@Emotionalmosquito ?♀️ Just cold approach and initiate kino escalation, while making observational statements and being funny. Watch for her body language, from face, to arms, shoulders, chest, positioning of her body if she's facing you or diagonally or giving you her side, and her legs/feet. Look up signs of attraction, and not attraction, and in the kino technique and talking to her you'll know.

@StormLight I think Leo Gura has the potential to become a RAP GOD. Just got to work in the bars, the rhyme schemes, the themes, and it's a perfect post.
-
@Sucuk Ekmek I want to become a vampire. A vampire like the ones in DnD, with the magic powers.

It's actually a bit strange, considering cultural appropriation as evil. A white guy, dressed and speaking Mandarin in a progressively leaning university gets called all sorts of negative stuff, but the same guy, dressed, behaves and speaks Mandarin in a China town? Most people there are chill about that, and some support that guy for doing it their way. Culture = a BIG CULT. -

@Juan I'd agree only if it's for marketing, anything else is a no still. -

@UnbornTao To really steel man this Tik Tok, the usefulness is really limited to two: marketing and promotion quickly eye catching click baiting shorts. And, if intentional, develop faster mental reflexes, but this is like an active spot the differences, in a content tailored specifically to your user content. Another form of entertainment, but again it's the mind equivalent to junk food. All this has to be intentional before hand for the user, and they know what they're getting into. If it's not for marketing, and no idea why you're consuming Tik Tok, don't use or consume Tik Tok content, simple. Most things overall, probably not as useful and is more negative, and some areas can be detrimental to mental health. -

@Juan First, OP was more demonizing of Tik Tok and social media, and bringing up several leftist created issues as well. So, I was the one that placed more emphasis on the negatives of social media and Tik Tok overuse specifically, how it reduces focus ability and discipline, how it increases ADD/ADHD, how moral degradation occurs, and how children are getting more of the negative impacts of overuse, all these from a big picture multiplex perspective. Also, I chose to try and make this thread focus more on Tik Tok here because Tik Tok kick started the fad and trend that other social media sites, such as YouTube shorts, Instagram feed, Pinterest, and so on, in this information ecology, putting technological development pressures on big companies online to adopt a very similar to similar format to gain viewers rapidly, or risk losing out some competitive advantage in the market place of technology. And Tik Tok is created, again, by Hua Wei, from China, and they don't have the same privacy protections from western based websites, so if the CCP wants data from certain users, they just give it to them. This poses some risks. As a parent, the parents are responsible for disciplining their children a bit more, and to prevent at least too much exposure to those sites to their children if they can. I think being conservative here is more important, it's not worth risking the brain health of your children. -

@Juan No. -
@Raze Very unfortunate this talk was banned from mainstream discussion. Shows how deeply biased people really are, Scientists included.

@Carl-Richard Not to say all short form cintent is fully bad or evil, I guess when done right, maybe it's a it'd marketing and promotion tool. Or, some people are born and develop ADD/ADHD that it's another creative angle. There's another issue,of derermining what information garbage is being put into ine's mind. From what I've consumed, there's not a lot of educational information in short format, and magnitudes more entertainment monkey mind stimulation instead. It's like the breaking news or tabloids on steroids. -

