How healthy is fish for a teen?
@Ampresus Relative to what? Pizza and fries?
Questions of healthiness are always relative to what you're comparing to.
And canned tuna ain't the same thing as fresh wild Alaskan salmon.
The biggest concern with fish is heavy metal toxicity. You shouldn't eat too much of it.
Stay away from predatory fish like swordfish, tuna, mackerel, shark, bass, etc. as they contain the most heavy metals. Smaller fish are generally safer than bigger fish.

There are many degrees of quality to psychology. It can be done poorly, it can be done exceptionally.
The trick is that you cannot have an accurate understanding of psychology without personal experience jailbreaking your own mind, which requires excellent grasp of epistemology, metaphysics, and spirituality.

My diet is not relevant to you because I have unique healthy conditions and some disorders.
I also change my diet a lot as I test various things.
The healthiest diet for most people is plant based whole foods.

Zen is a hyper-macho old-school Japanese tradition. And Stage Blue isn't known for its light-heartedness.
Religious purists tend to be the serious sort.

Well here at actualized.org you are the only one denying it. You are the one with the problem. I don't see any of the other posters denying the simple fact that everyone is a racist to some degree.

Everyone is a racist to some degree. Failing to see this is self deception or denial.
Saying that Everyone is a racist to some degree is not normalizing racism. It is understanding it. It is acknowledging that it is an intrinsic part of being a human being. It is self acceptance and self love.

Cast iron skillets are awesome. You need to season them before use and do it occasionally again (not after every meal) but they are amazing and really fun way of cooking. Can put them in the oven too.

Are female dating coaches pointless for men to follow?
    Yes, it certainly is.
But that is not the same as a girl giving you advice about how to attract girls or how to be a man.
A girl can tell me her perspective, but I don't need her advice for how to do what men do. She has no clue about that and will give bad advice. She does not understand the obstacles that men face in this domain and the pragmatics of the situation.

Tony is geared toward stage Orange people. If you are just entering stage Orange then you will love Tony and he will be useful to you.
But once you outgrow that, you should move on.
Tony was useful to me in my stage Orange phase 12 years ago.
Always remember, the most popular teachers are never the best. And he is the most popular. So that should tell you everything you need to know before you even buy his stuff.

  11. Trying to Escape my Job is Causing Suffering
Trying to Escape my Job is Causing Suffering
@dflores321 Of course trying to escape your job is harder and more stressful than not doing so.
If this was not the case, everyone would escape. But very few do.
Realistically, to escape wage slavery requires working twice as hard as other people work.
When I escaped my job I was working so hard, nonstop, days, nights, weekends, holidays -- it was so emotionally stressful I would just cry sometimes. It was extremely difficult. But here's the kicker: it was the best thing I ever did for myself.
You get from life what you put into it.
"Most men lead lives of quiet desperation."
In the end it all boils down to what you're willing to put up with. You're willing to settle for a shitty life and boring job -- that's exactly what you'll get.
Personally, I would rather kill myself than work a boring job my whole life. Which is exactly why I was able to create an alternative for myself. I refused to settle. The pain of escaping wage slavery was high for me, but the pain of surrendering to a boring job was higher.

  14. Psychedelics vs "Natural" Enlightenment
    Psychedelics vs "Natural" Enlightenment
Certainly that's part of it. But, no, it goes much deeper than that for me.
My brain is literally wired for psychedelics. Any psychedelic is 2-3x more potent for me than other people, and perhaps not just potency but also qualitative differences too. It's hard to compare qualitative differences so I can only speculate there.
Basically any starting dose of psychedelic for me is a crazy breakthrough. 2g of mushrooms, 120ug of LSD, 15mg of 5-MeO-DMT, 70mg of DPT, a few puffs of DMT, etc.
And at higher doses my trips are simply unreal in their strength and holism.
I've friends and others take psychedelics without anything near this reaction. I would say that their reaction is 10x less than mine would be at their dose. Not just less quantitatively but qualitatively.
To be honest, it feels like I was born on this Earth to consume psychedelics. Like God designed my brain specifically for that purpose. You can call that delusional, but I've tripped enough at this point to feel that there is a deep intelligence behind my discovery of psychedelics and I know for a fact that my spiritual journey would be incomplete without them. They were not some side-show or distraction for me. They were CORE to my spiritual growth.
Now, that does not mean you are the same. That may not be true for you.
All of my deepest wisdom came from psychedelics. I know for sure that I could not get it otherwise. Maybe some other people could, but I could not. And in the end I gotta do what works for me. But I suspect it will work for thousands of other people too. But not all people.

  15. Harry, Megan & Piers Morgan Saga
Harry, Megan & Piers Morgan Saga
The hilarious thing about this whole situation is that Megan doesn't even look black! If I saw her walking down the street I would assume she's white. I didn't know she was black until this story broke.
Their kid is gonna look so white that it's moot.
Which does not speak well about the royal family. If they could not stomach someone who looks this white, just imagine their reaction if Harry brought home a 100% black girl. The queen would have a heart attack
Russell Brand has darker skin than Megan, Lol.

