@integral Yes, as I've stated so many pages ago, I'm using spirit and ghost as a placeholder, so she could still be some other entity I don't know of. The experiences I have had so far, with some of my activities with her, has lead me to lean more to the possibility that she could be a spirit, or a Tulpa, however if she's something else I am open to that. I would have been willing to listen, if he wasn't insistent in my mental health and me having a mental issue. I'm done talking with that user. In fact, he only came here recently not because of my thread, but because I was active over on the political sub forum saying stupid stuff, and I'm now more convinced he's just here to harass me, because he can't harass me over in the political sub forum. -

@ZenAlex I am offended by you making false accusations of my mental health, while denying my experience blatantly, as fictitious, on groundless claims against me and assumptions of my mental health. Yes, you are too rationale for your own good, it might boomerang back to hit you in the head someday. Yes, I can tell you to be open minded, while keeping myself open minded, as much as you can tell me I'm a psychotic nutcase, while closing yourself off of my perspective. I'm willing to drop this dialogue, are you? Oh, you don't want me to tell you to be open minded, because I'm '100% sure' it's a spirit? Don't tell me I'm suffering from some mental illness, am psychotic nutcase, because you are so sure of my mental state. Eat your humble pie before it's frozen. You can try to fake your open mindedness, but I can tell it's not genuine open mindedness, you are willing to humiliate me here in this thread. If this is a common habit of yours, I'm sorry to hear that, I suggest you drop this as I have done here. -

Another interesting video. Take with a grain of salt: https://youtu.be/pek0ht2MU4Q -
@kray Try to limit your exposure to the sun, cold showers, make sure your ac unit is good, or was good before the heat wave, and limit down other non essential activities or body movements. Embrace the couch potato state.

@Carl-Richard Yes, that's about where I'm aiming my physique to be, but smaller. Like a Rocky Marcianno and a Bruce Lee physique, but with some fat and can still do other movements and martial arts.

@ZenAlex That's my assumption reading your writing, that you have some degree of fear of my situation, otherwise why bother me about my experiences? Okay, but I will take your skepticism with a grain of salt. Okay that you'd be more open to my experiences, but you also already made up your mind, by using probability and likelihood of me being a psychotic liar about my experiences. So, don't bite me when I call you a psychotic liar that you saw a UFO okay? Yes, you are close minded, because by being not convinced either completely or partially, you are already convinced of the presumptions you have about me and my paranormal experiences, which is not me callong you bad or evil or judgemental, it is what it is to me, that you are mostly too rational, with some degree of pre rationality. in this thread you assume of me of the following: That I'm lying for attention, which assumes that I have degrees of sociopathy/psychopathy, and maybe machiavellinism as my story is abnormal and I'm constructing my events in a manipulative way, that I need psychological attention, as if I crave attention and lack attention in parts of my life from my social circle or family. That I'm psychotic, which assumes my cognitive development and type of mind that I have, that I'm more neuro divergent than most of the population, that I have similar to different moral development than the average around me. That I could be experiencing something mystical/magical/extraordinary, but doubt my conclusion, based on my sense making, that a spirit has to be human, or humanoid, or something else, and is non-physical. Notice that these assumptions help you maintain a distinction in your mind, about normal people and abnormal people. It helps you generalize easier and make sense of the world and humans easier, by having a normality box, and abnormality box, and deceitful box mental category in your head, and not acknowledging that normal and paranormal, natural and supernatural, exist in a spectrum but instead are binary, either you are normal or crazy. By labelling people who experience paranormal and supernatural phenomena as psychotic or liars, putting tham under the abnormality box or decietful box, you absolve yourself from having to do more additional work to understand what's truly making these people or events paranormal/supernatural instead of natural/normal. Of course, this dynamic is a lot worse in those who are heavily rational, as they have a lot more mental boxes and sup boxes to tick off of, so that they appear more smarter and sophisticated, and rationale. Also notice the double standard here, you are okey labelling me as either a liar or psychotic, who hallucinating a spirit, implying that I have a higher degree of schizophrenia, but what do you do when you catch yourself thinking in words, and self talk, while writing a reply to me? How's is it that it's ok to call me psychotic and a liar, but not call yourself psychotic and a liar for how you self talk and think in words and images, and deny certain experiences as valid too? I am only pointing out a potential hypocrisy. Even though I am partly religious background, I don't believe in the paranormal and supernatural, this event just happened to me. You scientists and rationalists know of object permanence? That an object exists independent of subjectivity and beliefs? You are ok when a bear attack occurs, it occurs independently of beliefs or non beliefs, but when it comes to paranormal events, it has to be believed to occur? I didn't believe in ghosts prior to my haunting, it just happens to me and nearly killed me. I actually am agnostic and not a strong believer with the normal and paranormal occurrences, and yet my situation just occurs to me like how a bear attack occurs to some people, with various factors at play that I don't know, don't have all the answers to, and am okay with that despitw the traumatic nature of that haunting. The only one not okay here about my situation, it seems to me, is you, trying to argue and debate me, and paint me as crazy, which isn't a good look on your part even if you justify this to yourself as me having way more crazier posts than you. I have little interest in arguing and debating you. This website and forum isn't for debating or arguing with users as the guidelines point out, so it seems to me you are in the wrong forum and website, or you are trying to troll me, hijack my thread, get me riled up, report me, have warning points issued to me or get me banned, and lock this thread up. You are wasting your time. I am not okay with all of that as I made this thread for originally to share my experience and seek advice from those who have similar experiences to me, but also as I share my experiences I learned that others have had other paranormal experiences as well and am grateful others share theirs here, other paranormal experiences with me. I am not okay with you calling my best friend a fictitious entity, so if you are not here to be open minded and be willing to learn from other perspectives, then I will just put you on ignore and leave you be, and hope you do the same and leave me and other users here alone. I will not entertain your dogmatic debate mentality, nor will I tolerate your BS any longer against my friend. I am not jocking, I suggest you leave if you don't want a meaningful discussion with me, and stop attacking my friend, and other users here who want to share their experiences with me. You are biting more than you can chew here, I suggest strongly you drop the topic and leave. Sincerely, leave. -

