Date report, need advice pleaseWhen it comes to physical escalation you must read her face and reaction when you touch her. If she bristles or subtly avoids your touch, then you immediately pull back, and even push her away a bit. Physical escalation should never be something the woman bristles at. You can easily tell this just by observing her face whenever you touch her.
Example:
When I pulled that Instagram model, I tried to lead her to my car by simply taking and holding her hand. The most mild physical escalation possible. She pulled her hand away and refused to hold hands. I immediately pulled my hand away, played it cool, and just walk with her to my car. Then drove her home. Sometimes a girl will refuse to hold your hand but she will come home with you and let you fuck her. All game must be calibrated to the girl. If she bristles, pull back but lead forward as if nothing happened. It's on until she tells you to go away.
Nothing is gained by forcing your touch on a woman who bristles at it. Only increase touch if she likes it or doesn't resist.
If she is resisting your game and you keep running the same game, you're making a mistake. Adjust your game to suit her.

Meditation, kriya yoga, shamanic breathing -- these can all be as traumatizing as psychedelics. You can't do deep spiritual work without facing your demons.

I. Can't. Meditate.?When I began my practice, I immediately jumped into the deep end using this sequence as a base for my practice. There’s no way I would have been able to stick with practice without the cycling between techniques like this… it was paramount to my early success. The constant cycling is both stimulating to the mind which helps curb boredom, and powerful for training the mind in different ways. Observing the differences in a technique’s effect is huge in numerous ways.
After having built this foundation of consistency and persistency PLUS seeing how different technique interact and gain the benefit of the different techniques, I was ready for a more consistent technique for the whole sit. I started exploring The Mind Illuminated which also served as an enormously powerful foundation for future practice. Cannot highlight this book enough.
At that point, I started exploring dry insight vipassana, self inquiry, and do nothing, all of which have been powerful. Yet the foundation of my practice was that 60 minute cycle.
Regardless of what technique you choose, consistency is paramount for your success. If we’re constantly starting and stopping, always changing our technique strategy, or filled with doubt about the path, we wont succeed. Some amount of faith/intuition that this path is THE path of wisdom and happiness is helpful. Consistency will provide evidence for this intuition, as the experiential positive effects of meditation are undeniable.
Do not listen to Leo talk about how ineffective meditation is for reaching extremely powerful states of consciousness. He’s truly full of shit on this one but just doesn’t know it. The reason people lack absurd, mind blowing results with meditation is nuanced and has much less to do with meditation, and more to do with the context in which meditation is practiced.
For example -
Are you consistent? Are you going on annual retreats or even more? Do you contemplate and deconstruct your world view with sound epistemology? Do you emphasize life practice in addition to formal practice? Are you working with a teacher? Are you exploring psychedelics in with a sacred intention? Are you reading books? Are you learning from a variety of mystical traditions? Is your practice holistic or have you slipped into a dogma of one particular approach/lineage/tradition? Is your mind comfortable with paradox?
Most meditation practitioners are not nearly holistic enough with their approach to see the mind blowing results that are possible. They are not deconstructing their reality deeply enough to see the actuality of direct experience. But when you do apply deep holism and radical consistency and effort to practice, it comes alive in ways that are magical and more powerful than psychedelics, heretical to say on actualized.org I recognize but true nonetheless.
I wish you and everyone reading well. I also deeply caution everyone with Leo’s point of view on meditation practice. He is not an advanced practitioner, nor is he particularly serious. If you adopt his beliefs on meditation, whether consciously or subconsciously, it will negatively impact the results you get from practice.

3 hours is not overkilling it if you are semi-advanced and you can get to semi-advanced in 1-3 months if you are serious. Lahiri (the OG kriya yogi) had recommended very big numbers of repetitions for his advanced students. You can basically just do one technique - Maha Mudra - all day. Set a realistic goal like 2 hours a day and then if you have time and a desire to push further, then push further.
Just don't do the very advanced techniques all day, but basic Kriya Pranayama and Maha Mudra have virtually no limits.

