representation systems. However, to me that's all superficial appearance, because there's a deeper truth that's related to their sexuality in their life experience, and their state of consciousness. Transexuality, as it means to me, is parts and the whole of the definition: we have trans, sex, and uality in this word. Trans is a prefix word to other words like transcendence, transcendental, transformation, transposition, transparency, transpersonal, transvers, translation and all the common meanings of these words denotes a going beyond, or going meta, away and above the following implied meanings of the root and suffixes of those words. Then we have sex, as in the act of procreation and reproduction in biological male and female bodies, exchange of biological fluids and genetic material for the formation of offspring who will inherit the mother and father's genes, which is deeply attached and tied to our survival as an ego, from the person level to group level. We finally have this strange word, uality, which is phonetically and literally open to interpretation, could be duality, or reality, or unity. So, to me, transsexuality is a state of being that is more freer from the attachments of sexuality normally common and enforced by the EGO, individual to collective, from mainstream culture. As a way of life, it's challenging, given the prolific heterosexual narrative of a culture seen in mainstream information ecology like in tv shows, movies, social media, news, social gatherings and events, life experiences in a city or village. Not to mention that if we factor in stages of development, cognitive and moral development, personality traits, ego development, other states of consciousness and being, and other life experiences, we end up with a trans perskn that doesn't fit into a simple box, but is a ckmplex entity onto itself. How can society standards and government adjust to trans person and integrate them into society, while managing varying degrees of backlash from different groups with different perspectives?

@ZenAlex Is it possible that a rich person could have paid for those ex members to say negative shit about her? Is it also possible that such a person, or group, hired a video editor to clip up a video that shows her in such a cult like light?

@zurew Taking the risk of rubiks cubing myself into some box, yes I agree, from the absolute perspective, that there's no such thing as a proper time and place for criticism, and from the relative perspective, there's such a thing as a proper place and time for criticism due to dualities made by the mind.
