Do not assume any spiritual teacher or guru has a full understanding of God or Consciousness or Awakening. Be extra mindful of spiritual fantasies and parroting stuff you read in books or hear in talks. If it isn't part of your direct experience, regard it as speculation. Think through everything for yourself and be mindful of all the "humanness" that infests all spiritual teachings. Be extra mindful of developing a spiritual ego.

There are 1000+ boyfriends and girlfriends for everyone. The only problem is that you don't want to put in the work it takes actualize them.
If you keep being lazy and irresponsible you might end up with zero.

The biggest problem is that you are not considering how badly this scheme could backfire. You assume intelligence is a singular well-defined and quantifiable thing, but in practice it isn't. There are many different kinds and a healthy society needs that diversity, otherwise you will breed a race of people who all think in the same way and have the same blindspots and weaknesses. Your simplistic IQ test will screen out many great and talented people and include many immoral and egoticstical people. And in practice administrating this would be a nightmare. It's needlessly coersive.
Soceity needs many people who are not too intelligent to do basic manual work.
Remember, most people are not too intelligent so they will fight back and rebel against your coersion of them by "elites". That's already happening now. Imagine how bad it would get if you threatened to sterilize all the MAGA.

If your focus is to get your epistemology right then you will see that:
1) Negative emotions come from the ego's needs, as a form of survival, and do not lead to truthful perception of reality. Just because you are in pain doesn't make your view any more true.
2) Overgeneraliziation from a few anecdotes to entire classes of people is untruthful. The truth is that there is a huge diversity of different people in the world and no simplistic pattern of which of them are good or bad.
It is true however that long-distance relationships will almost always fail. Because if you really cared about the relationship deeply enough you would change the situation to make it short-distance.
