As a baseline, you need a deep existential relationship with life. You have to regard all of life with the gravity it deserves, not as something comfortable that you feel entitled to. You have to frame your whole attitude in a deeper context. Rats and birds are shivering to death right now outdoors somewhere. That's life! Not this artificial stuff that humans have invented. Life is serious business and must be treated with much respect.
You can't feel entitled to anything, not to happiness, not to health, not to freedom, not to comfort, not to freedom from pain.
This is the right starting point. Humans are spoiled and corrupt. This corruption makes you weak, pathetic, and miserable.
You should treat life more like you are a rat out in the middle of winter. A rat has no rights and is entitled to nothing. A rat has to work every minute to stay alive. That's real life.
You shouldn't be focusing on such artificial and spoiled concepts like fairness. You should be focused on what work you need to do to grow yourself.

Because you are taking genetics for granted. Good genetics is not something anyone is entitled to. Any capacities you have had to be evolved over billions of years through a very painful process.

As far as spiritual growth goes, I would say it has no value. What it does is put your mind into a deep quasi meditative state. This can have some benefits but it doesn't lead to lasting development and certainly not Awakening.
It is mostly good for relaxation and going into trance states. It can help calm down your monkey mind. It might has soms benefit for unmasking some repressed emotional baggage, but this is hard to measure since it's so subjective.
You are better off doing a rigorous manual mindfulness meditation practice.

You have to keep in mind how marketing works:
1) Only 1/300 people will buy something. So the odds are very small, but with tens of millions of views it adds up.
2) Marketing makes you generally aware that a product even exists. This awareness is very subtle, but when you finally need the product you will know it exists to be bought.
3) Marketing makes you aware of a brand, so when you are in the store and deciding which version to buy, you buy the version you are familiar with.
4) Most of the time a marketed product will not fit your needs, but that 1/300 times you will eagerly buy it.
5) You might be outside the target demographic for certain product ads. For exmaple, product placements in Hollywood movies are designed to appeal to teenagers and young people who are very suseptible to such things. All the superhero movies are made for teens.
If I market some ass itch cream to you, you will ignore it. But in 5 years when your ass starts itching you will remember and buy it.

I'm suicidal due to day to day challenges. (shouting, criticising, controlling, rudeness, family toxicity, abuse, headache situations, hassles,.... when forced to do something I hate, controlled by family what to do, where to go...(No autonomy) My so-called family makes me a slave. 
Sometimes I want to run away but it's as dangerous as suicide. 
I often say to myself "if this keeps going, I can't live, I don't want to live". 
When I anticipate a nasty or headache situation, I start thinking that I should kill myself before that situation arises. Because there'll be 1000s of such situations in my lifetime. 
I had reached very close to killing myself in the past....a few times.
When I am on the verge of killing myself, I feel something extremely wrong and drastic is gonna happen, it feels as if this whole reality is gonna collapse. So I hold myself back. (I am not afraid of consuming poison, I am just afraid of making a big mistake, I doubt myself.).

Edit : If I choose to live, I will get both pain and pleasure in equal amounts in overall life. Or if I die, I will get nothing. It doesn't matter whether I live or die. So I am in extreme dilemma what should I choose. Sometimes pain overwhelms me , other times the pleasure and beauty of life overwhelm me.
