What is energy? What is the relationship between energy and consciousness?

Since I'm a student I will have 2 and a half months free to do whatever I want. So this summer I wish to work on my life purpose and spirituality, and I want to go extreme with both, as deep as I can. I want to utilize deep work as much as I can, so I'm thinking of a schedule something like this: 2 days of life purpose work, 100% committed, zero spirituality research, mastery, etc. 2 days of enlightenment work, 100% committed, zero life purpose self-inquiry, strong determination sitting, energy work, yoga And then I will experiment with prolonging these periods to maybe one week of hardcore life purpose work and the other week of enlightenment work. I will probably add rest days to avoid burnout. What do you guys think about this? Also, if you would like to read it, I could make a journal to record my progress.

My guess is that the answer to your dilemma is not a logical one. You are trapped in your conceptualizations. What @ajasatya is trying to say goes above your head the same way that what you try to say, goes above the heads of people around you. Stop trying to think of an answer, read or study more. How you feel is a feeling, not a thought. Try shadow work, or psychoterapy. It's an emotional problem, not logical. Treat it that way. Find out how you feel deeply, and what causes that feeling on a much deeper, illogical, emotional level.

Do you guys know any universities which are somehow related to the subject of spirituality/enlightenment?
-
Yes, I would also love to find something like that.

This is the sort of university/institute I'm looking for. Would love to find some more like these two. Yellow/turqoise, but still westernized.

This has been a recurring theme in my life lately. I have been talking to my mother (green, little yellow) who is really open to discussing everything I come up with. She has observed that I am starting to isolate myself more and more from my friends and social life. As I'm going deeper into consciousness work and self-actualization, I have less topics to discuss with my buddies. I really love them, but they just cannot relate to me anymore, and the conversations are getting repetitive - me talking about yoga or whatever against an orange/green paradigm. All that is left is goofing around and having fun. Which I'm not against, but it's not nearly as fulfilling as when I'm by myself strolling through the park and watching trees. So I'm naturally inclined to separate myself from the social affairs. My mother tells me that I'm isolating myself and that she is scared for me. My question is specific and general: Do you have any advice for me? How to handle my friendships, and also how to meet new folks with similar interest (which is rare, especially at my age, 17)? Is this isolation bad for my growth and development as a person? Am I missing something here? What is friendship? More and more I'm starting to feel that it's just an exchange of value, fun and love. Not much to it. I'd like to have a person that I could walk the path of self-actualization with. How does friendship relate to self-actualization? How does friendship relate to spirituality? Thanks

Croatia, not much stuff going on here. But I'm willing to go abroad if it feels right. Interesting, thanks!
