  1. @Leo Gura Forever? How can I ditch it? One thing I do know is that I don’t wanna be trapped in material “life”.
  2. I need some inspiration. Im mostly interested in the stage where you already have a reasonably developed idea and you're ready to start materializing it. You start gathering supplies, make a webpage, you start investing time & resources into the project. From when there was nothing up to when there was even just a somewhat functional business. I'm confused as to how one brings their idea to the real world. Ive got a pretty solid idea but now I'm lost as to how to begin, going from 0 to 1.
  3. How does one extract value from common media not meant for self improvement? Is it even possible? I find my self feeling a little bit anxious worrying that every movie, book, articles and even videos that are not quite obviously providing valuable knowledge are not (as) worth going through . I know that when talking about mainstream stuff you get into a horribly wide selection of content; from great literary masterpieces to cheaply made movies. But has anyone tried to extract and squeeze out value? Of course the better quality the media the better/easier. If something isn’t quite as insightful but still enjoyed for entertainment purposes should it be consumed cautiously? Also, I know that something can have tremendous artistic value but does it outweigh the lack of insight? Does it have to be outweighed?
  4. @soos_mite_ah Very true!! What are some good fiction material you’d reccomend?
  5. I'm talking about all texts from major religions: Judaism, Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism & Islam. Obviously it is an overwhelming (to put it nicely) amount of content. Should I even bother? Maybe just skim through them? I am curious to peek at all these radically different world views that have many wars and history to their names. And I understand theres some value to be taken out of them, but of course you have to have a trained eye as by now they should be highly adulterated and diluted. But perhaps that's just all I should do; take a peek.
  6. @Zeroguy Well that's the thing. You gotta monopolize your own market, and for that you gotta make the business that nobody is making.
  7. So Japan defended Tawain because China has been in a crusade to make it Chinese territory just like they didi with Tibet many years ago. China proceded to threat and say they would nuke Japan non stop, followed by some other insensitive comments like Japan already being nuked, etc etc. What would be a high consciousness take on this? IDK if Im letting my self fall victim to the media (and maybe overestimating China) but China does seem to be out of control and too powerful. They've got people in high places in corporation and the government specially in the US. I don't wanna sound all paranoid and all but their style of government doesn't seem to be too friendly. At least from here it looks like they've got a whole 1984/Brave New World situation there (referring to the books). If indeed there was something to worry about, at least I've got some peace of mind because that level of tyranny (and forced economic/tech growth) cannot be sustainable. I imagine people eventually will get sick, no amount of brainwash can get through that right? Also their energy environmental situation leaves a lot to desire. It's not optimal if you want to rule the world. here's a link if you want a quick read about the nuke thing but feel free to search your own sources. https://www.opindia.com/2021/07/china-threatens-to-nuke-japan-non-stop-if-it-tries-to-defend-taiwan/
  8. I'm mainly investing in crypto (bitcoin to be specific) as it has proven to be a safe and steadily growing because what I'm able to save right now would never be enough. Just saving up is not enough right now because my income is not much. When my income increases sufficiently maybe straight up saving will be a better option. I don't like banks for storing money; where I live theres a ton of bank fraud and tax terrorism and bitcoin seems like a safer way to store whatever I can save up, with the added bonus of value increase. By the time I need to tap into my savings for the startup inflation may have played its role. When I finish studying I plan to work for a couple years in the same industry as my startup to gain experience and to have a greater income so I can start lifting up the startup. Keep it as a side hustle until it is no longer beneficial for me to stay in a job.
  9. @savingmylove These automatization solutions you speak of, could someone not as tech savvy (in terms of programing web pages) be able to implement them relatively easy? I may not count with people too specialized in programming.
  10. @aurum I've got nothing too concrete really. Just the idea. My plan was to save up and invest a bit on some generic stuff (like bitcoin and stocks) to have sufficient capital in a couple years to support the birth of the business. On the meanwhile I'll develop as much as possible whatever part that doesn't require serious money, like the creative/art part of it. Im finishing my studies and my parents can still support me, thankfully. So I prefer to invest the time in making a really solid foundation for the business.
  11. @Yarco Very helpful. Definitely breaking it down that much makes it less intimidating. I'll read that book.
