@Philipp I mostly agree with you on when adolescents and even younger are exposed to advanced spirituality, non-duality, mysticism, supernatural/paranormal, and psychedelics, that if too early can be dangerous as that can take the basicsbof life and make it more mundane in comparison. However, I disagree that we shouldn't be teaching spiral dynamics and integral theory in the education system. However you plan to teach those modals in the curriculum, it's essential that it's taught, no matter if those modals would be misused, misunderstood and misapplied by students as a way to stereotype or caricature other groups of people or persons, because the alternative would be ignorance and perpetuating tier 1 cognition, value systems, moral frameworks, psychology that in turn has negative effects kn one's state of mind and being, and further limits one's life experiences.

Jesus Christ, it has to be either Vegan diet this, or Carnivore diet that, or keto diet this, or frutarian diet that, or Atkins diet this, or rae vegan that, or seafood diet this, or insect diet that, or intermittent fasting this, or grassing that. What happened to a balanced diet plan? Be flexible, listen to your body needs, and get the necessary nutrients for your survival, get good sleep and rest and exercise when necessary. Is it that hard? Maybe, maybe too complicated, which is why you have to be flexible with your health and nutrition. C'mon!

@eTorro Doesn't sound compatible to me. It seems like you're personality traits are more leaning to being an introvert while she's more extroverted than you in the relationship, so you'll have to do a bit of a mental gymnastics with yourself to tell her convincing stories about you or parts of your life you want to share. However, by doing that you're gonna have to be comfortable being an extrovert for that time frame. How are you when speaking? If I was you here, I'd consider this a short term relationship as the compatibility is a bit hard between introverted/extroverted personalities.

Can I be disrespectful but in a humorous way? Some guy was I don't know jocking about christmas to me, and it didn't vibe with me cuz he clearly was dissing christianity and a bit at pagans too, I laughed it off and cut the small talk. Should I have tried to vibe back and be sarcastic too?

@SQAAD I've found it useful to, when I start to feel like what you're feeling, take it out on a heavy bag, weights, exercises and martial arts. WAY better than to beat up the person on the spot, even if it's not satisfying to avenge yourself, you get to channel that extra energy into tasks that require more labour, physically and mentally.
