This guy totally rubs me the wrong way. I tried to read his book, the 10X rule but couldnt finish it. I think it would be difficult to try and find a bigger ego than this guys ego. Definitely not someone that I respect.

It's your responsibility to find a way to provide value which other people appreciate.
There are many starving artists in the world. It is not enough to create art, you must create art which other people are willing to pay for. This makes your job twice as hard. And that's correct.
Here are the levels of making a living:
Level 1: Being a pure value leech
Level 2: Providing value but in a toxic way that harms others
Level 3: Providing value which doesn't harm others but also isn't art
Level 4: Doing art but no one is willing to pay well for it
Level 5: Doing art, providing massive value, and getting paid well for it
Reaching Level 5 requires some serious strategy and effort. It will not land in your lap.

@Leo Gura Trading is all about looking at previous data to understand where price is likely to head next. It's never a 100% thing that's what people have confused. It's more of a 50-70% chance of being right based on your skill/analysis.
Yes there's a lot of similarities with gambling but gambling is based on pure luck and guessing.
You can't look at the data to understand it'll hit red or black at the roulette table.
Me coming back to this thread proves my analysis was right honestly, if it hits my target.

Yesterday I was at a spiritual workshop where we were healing the divine feminine / masculine within us.
As I was spilling my guys to a woman who was supposed to represent the divine feminine for me, I had talk about how distorted my view of femininity and women in general had become over the years.
Because of all the negative experiences I had in the past, my perception was so biased against women. Pickup fit into that world view.
It's a nuanced issue because on the one hand, I know how it can benefit guys. I was a part of that community for a while and it did help.
But ultimately, it still presents a distorted form of sexuality / dating.
What's even more interesting is that the feminine is so repressed, that even women don't always seem to realize it. They think this is normal and what healthy sexuality looks like.
And certainly we don't need to moralize against people who engage in a more surface level form of dating. But I don't find it fits with my current world view.
Pickup paints this picture that you are in charge of your dating life. Meeting a girl is an act of will that you can control. When in reality, I find that I meet a girl when the time is right. And most of the time it's not because of anything I "did".
If anything, it's like the universe decides that it's time for us to meet. And when that happens, the most bizarre circumstances can bring you together.
That timeline for that happening is also not necessarily on the "pickup" timeline. It could be fast, but it also could take a long time.
It's not about being passive. It's about really listening to what you want and feels good. What you feel guided to do.
Maybe that's approaching. But maybe it's nothing at all.
In other words, there's a lot of "force" that goes on in pickup. Guys trying to force themselves to approach. Guys trying to force themselves to be attractive. Forcing everything.
Maybe that's a useful paradigm for a while, but eventually you got to let that go.
I don't doubt that there's a conscious way to teach guys how to meet women. But so far I've seen very little of it.

It's actually very simple, but people tend to get a massive dopamine-boner when faced with the prospect of $$$. Just keep it simple and don't put much dopamine secretion into your investment... i.e. don't spend your time tracking every subtle movement in price and getting high on the idea of how much money you're making, cuz this is going to cloud your judgement.

@datamonster Agree with this, but I don't think Stocks / Real Estate are the way to generate that money as you need Capital to play both those games effectively. 
Imo, either a 9-5 or an Online Business is the way to go to grow capital when just starting out. 
To be honest, I think Investments are most effective simply regularly investing in your portfolio over decades & letting the magic of compound interest work over time. 
The younger you are, the more risk you can take (Crypto, Small Cap, Futuristic Funds etc) but we should all have a solid base I feel. 
Think of it like this you invest $100k and only make 10% that's still only $10,000. 
But start with $10k and invest $15k per year for 40 years at 10% and then well, it's a very different story.

@Michal__ Exactly, and the average return on Stocks is around 7-8% after inflation. It is not going to make you rich unless you pick the next Tesla (or Bitcoin ) which let's be real, is unlikely. 
Stocks / Crytpo / Precious Metals are long-term investments that shouldn't take up too much of your mind space unless you're day trading or actually working in the space in some form. 
Best way to build wealth is starting a business / career & THEN thinking about investing imo.

Nah I don’t really see it as thieving, depending on what you’re specifically trading.  One person wants to sell stock in a given moment and one person wants to buy.
Although I wouldn’t recommend day trading however. There’s better things to do. Also most traders probably make less return than just investing in the S&P500. I personally only passively invest in ETFs. It’s the safest option and generally outperforms most people who try to “pick” stocks 

They are celebrities for a reason. They are attractive. That's the game. The game lies in their ability to attract.

Investing is a great way to build wealth, yes. 
If you want to have a career in these fields, if done right of course they can be high conscious, like pretty much anything. 
If you're just looking to invest, firstly, focus on creating a business / developing your career / LP to build wealth first, then from there you can invest the excess etc 
But, people always say I have X amount of $$ where shall I invest. 
I think you should firstly build your own income through Work / Business as that will make you free much faster than investing. Then from there set up your investment portfolio & carry on building wealth, when done right, you can certainly retire a millionaire. 
 

I didn't say that men shouldn't do pick up. That's a strawman. I would probably do some pick up if I were a man. 
I merely said that pick-up only works on a percentage of the the female population and that it's not universal.
But my deeper point is that the way that pick up presents female sexuality is a distortion... a workable distortion that can help men get laid. But it is still a distortion and should not be confused for accuracy. And this distortion gets in the way of deeper bonding experiences between men and women.

The average guy who has zero training will not know how to create deep bonding experiences. Which is your typical guy who you ladies complain about. He has no idea how to do deep sex or how to please you.
Getting good with women requires training for most men. And training comes with lots of failure and trial and error.

Of course it's possible. They just rarely want to. Women have little interest in sitting down and logically analyzing and deconstructing their attraction. Because it ruins the illusion.
Girls have a vague right-idea of what attracts them: humor, confidence, masculine energy, leadership, strength, dominance, charisma, social status, authenticity, etc. But they will not tell you how to create these things. They just expect you to naturally have it and never work to create it. They tend to think that if you work to create it you are doing something wrong, unnatural, and cheating. And that's because plenty of guys do fake those things to lure in women, and of course women hate that because they don't want the fake thing, they want the real thing. But they have no interest in knowing what it takes to create the real thing. They just know they want it. They don't care how the guys gets it. And they are not very tolerant or understanding of the guy's struggle/attempts to create it. The attempts are framed as fakery and cheating -- not genuine desire for growth. So when a guy fucks up the pickup, the girl doesn't think, "Oh, he's doing this to try to become a better man but he failed here", she thinks, "This guy is a fake creep loser trying to get in my pants. This is gross and horrible".
They want the sausage but they don't want to know how its made.

If you want to generate serious money look into business, not stocks.
Your whole approach to money is wrong. You are looking for ways to leech money, when you should be looking for ways to become a massive value provider. If you want to become wealthy make yourself a massive value provider and don't even think about leeching value.

3 second rule: When you see a hot girl, count to three and start walking over to her even if you have no clue what you'll say.
Try a very authentic and natural opener like: "Excuse me. Hi. I just saw you 3 seconds ago and forced myself to come over her and talk to you. I didn't want to but I knew I had to."
