once I was tripping so hard at night in the woods I lost all connection to my body and was sucked into a strange, very brutal dimension filled with very earthy low vibrations, I think it's a level of existence of different nature spirits and stuff. It is the same, as in our dimension - it can be interrupted by trips and dreaming every night - but we still get this feeling of continuity. The same feeling of linearity and continuity can exist on multiple levels in completely different dimensions at the same time. Very interesting insight. I took about 8 gr of dried psilocybe cubensis. There was a lot if strange and interesting stuff during that trip, but this experience was the most intense

Actually, a lot of Russians opposed the war. When it started there were massive demonstrations. The big ones were in Moscow and Saint Petersburg. However, the state quickly introduced new laws - like the one punishing people for discreditation of the Russian military. So nowadays even saying publicly that you're against the war is a sure way to get a real jail sentence, like some people are getting 6-8 years for anti-war posts or posts about Russian war crimes in Bucha on Russian Facebook, Vkontakte.

Just do whatever you're feeling to lol. Try local cuisine, and talk to locals. In India, it's super easy. For example, I'm an introvert who enjoys keeping to myself - but in India, you will be forced to talk with very friendly locals like a lot. Indians are fun, curious and super-friendly people. Visit local temples, participate in customs and rituals, hike etc. Travels will bring you to situations you would never end up living in your country in one place. And growth happens when we're out of our comfort zone. When you travel, It will happen naturally by itself. Which cities are you planning on visiting in India and Thailand?

Dude, you don't need drugs for a good sleep. Just use earplugs. For me, it works like a charm when I have issues with surrounding noise. Also, 5 hours of sleep won't cut it. You need a minimum of 8 hours for a good rest. Please, don't underestimate the importance of good sleep.

Speaking from personal experience, I also found that solitude regarding psychedelics is the best option. Even the presence of just one sober person next to you makes your trip less deep and more shallow, as if his current level of consciousness keeping you more sober as well. You don't have to go to specifically India to find true spirituality tho. Any country and culture has a unique tradition. A trip to a radically different country with a fundamentally different culture can be spiritual by itself in its own way. And I'm not gonna lie, India does feel very unique, strange and alien. Good place to explore cultural relativism and stuff. I spent three months in India recently and loved every day of my trip.

I used to have a similar experience in my early twenties. I regularly felt powerful vibrations which were shaking my whole body when I was falling asleep, it was conducive to my lucid dream practice. Also, Robert Monroe mentioned a similar experience with vibrations in his book. I don't know what it was tho.
