  2. I plan on taking 4 hits of LSD in the near future. Are there any special videos, songs, breathing/personal development techinques I should be aware of? What should I do on my trip? I want to go far with this. I’m pretty new withmixing psychedelics with personal development, as I’ve only done it before for the sensations. At the end of the day I want to feel anxiety free and raise my consciousness. I also want to strengthen the connection between my mind and body. Thank you for any suggestions.