How to Cure Brain Fog?I would start with looking at your diet and overall lifestyle before grabbing a lot of supplements as the issue could be as simple as some minor nutritional deficiencies or imbalances on some of the metabolic energy cycles. Any nutritional deficiencies will be driving hormonal and neurotransmitter deficiencies so it is always important to look at whether the individual cells of the body are well fed.
1. if you are consuming a lot of foods with high glycemic load (white rice, white potatoes, sweets, pastries, white bread) those will give you a nice insulin rollercoaster destroying any cognitive capability
2. caffeine can do that
3. dehydration
4. lack of individual micronutrients from fruits and vegetables
5. imbalances in your dietary fats as every brain cells needs to be surrounded by a lipid layer made of all essential fatty acids and phospholipids. If you are someone who does not consume sources of healthy fats and there is a lot of saturated fats deposited in this are it may actually give your brain mild insulin resistance
6. protein deficiency can cause a reduced production of different neurotransmitters that help your brian synapses communicate with each other. Protein from diet is also needed to create acetylcholine, phosphatidylserine and other essential elements allowing brain cell-to-cell communication. Ideally, you'd get that protein mostly from plants.
SO before you burn a lot of money on tests and supplements make sure your diet is spot on, that you sleep well, exercise daily, hydrate well and avoid being in chronic state of excessive stress.

Wheat is just empty calories. Why do you think everyone eats it? It's cheap empty calories. That is all. It has no nutritional value. You might as well just eat spoonfuls of white sugar. At least the sugar won't cause autoimmune reactions.
This isn't rocket science. Just basic common sense. You are fed wheat for the same reason cows and chickens are feed grain. It's the cheapest fuel there is.
Peasants, soldiers, slaves, prisoners, and animals are fed bread. That's what makes society run. Not oil, grain.

ALWAYS expect girls to flake on you and plan accordingly. You always text her to confirm she's coming the day of, and even the hour of the date. If she doesn't confirm you don't leave your house.
Sounds like she's being dumb and playing games. She does not want to take any responsibility for sex.
Obviously she's into you. Proceed as if she will sleep with you.
Escalate more heavily next time to make sure she's not gonna friend-zone you. Start rubbing her body in sexual ways and turn her on. If she tries to friend-zone you, continue to escalate and force her to leave you or accept your sexuality. If she tells you she just wants to be friends, don't flinch or get angry, just keep escalating until you force to walk away. If she walks away, fine, you did the best you could and it's her fault for playing these games.
Girls will be very flakey and coy. Don't let that faze you. Just keep holding your frame and don't allow them to friendzone you. You know you want her so go for it. If she rejects you, let her reject you hard. Otherwise assume she wants it.

Date report, need advice pleaseOk guys so i will give you a short report and a situation i have which i find really confusing.
So i met this girl from a friend, we all went to do an activity together. We vibed a bit and talked and stuff but nothing crazy. We also touched hands a bit because of the nature of the activity but again, all relatively innocent stuff. Afterwards, i added her on instagram and we texted a bit back and forth, mostly replying to each other stories. After exams ended (we are university students), i told her to meet up and she happily agreed. We met up (just me and her) and we went on this bar in the center and sat on these chairs where u can touch the person but it is not really a couch. We spent there like 3 hours, talking about different things, making jokes, having fun etc. I paid the first round of drinks (a 0.33 litter beer (around 5% alcohol)) and she paid for the second round. Towards the last hour or so i started touching her hand and stuff and we got comfortable with touching each other hands. I would say i hit state during the last 45 minutes or so, i sexualized a bit and at one moment we were both holding hands and she did not remove it. At that moment i kissed her, a small make out. After that, she leaned on and she kissed me. She told me my lips were a bit rough because it is quite cold these days and said "next time you go out with a girl apply some product to make your lips softer". Afterwards we left, she said "that was fun" when we were leaving. Then i walked her to the train station (she lives in a nearby city) and went home. Considering this girl was quite pretty and cool i am very happy with myself that i had the balls to make the first move because usually i chickened out and this costed me like 4 girls so far.
Now things get weird and bad.
I reply to her story like 3 days after we meet and we text a bit, then i suggest to meet later on the week (sunday and this texting is on tuesday). She says she is busy that weekend but suggests to meet me next wendsday (so 1 week exactly from the moment this texting is happening). I agree and we pick a time and place. I do not really text her after because i was busy with my stuff and partially because i did not want to mess up anything with bad texts (i am not that good in texting atm).
So today (wendsday) i go the place we arranged to meet but she is nowhere to be found. I text her "where are you" and 20 minutes later she tells me that she forgot and was sorry and shit. I got super pissed but refraimed myself for saying anything nasty, i just told her not to do it again and lets find a time again to meet and stick to it.
She suggests friday after class and says she is also meeting some other friends. I get bit confused and tell her if we can meet on the weekend because on friday i am busy. She tells me okay but i am not sure yet and then says something weird to me. She asks me "if this is a friendly meeting because things got a bit weird towards the end of our previous meeting". I am like WTF to myslef, you legit kissed me, said it was fun and we even made jokes after when i walked you to your destination and now "it was weird"?????????
I text her like "Is it really friendly tho" and "What was weird about last time"
She says something like "yes very friendly" and "haha nevermind, beer in empty stomach i guess".
I am really really confused with this shit.
Most of my friends are not thatttt experienced with girls so i feel like asking here for advice because i really want some good advice.
We talked for like 4 hours almost before i kissed her and it was mutual, she accepted it and even kissed me back. We did not even drink much, she never said she was tipsy or drunk and seemed perfectly mine to me. I am really confused.
Any advice would help. Sorry for the super long thread but i wanted to give you guys a clear assesment of the situation.