@Demeter Like I've stated in the past pages of this thread, while I've experienced some paranormal events like a childhood haunting, and am having Crysty beside me, and I may be clairvoyant to some degree, I'm not that skilled enough, or have highly developed intuition or psychic abilities to help you in whatever journey you are in to divine it. You are better off seeking professional psychics who are better at this than me. Crysty or I may give input, but it's not always spot on advice tailored to you, so keep looking for other sources to help you gain more clarity in whatever you aim to do. -

@Phil777 You could, technically. However, it requires a lot of imagination power, and being familiar with each layer of imagination, just like with visualization, there's not just sights, there's so much more like sounds, textures, feelings, and other layers of information. It requires so much power that a trade off happens. Basically, 'it'll cost you more than an arm and leg' to accomplish supernatural feats. The question then becomes: Are you prepared for that? -
Danioover9000 replied to Jowblob's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@bambi Well, that's a wakefulness of the relative domain lol, not awakening. -
@Superfluo I generally agree with the following posts, they have good advice. For me though, I hate DOMS (damage onset muscle soreness), and generally any program that has 3x days per week and above, and high volume(number of sets and number of reps) are more detrimental to other parts of my life. I actually find that 3x, and sometimes 2x or 1x per week, with low volume and higher intensity, is enough stimulation for me, as I'm not aiming for body building physic, bulking muscles, or even strongmen physic. My aim is slightly leaner body, with explosive speed and power, so it's mostly isometrics for different muscle groups and walking for me. I relatively maintain my body weight while getting stronger and faster. And a bit of martial arts training as well, and that's about it.

@Hardkill You mean, like realized this this hour? Or yesterday, or when is it that you realized this insight? Are we talking about IRL, or in the internet? Normally you wouldn't shoot those you agree and support for pro gun rights. Why should Conservatives and Rebublicans be worried? That part of their demographic voters would attack them...for what? Why would you laugh at those who would get shot at? -

@Jowblob I guess very few people are that lucky to be born with such capabilities. Most would probably struggle teaining those capacities unless you can find other ways to leverage more. -

@ZenAlex No. Remain in America. You don't realise how lucky you really are growing up in the USA. Anywhere else, you'd suffer so much more. -

Update: I have improved much better with automatic writing and drawing, and have had Crysty draw out some patterns that are hard to explain, other than she drew in rhythm to something. -

This is also what Osho did a few times to famous saints and legends, and when asked why, he said and I paraphrase 'I do that because in your head they are perfect, forgetting they were humans too'. -