  16. Psychedelics vs "Natural" Enlightenment
    Psychedelics vs "Natural" Enlightenment
That is the biggest fucking clue.
If enlightenment was truly a singular thing, as many teachers like to claim, then there would be no spiritual warfare. Every highly conscious person would agree. Except the opposite is the case. Hardly any highly conscious people agree with each other. If you study their teachings you will see that they aren't all conscious of the same things. And this is true across all spiritual and mystical and nondual schools. They all disagree with each other, and these disagreements are deeper than mere differences in words or interpretation. These teachers actually reside in different degrees of awakeness. They have different states of consciousness.
If you don't understand this, you will be deeply confused and lost as a student of this work. And you will never reach the highest consciousness.
Most enlightened teachers are not guiding to the highest consciousness possible. Because they don't even know what that is or how to teach getting there. You can't get there through self-inquiry or meditation. You can only get there by changing your neurochemistry.
Human neurochemistry is the only obstacle to Infinite Consciousness. All other obstacles are minor by comparison, and all other obstacles disappear as soon as the right neurochemistry is achieved. And if the right neurochemistry is not achieve, God himself cannot help. You're fucked in low consciousness forever. Spiritual techniques are useful to the extent that they change your neurochemistry. By not tell you this, all your gurus deceive you and themselves. Which is why genetics, nutrition, toxins, and diseases are such important obstacles to awakening. If any of those things are wrong, you will never awaken. Which is true for most people. From person experience with heavy metal toxicity I can tell you straight up that if you have too much heavy metal in your brain, you will never awaken. Your brain functions so poorly you cannot even meditate for 2 minutes.
But hey, maybe Leo is full of shit. Go find out what is true for yourself.

Orange luxury is a Ferrari or a nice oceanside villa.
Red luxury is a diamond carved into your skull or a golden statue of yourself.
Red luxury tends to be so excessive it is absurd. An oceanside villa is not that. Most people would like to live in an oceanside villa. But few people who like wealth would want a diamond carved into their skull.

This is the error right here.
Selfishness is not limited to that.
Selfishness is anything you do to survival the self.
For example, eating food is selfish.

  19. Leo, how did you build your biz without grift?
Leo, how did you build your biz without grift?
Maybe in 10 or 20 years I will share the full story.
But you can't do today what I did. The market has moved on. The online market changes rapidly and old opportunities close quickly if you don't seize them. If you want to succeed in biz you gotta be innovative and on the cutting edge, not asking others and copying 10-year old strategies. That is a plan for failure. Your job as a biz leader is to discover a new path. If you cannot do that then you don't deserve to be in business.
Yes, that's rough, but biz is rough. You must be exceptionally creative and hard working to succeed. You must be willing and able to carry a large weight on your back solo, for years, without anyone holding your hand or giving you emotional comfort.

  20. Can you do success work and enlightenment work at the same time??
Can you do success work and enlightenment work at the same time??
That's one option. There are many different spiritual practices you could do instead. I think Kriya yoga is one of the best. Mindfulness mediation with labeling is also very powerful if done rigorously. See my video: Mindfulness Meditation, also see my video The Important of Real Yoga.
    Yes
Yes, this is challenge if you're new. You need to spend a good deal of time researching your options and then sit down and draw up a plan of what you'll be focusing on. Go with what feels most right for you. There is no one size fits all plan. You are unique and need a unique plan designed by you.
Don't feel guilty or bad if you spend a year or more just watching videos and reading books to get your bearings. You need an big picture idea of what all the methods are and what is worth doing and what is not. Education is not a waste of time it is a crucial first step. You want a decent view of the whole territory so that you don't get stuck in some dead end or trivial pursuit.

  21. Is gluten really that bad?
    Is gluten really that bad?
Some people can tolerate it. Many cannot.
There's nothing really good about it. It's basically empty calories and toxins. Wheat has a lot of pesticides in it and it is poorly digested by the gut because it was been so over-bred to be pest-resistant.
The thing is, if you are young, you will feel like nothing can hurt you regardless of what shit you eat. Then, as you age it all catches up to you.
When I was young I could eat wheat and drink 3 cokes a day without worries. Today I am paying for it.
Optimizing your diet requires a very long-term view: decades. If you only consider how it makes you feed today, you will eat a lot of shit and still feel okay.

  22. Is gluten really that bad?
    Is gluten really that bad?
Obviously rice, oats, polenta, and quinoa have no gluten, so they are much better than wheat.
White long-grain rice seems to be one of the best grains, if you're looking for quick and cheap calories.

  23. Suggestions for improving my articulation.
    Suggestions for improving my articulation.
@Preety_India Well, if you have a brain disorder, the most important move would be to cure that first. Otherwise you are fundamentally limited.
Aside from that, the best way to learn writing is to pick a couple of your favorite authors -- whose writing style and articulation you most admire and aspire to be like -- and read their books sentence by sentence and start writing it out sentence by sentence to learn the structure. Then try writing out your own original sentences in that style. If you do that patiently and diligently you will adopt their writing style. You can combine multiple authors together into some original combination so that you don't come off as a copycat.
It's actually a very simple process. Just a bit tedious.

  24. What do you guys think about this vegan timelapse video?
What do you guys think about this vegan timelapse video?
@The0Self Sorry for being arrogant or mean  i still believe that humans being herbivores is accurate. We are primates. And yes, other primates kill and eat each other. But they still eat mostly plants. Don't tell me that the small amount of meat that they eat is what's keeping them healthy and alive. And what we actually see in humans is that the more populations get their calories from plants, the longer they live and the healthier they are.
Show me the people living 100+ years eating mostly animal products. I don't see any.

  25. Question for Leo or any other high level intellectuals...
Question for Leo or any other high level intellectuals...
No high consciousness person would be allowed within 100 miles of Washington DC.
We barely were able to elect Biden, and you are complaining about high consciousness people not being there. You were born 200 years too early for that. Even the idea that someone like me could be elected already shows a deep flaw in your understanding of how these systems work. I have a better chance jumping to the moon with a pogo stick.