  12. @hyruga @Eternal Unity I mean no disrespect, but isn't the whole task of enlightenment and consciousness work more difficult when trying to do it by religion's rules? I think consciousness work and (modern/mainstream) religion have drifted apart by a great deal and in general no longer pursuit the same ego-less objective. I' sure that it is possible to only listen to the true and non-diluted bits but why not just go directly to less diluted sources and (of course its personal preference), but why engage in all the custom and cultural side of religion (meaning not the esotericism)? It doesn't make sense to me, from the point of view of those who willingly convert in search of enlightenment. If you were born inside a religious household I guess its hard to unsubscribe to that way of thinking. Sorry if I came across as a bit insensible but I don't know how else to ask
  13. I’m not an expert but I don’t think it’ll work. ASMR basically is just shallow stimulation, you’ll just get distracted. There are other ways aside meditation. Like contemplation, visualization, etc.
  14. @Cepzeu It would be nice if you created a mega pack with all Leo's videos. I'd love to have a backup! Hopefully the day never comes, but it'd be terrible if all videos where lost (to YT's banning crusade or something like that).
  15. Yeah I wouldn't wanna do that unless I want to end up in a CIA lab
  16. I believe there are many ways to practice and develop psychic abilities but i recently came across an app to aid with this. Do you think things like this “game” do help to exercise ESP (Extra sensory perception)? The app’s simple. You’re given four squares, choose the right one and you’re rewarded with a chime, a vibration and a picture and you move on to try again. Choose wrong and your just shown the correct square and try again. There really is no other way to choose the right one without guessing or using “the force” hehe. The app is just called “ESP Trainer”.
  17. @cookiemonster It feels as if they're hungry to take all the world. They're quite behind everyone else, specially behind Japan in most aspects so I wouldn't trash the possibility they might try to do something (maybe not nuke). It's like a kid making a tantrum, except there's the world at stake.
  18. I took a single square from a strip of five sold to me as 100 ug per tab. It was my first time and maybe that contributed to the overwhelming experience but after reading some reports and technical data I started to suspect that my trip was considerably stronger than what the internet depicted. Maybe it had to do with my set and setting, etc but I record almost 15 hours since intake until I fully recovered normal function and for all due purposes out of the effects. During the trip, close to the peak but not even at the climax I had a real bad time keeping my balance, not so much as nausea, but more as if I had ran a marathon and could barely walk to the bathroom. To the point where I decided to lie down and just drift off with the visuals and sensations, sleeping from time to time, very lucidly. To the point I had a hard time telling apart being awake from asleep (but not in a negative way). I attempted to eat a couple hours after the peak: meat felt grainy like dirt, fruit was interesting but quickly got sick of it too. Through out the trip I got cold or hot too easily, I was switching the AC on and off every 10 minutes. Also I fell into thought loops quite often, but nothing too serious. Sounds where ramping up and slowing down as if I was playing with a DJ console. Overall, it was a very interesting and intense experience, not very negative but heavy on the body load. I took a second trip (again, just one 100 ug tab, supposedly) and this was similar in intensity but quickly turned into hell due to inadequate set and setting and some mental negligence of mine. Thought loops (hell loops) where much more scarce but way too strong. These experiences where definitely a +++ (Shulgin scale), leaning on the heavy side (but I've got no reference point as these are my only two experiences with any substances). The point is that these trips seemed way too strong for just 100 ug, to the point I would take "100 ug" maximum from the same batch until I gain more hours of experience. I'll probably go with half a tab and scale up gradually. Is this how the first trips are supposed to feel? Will it tone down with practice? Does it sound like it was a higher than 100 ug/tab? Any suggestions?
  19. @flowboy Please elaborate. I know you have to let go, but I've heard sometimes the trip is just too much and maybe is best to try to distract your self a bit. Some times you're just not ready to get the full blow head first. Specially when the trip goes haywire. Bad trips can teach a lot, I know, but sometimes it is not worth the trauma. Wouldn't you agree?
  20. @flume Does the farm is self sustainable in terms of finances? Or do you have to inject resources from time to time? I was thinking about pairing whatever food business I end up manifesting with an organic farm. I love raising plants. Specially heirloom veggies
