There exists a supernatural domain of consciousness which is so advanced that no words can communicate it to you.
It is like trying to explain human consciousness to an ant.

The point of Vegas is that Vegas allows you to do endless approaches like you could not do in any other place. Vegas has an insane volume of stunning girls like nowhere else. Vegas is pure abudance. Most cities are pretty scarce with too few girls with approaching and too few opportunities.

Drive around the residential suburbs of Vegas. Don't just stay on The Strip. The Strip is for tourists, locals hardly go there. You want to see the real, residential parts of Vegas like Summerlin.
Also you need to visit other US cities to compare. Your decision is really informed by having a half dozen cities to compare from direct experience.
Also, at your age, you don't need to know which city to settle down in. You can live in many cities before making that decision. Live in Vegas for a year and then you can move elsewhere.

Vegas is quite expensive for an outsider. Clubs here cost $120/night, not even counting alcohol.
If you got a big budget and a bunch of time on your hands, you could do it. But I wouldn't recommend this to just a regular guy trying to learn dating.
If you want hardcore pickup for a few months, yeah, Vegas is king for that. But make sure you come here between April to September.
Do not come to Vegas Nov-March. It is slow. Vegas is very seasonal. The crazy game is May-August. You can plan a May-August immersion.