@Carl-Richard Tik Tok has brought some unique problems to those that consume shorts, especially for hours un place of proper rest or engagemnt in hobbies: increased neurosis, and false expectations of fast=valued. Not specific to Tik Tok, but over consumption of social media, the garbage junk food variety, declines the focusing ability of the mind to upvalue some pip culture trend, or socual norm standard, whilst down valueing basic self help techniques, as simple as reading, writing, exercising, meditating, contemplating, journaling and so on. What's worse is that most social media websites now have to copy the format of Tik Tok to stay somewhat competitive, because who or what business wants to lose out? So, it's a vicious cycle of a group being incentivised to copy a bad format for competitive advantage, and making many trade offs in the process. There's also national security risk behind Tik Tok as well. -
@Rishabh R Well, hopefully you learn from this situation. There's a good reason why 'Silence is golden' and 'loose lips sinks ships' and 'don't cast pearls before swine': by babbling and talking about Actualized.org teachings to your social circle or family recklessly, without being careful and considering of whether communicating what you learned is right for each person, without knowing and getting the feel for their values system, cognition, morality, states, and their life experiences so far, you risk triggering them to be close minded, and antagonize them unnecessarily towards self help, further alienating them from doing inner work becauseof a strange bald guy's crazy take, especially if Leo Gura is the first introduction to self help and personal development(no offense Leo). By foolishly talking, you make yourself a fool with a target for criticism, trolling and hating. Why? Because most people are okay, and docile by society to just maintain a mediocre lifestyle. Most are okay with that and don't like people pointing out they could be able to do more, and some really love the comfort of a simple, sometimes boring life. Some people aren't like that and decide to pursue a bit more, discover personal development. Learn to discipline your lups, and persue personal development in private, and if you really have to talk, really know who you're talking too and are in some relationship with, not just a stranger or some coworker, on a name basis or work basis. I mean this is all common sense and indoctrinated into my head to do this at this point, but it's really worth knowing the person you're talking to. Do you just give your credit card and pin to a stranger, and not expect to get robbed? Yeah, treat Actualized.org like that, be careful next time. Take care!

@Schizophonia You mean nagging at Leo?

@Carl-Richard Probably!? -
@DocWatts Nice post, Also, stage yellow-turquoise and beyond, maybe coral, may not have ideologies per say. What makes have a non-ideology an ideology, is when you find yourself clinging to that idea and concept of a non-ideology. For example, if you are agnostic, and you become dogmatic and defensive when agnosticism is questioned, agnosticism and being agnostic is an ideology then.

@r0ckyreed Basically, if you mostly feel not ready, don't have children, you may regret it. Personally, it's a no for me to have a family, I can feel the energy and time going into that is a negative more than a positive.
-
@r0ckyreed My thoughts, are that it depends on stages of development and the value system you hold, cognitive and moral development, personality types and traits, states of consciousness, life/lived experiences so far, other lines of development in various areas of life, and ideologies indoctrinated into you from birth and upbringing. I would say stay open minded and consider just the major issues and some minor ones in your context, what impact a person would have fathering children in, for example a traditional nuclear family unit in this earth more, what contributions potential could be made, positively or negatively, to society and the world. Also, helpful to think like a father, and do various visualizations of you being a Dad, and invest 15+ years of parenting. Does it make you uncomfortable, or does it make you a bit motivated to go and become a Dad? Also, any Ego development issues, and shadows around the father should be dealt with in psychotherapy before becoming a Dad yourself, because highly likely you will have a self fulfilling prophesy of any traumas or limitations of your own Father.

@Bojan V Actually, Jordan Peterson became famous firstly for that televised news with that woman first, with a few videos of him talking to SJWs. -
@Schizophonia It's quite reasonable to be upset with most people. I was triggered when I saw a team of wood cutters cut down a tall tree next to a school. I was a bit angry because the Sparrows, robins and some Magpies would, in spring and summer, choose to nest there. It triggered my misanthropic view of humanity, and I embraced it until it got away.
-
@Emotionalmosquito Yeah, I agree that that can be a bit tricky to deal with. Probably why enthusiastic consent should be practiced over time. Of course, solid PUA techniques, especially kino escalation, already tells enough whether the girl you're cold approaching is receptive and interested in you or not.
-
@Ulax Thanks!

@Rafael Thundercat Yes, he has some good psychological take, but very low political takes. Got to separate the wheat from the chaff . -
@Someone here I hope he's okay. Maybe he finally listened to some of us and took a break from the forum? I'm going with this until he himself or someone close to him confirms otherwise.
