GUYS! The thread got unlocked! Wow...

So basically, a dog complaining that cats should think more like dogs, and talk like dogs, and explain in a male centric view of what equality cats want. I can relate, so stressful when cats behave like that UMU. Politically, I am fine with women having slightly more pay, and are treated more fairly, in public. Of course, privately, male/female differences will be there, and have to be managed by both as best they could.

@Being_Ali33 Glad you noticed the lack of nuance I gave! Yes, you don't have to treat psyches or meds as a binary only, but you could try. For example, for one month I'm going to try psychedelics, once a week and see what I think and feel. Then do one month of spiritual practices, and record what I think and feel. Later you can do both, like micro dosing a psychedelic while doing a simple meditation technique. You can also go out there and broadly research other methods too and test them out. -

Pornography being good or bad to a society depends on the stage of development, cognitive and moral development, personality typing of the population also psychography, states of being and consciousness of the general population, life experiences per person and other lines of development that exist for the individual to the collective. -

Interesting video, shows how very subtle it is to switch between a tulpa and yourself: -
Skeptics and debunk suckers are their own class of freaks of nature, called D.D.S, meaning: DEEP DENIAL SYNDROME.
-
@musicandmath111 Beautiful example of scientific and rationale bias already demonizing possibility of psychic powers already! Skeptics are truly a pitiful bunch of losers

@TheNovice What do you think I mean when I say VR worlds are bigger versions of VR sims?

Here's the critique below: There's a part 2 as well. While I mostly agree with the critic, notice how there's a western modern science bias and rationale bias behind this critic. The critic is largely coming from stage blue/orange values, the person's cognitive and moral development is similar to hardcore rationalists, atheists and scientists (hear the tonality and how he speaks, it's a dead giveaway to which bias he's strongly identified to), how he's too reductionistic, narrow minded and scientifically oriented in the wrong way. In fact, he's one of many lip service types of science minded and rationale minded people that actually hasn't done any real science to verify how correct is his critic of thehumancondition, and lazily defers to group think and conformist modern scientific worldview that this is simply a culty book. Notice his lack of understanding, empathy, judgmentalism and hubris intellectual superiority, limited life experiences and close mindedness to the partial nuggets of truth that this book is trying to convey implicitly. I'm in no way flaming the critic or the professor of the book, I'm pointing out how either are pigs in a mud wrestling contest, how the critique is from below versus from above.

@zurew Maybe not the same, but rather similar? For example, H3H3 made a react podcast to Andrew Tate's apology video and made some inflammatory remarks and criminal slanders against him, which Andrew will be Sueing him for. That's H3H3 being stupid, and frankly, how is this not considered a bad podcast?
-
@Girzo So, the main reason is just because it's more convenient, compared to watching a tv, or note taking a video, or reading?
-
@Ulax So, it's mainly para-social?
-
@Tefikos Oh! So, it's easier to multitask then? But is that really the main reason why podcasts are popular?
-
@Vrubel This is reasonable in most places. Only spend extra time if it's at the right places.
-
@Yarco Jesus, there's that many types of podcasts? I'm definitely missing out on most of it. The other problem I've noticed lately, on my YouTube homepage, is that highlights of podcasts unrelated to what I like to view are appearing and taking space from the videos I like to watch. Does anyone else experience this too? I think I've overestimated clipping videos could be bad.
-
@Carl-Richard Ok.
-
@zurew Okey, so it's like the predatory YouTube reactors do then? They first react to the entire original video, make several shorts and highlights of that video, and move on without crediting the original video maker? The reason I'm asking is because there's something not right with this practice, at least for me, it is kind of a scam at work.

@StarStruck Which stage yellow audio books do you listen too?
-
@Carl-Richard So basically, podcasts are like the cast away leaves, which is made possible because it grew on a branch, which is made possible because the branch grew from a bigger branch, which grew from the trunk of the tree, which took 1,000s of years to grow that big, which could only be just because the sapling and the seed that germinated, under the right conditions at that time? Basically, it's possible because of this causal chain that leads to the development of podcasts? Also, I'm referring to the trend in low quality podcasts like the H3H3 Ethan dead brain interviewing JP, or even Tim Pool. Why are there more badder podcasts?
-
@ValiantSalvatore Well, depending on the stage of development, cognitive and moral development, personality typing, states of being, life experiences, and other lines of development, also your worldview and beliefs and bias, will determine the majority of what you consider good or bad activities or objects or persons. So, something like Tim Pool I consider sheet, Joe Rogan's is slightly better but not really. Curt's is above average, but there are a few videos I just don't like. If Actualized.org is considered a podcast, then it's top 5 best of all podcasts.
-
@universe @Yarco Really? I thought Actualized.org is mainly a website that points to thousands of high-quality resources, and hosts hundreds of videos talking about the high-end topics of humanity, in video format. Maybe I'm confusing podcast for something it isn't? Is it a podcast when it's hours long video or audio stuff? I thought podcasts need at least two people talking for hours right?
-
@Girzo Why do you think podcasts are gaining traction? Is it because the increase in control as to which podcast you can watch? Is it the slight increase in freedom of expressing one's philosophy and articulation, like hoe the questioner asks and the interviewed answers?

@Leo Gura Jesus Christ! A trillion dollar business?! What is going on? I'm mostly in my attic, training my drawing abilities and working on my invention, I don't have a normal life nowadays.