Just because something isn't permanent does not make it any less important to one's growth.
And you never come back quite the same. It changes you. Just like a meditation retreat. It does not solve all problems at once. Nor is anyone claiming that.
You have to be careful with how you set your expectations. The psychedelic path is a unique path. It does not have to align with any other path, nor meet the milestones of any other path. It does not have to fit the 10 Ox Herding pics or anything else. You can leap straight to total enlightenment in 5 minutes. And then jump back down. And that's okay. It is what it is.

There are literally 1000s of research chemicals which almost no human being has ever taken. And some of them can be very nasty. I am not gonna ever try them all.
But to refuse to try 5-MeO-DMT given its well-documented track record is quite foolish. I don't care how enlightened you are. This substance is pure magic. This is the actual Holy Grail in powdered form. And yet most people criticize and ridicule it. It's quite sad really. God presents itself to you in powdered form and you reject him. Why? For some silly reason?

I suppose I should try it some more. I wanted it to be a powerful technique but for me it feels like I'm better off just doing a solid trip than microdosing. Other people may feel differently, like if you're depressed or something, maybe it would be good for you.
Modafinil feels a lot better for everyday activities and work than 10ug of LSD. Modafinil is so nice I often don't take it simply because I feel like it's cheating. Life is too good on Modafinil, LOL. You can't rely on drugs to hold up your life. Tripping is different. Tripping is a rare event which is more like a rite of passage or a retreat. So it's very different from daily dosing of drugs for life enhancement. I'm generally not a fan of near-daily dosing of anything because it becomes a crutch.
But hey, if you can't function without it because you have bad ADHD or whatever, then it might be good for you, for a while.
Eventually though your goal should be to be totally free of chemical crutches. Happiness must come from within.

Also, if you have the money, EEG neurofeedback training. You can find a center near you that offers hourly sessions. It's great for ADD. Just 5 to 15 sessions can make a lasting impact.

If all you learned was that 5-MeO-DMT is better for your aims than N,N-DMT, that would be a valuable lesson. But my guess is N,N-DMT will hold a lot more lessons for you than that.
You never know what lessons you'll learn until you try.

The Muse is totally inadequate for what you're looking to do. You need a true EEG machine with wet electrodes and precise placement on the right parts of your skull. The secret of mystical experiences isn't so much in their amplitudes or frequencies, but in their synchronization, which is harder to see. What you want are Theta, Alpha, and Gamma waves perfectly syncing, while Beta waves are suppressed. Experiences of God should reflect the EEG of a dying brain. A physically dying brain actually synchronizes Theta, Alpha, and Gamma before it flatlines. Advanced yogis supposedly can have zero EEG readings. Like they are brain-dead. Those are my best guesses. Certainly needs to be tested.
To do a good test of 5-meo would require a device like this. The other problem is that these devices require that you keep the electrodes perfectly still. Which would be REALLY hard to do on a 5-meo breakthrough. Any movements -- even eyeblinks -- would ruin the signal. So you'd have to really have your shit together to pull that off. But it could be done.
My guess is that 5-meo creates tons of brainwave synchrony. Would love to confirm that.