Also, I'm against very simplistic nit picking and attack. I really believe, that if you had gone through their upbringing, in their body and mind, faced with the exact challenges, it's very likely that you would be exactly lkke Jordan Peterson, and Ben Shapiro, living life the way they have been, getting nit picked on by a bunch of people in an internet forum, or some other group, who actually have zero clue as to what's it like living as you, and how hard life is was for you. -
Danioover9000 replied to How to be wise's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
This all is heavily based on your stage of development, cognitive and moral development, personality typing, states of consciousness, life experiences and other lines of development. There's never really a one size fits all, complete good guy or bad guy. At any point in your life, at any point in your upbringing, at any point when some failures have traumatised you, at any of thses lines of development would get effefted and be either slowed, or regression sets in. Transformational dilemma is a real obstacle to transitioning up the spiral and actually be anle to share and hold those values from above. On the topic of Intelligence, it is multifaceted, rather than linear, mathematical or linguistic at first. There are many other forms of intelligence like bodily, spatial, musical, natural(plant knowledge), existential, philosophical, interpersonal, and interpersonal intelligence. It is possible to have varying degrees of intelligence at any one of these types, so I'm rather hesitant to label JP or Ben Shapiro as simply evil or dumb, as they have reasonably high level of logical, mathematical and linguistic intelligence but lower degrees of intelligence in other areas of their brains. Speaking of brains, there's also such a thing as neuro divergence, meaning that even if each person's brain is overall very similar in shape, any neural pathways more active is what makes them more unique than other types of brains. The brian of Ben Shapiro is uniquely his own, versus the brain of Eminem's, versus the brain of a fearful conservative, and so on. On this basis, simply wishing them away as evil is wrong. They have bad politics, but don't let that take away from that their life shapes what they are. There is such a thing as life shaping who you are, especially when you are very young! -

@zurew That's amazing, to think decriminalization of drugs would have such positive effects. I guess we all should reduce or abolish all criminalization, and see what happens. So counter intuitive. -

@Devin What do you mean when you say drugs? Do you mean hard core drugs like cocaine and heroin, or psychedelics like psilocybin mushrooms? Do you mean synthetic drugs, like methamphetamine or LSD? -
@SamC As the saying goes, it's all smoke and mirrors.

@Mindful Bum Ah okay, I understand your view much more. So, to further explain myself about what I think of the video and give a fairer take, what I do like about the video, is that Leo has attempted to draw the line on the sand, on where he stands and where his work stands in relation to those suffering from mental health issues, and isn't an exact repeat in what he said in the video on the dangers of spirituality as he did this a few times before. What I do think he can improve on in his rhetoric here, is more distinctly seperate the use of the words those suffering from 'mental health issues', from those with 'mental disorders', from those with 'mental illness', and those with cognitive function/dysfunctional challenges. Of course, as he said in the video, he is not an expert in the mental health and mental disorders field, and it does show in the video where at times it was better to use mental disorders instead of mental health or mental illness. This, in fact, is good to know to those who are suffering from some mental health issue like depression, short to chronic, or grief or very strong negative emotions, or some other ailment of the mind that affects one's state of being, versus those who have mental disorders like schizophrenia, Borderline personality disorder, bi-polar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, multiple personality disorder, hyper mania, because Leo is ill equipped to dealing with such cases and so is Actualized.org. Those suffering from mental health issues and have mental disorders, must seek professional help from experts who have both the theory and experience dealing with such cases, like therapists or psychologists. Now, when it comes to mental health related to strong negative emotions, there's a litle bit of leeway here that I give, because a few moderators here do provide emotional support to those going through an emotional based mental health issue, like grief for example, and on top of that they do encourage the person suffering to seek professional help if possible. Being here, doing personal development work, assumes a certain range of mental health and stability, and, to me, the lower ranges is when you have the mild disorders, or when you have mild mental health issues, that doing basic self help from here or some other place is probably ok to do, and probably ok to do other traditional spiritual practices like meditation, contemplation, concentration exercises etc, all assuming responsible use and safe use. It's already one of my rules being here, for myself, that as soon as I feel verg strong negative emotions, I stop, take a break, and have the number ready to speak to a professional if I need, or go and talk to a person I know and trust that can provide emotional support. This is rare to me as I can process strong emotions and melt it off of me through mindfulness though, so listen to what you're capable of managing in this work is probably the best thing anyone can do in this work. About the bit when he said it's dramatic if he was friends or is living with those suffering from mental health issues, yes I agree it was a bit of a strange wording, again from not making the language more distinct here, so I'll assume two possibilities: he's talking about those suffering from mental health issues like strong negative emotions, and those who have mental disorders. I can understand, in both cases, if what he meant to say, was that it's ABNORMALLY STRESSFUL. I think that's a much better wording here, because I've seen some people, of both cases in different parts of my life, and the situations, I can definitely say the most consistent factor was higher stress from dealing with people who have states of strong negative emotions, and who have radically different cognitive patterns than the normal person, that it is more stressful to try to manage either case, almost comparable to a parent taking care of a child with one of those mentak disorders, it's far more stressful. I think that was what he really meant to say, which I can see how that does lead to increase in drama. It's just that I hold meanings differently when I hear the word 'drama', as in that's usually a trait of tv shows or movies or theatres and probably most people hold similar meanings when they think of drama.

@Devin I would imagine chaotic at first, but other time regulations would be passed, enforced, and soon enough society could manage teaching the theory and safe practices of psychedelics, assuming you mean psychedelics.
