ADHD can be an effect with many different possible causes. The ones that I know of are: unresolved trauma, a diet that doesn't work for your body, and a lack of proper fitness. Dealing with these resolved ADHD for myself.

Comprehension contemplation, and observing the present. The abstact understanding that you gain from psychadellics needs to be watered threw mentally mapping out and then seeing/ feeling the branches that extend from the insight into human existence. Always assume there is more to grow out of an insight and water it whenever you can. -
This is where mindfulness practice is very useful, being able to feel the emotions without them looping back into themselves. Notice you probably feel bad about feeling bad, creating a loop. Mindfullness helps the mind just directly expirence the feeling/ thoughts and allow them to be. This will allow your comfort zone to expand faster, and allow you to relax as you push yourself more into the uncomfortable.
-
Yes, because then your comfort zone expands. The more comfortable you are in different areas, the less resistance you face. Thing is someone doing 'hard work' might just be doing the same thing over and over, not willing to step out of their comfort zone, not willing to explore new methods of getting to success. Of course if you have found something that grows you in the way you want then yeah work hard at it, but in order to find the thing that grows one the most one must step out of their comfort zone and explore. Everyone grows the best in different ways.

That is one way to look at it, from a scientific perspective. Nothing was ever lost, or ever added. Everything is constantly changing and is all the same thing, consciousness. There is the illusion of seperation, really the table is the tree the tree is the water, sunlight, and nutrents from the soil... This splits off into a web of infinite loops. Infinite perspectives of the same thing. -

@EternalForest Because to create is to destroy, they are the same. To build a wooden table you must chop down a tree. -
@SuperMilkbox Realize that these accusations are just projections from someone else. They do not hold any grounds, just subjective opinions. The sheild and sword is up you are trying to fight them, trying to fight the thought stories you have that came from the thoughts stories of someone else. Allow the thoughts to be there and just watch them. Good that you have goals, but have you figured out what you value? Values are more fundimental then goals and are central to living a fulfilling life, the greatest goals come from your values. Then observe the anxiety, and allow it to be there. Im sure it also comes with thought stories like "What if they say this..." "What if they say that..." . Let it be there, give it the space, but then go towards something you value.

I wouldn't trust any online tests about your personality, or the opinions of other, you know it better then anyone. To deal with this I would suggest getting really connected and intune with your values. The more you act out of your values, the more you will feel you are acting as your authentic self. Thus more self-love emerges, less internal blaming and more internal support. You want to learn skills, well the best skills for you to learn are the ones that are most deeply connected to your values. I understand what its like to lose friends, have someone tell you they were never your friend, or don't want to be anymore. Allow the grief to come, listen to it and give it space when it needs it, but don't get lost in it, once it is heard connect with your values and take an action that alines with them.

To deal with panic attack focus on breathing, the exhale in peticular make it long and as full as comfortably possible. This activates the parasympathetic nervous system, responible bringing the body into a relaxed, healing state. At the same time notice the feelings/ thoughts you associate with anxiety, and allow the feelings giving them more space to expand. The more you grow your mindfullness muscles the easier it will be

Best way to deal with pain in my veiw is to first see it for what it is, feeling senstation, then to breath into it as if you are expanding the space around the feeling giving it more space. At first it can seem worse as you are bringing more awareness to it, but the more one practices this the better it get. I suffered from chronic pain and this is how I basically cured it. -

That is the beauty of infinity, if the fractal stopped it wouldn't be infinity, it keeps on abstracting eternally. That fractal is you, god, going threw itself. Right now one is attched to the human identiy, and it's hard not to be. The ego is using awareness for its survival needs, but awareness, conciousness is more powerful then the ego, expand and awaken to its power and see. -
@SickLuv I like being sober and I like being high, collapes the duality of sober vs high and then addiction becomes a non-issue. There are beninfits to boths sides, contemplate about what the side of yourself who thinks being high is better thinks of the side who thinks you should be sober, then look at the sober perspective looking at the high perspective. Once you got a good idea of both sides look at the big picture, the more awareness you bring to this the easier it will be to collapes the duality.

Reconize the thought stories, take a deep breath, connect back with the present. I felt the same way about my childhood for a long time, thought that I had wasted it. Know that the lower the place you are now the greater the peak you can slingshot back up to, life comes in waves, macro wave, micro waves, a lot of wobbly waves. Say if you were to kill yourself, who would you want to reincarnate as? What would you want to be doing? Where would you want to be? I would also really suggest looking for a new therapist/ counsellor that you resoinate with. Good therapy needs this.

Anything that cultivates body awareness, mindfullness, yoga, martial arts. Practice obseving the feelings in your body, which right now is numbness, so observe the numbness with curiousity and without judgements. Then breath into the feeling as if you are giving it more space in ones body. As other feelings arise do the same. Psychedelics are amazing for going deeper into feelings, practicing mindfullness on them increases body awareness drastically.

Really nuturing a childs growth involves following along with the childs interests and passions. The education system just trys to ram information into their heads. The system is too ridged, calcuated, and lacks heart. It needs more flexablibity in order for it to bend to the visions and passions that the students have. Teachers would teach what would be useful to the students, knowledge that would be connected to their interests and show them how it connects back. This would inturn motivated them to learn further. -
Yep you can value tidiness, to understand the value deeper you might ask "What does tidiness mean to me?", then to start setting goals based off this value you could ask yourself something like "What small action could I take that alines with this value?" and "When am I going to do it?". To discover more values ask questions "What do I want my life to be dedicated to?" "What is most import to me in this life?", this is a very important thing to do because you are conciously creating who you want to be. One of the great things about focusing more on a values foundation then goals foundation is that you can act on your values right away as they are generators of goals, and immediate actions.
-
Ask "Are these thoughts useful in creating the life I want?". Then breath, create space for the feelings, and connect back with following ones life purpose. The purpose of the feeling is survival, it wasn't that long ago we were running around as hunter gathers who needed to know if a sound was a dangous animal or a friend, making a mistake there could pay with your life.
-
The hearts deepest desires, principles that one uses to guide and motivate oneself. The difference between following values over fighting with the waves of thought stories is that values are actually useful in creating the life you want to live. There is no right or wrong answers here, you create your own values. Lets make a useful distiction here between values and goals, a goal is something that can be completed, checked off the to do list (I want to socialize more), a value the other hand is a principle that guides ones goals and how you want to show up in this life (I value comminicating and connecting with others). Values are like a compass and map, the islands that one can land on are like goals. To feel like ones life is meaningfull, all you have to do is start heading for shore.

I like this model, it makes a lot of sense to me. If you wanna go deeper into it I would suggest the book Letting Go by David Hawkins. It was where I first seen a model like this. -
You need to discover what you value, set goals based on your vaules, and take action. Right now you are out at sea sailing around with no map, fighting with waves of thought stories. Breath, create space for the feelings, and move towards something you value.

@mind_blown Good, notice the tension, awareness is the first step. Trying not to notice it is the result of you labling it as negative, you don't want to notice it because you don't like it. Observe the agitation, what is it really? I think you will find that it is also just tension itself, tension connected to thought stories, and images. Tension is both emotional and physical, it is feelings in the body. When tension arises first acknowledge what it is, feeling, then breath into it giving the feeling space (Let the feeling expand to the rest of the body), and then refocus back on to the present moment.
