A man's looks are an important factor. But there is a range of consideration.
Now, I'm an average looking woman... maybe a 5 or 6. 
So, if a guy is between a 4 and a 6 looks-wise, I can become attracted to him. It doesn't necessarily mean that I will be attracted to him. That has to do with a multitude of other factors. But looks-wise, that's my range of ability to develop an attraction to someone.
If he is under a 4, then I am unlikely do develop an attraction to him because his looks would be underneath my range.
If he is over a 6, then I am unlikely to develop and attraction to him because he probably won't be excited by me or desire me, and that's a huge turn-off. I like to be the peacock of the relationship.
But when an attraction does set in for me, I really appreciate the way a guy looks because of the way I feel about him. A good-looking guy on his own doesn't do much for me. But if an attraction sets in, I just love the way the guy looks.
This is always the way it has worked for me.

If you guys could go out and get the women you truly desire and date three to five women at once I guarantee you that you would not even think about a relationship.  Why?  Because you would automatically have an abundance mindset.  But instead you settle for decent looking women and mediocre relationships that drive you crazy.

Here are some things that I thought of that could help identify stage yellow men (could also apply to women) on dating apps - although it is more focused on trying to weed out orange/blue/green than finding yellow. This list is totally biased and is mixed with my personal preferences. Having some kind of strategy is better than having no strategy at all.
No pics of them drinking No pics of them with the bros doing dumb things, that includes clubbing, pictures with them naked overlooking a mountain (happens a lot  ) (this relates to point 1 above) No pics of them with semi naked chicks I would assume no one stage yellow would be working in the finance/law/sales field (i.e, no “proud suits” basically). I assume that people choosing these professions mostly choose and stay  in those professions because of prestige and money. Unfortunately, same is true about modern doctors. Look for professions that are most likely to be chosen out of passion - engineering, entrepreneurship, science, psychology, etc. Exercise - yes. Body type: normal or athletic (but not over the top). Drinking/smoking/weed - no Political views - moderate or maybe even liberal Religion - agnostic or spiritual (no atheists) No golf pics No tattoos/piercings - this is my personal preference really, I noticed, usually tattoos are a sign of emotional trauma - ideally I wouldn’t want that. No pics of them without a shirt with an as***** look on their face Generally no pics with an as***** look on their face Cute genuine smile pic Looking for - a relationship Have a few words about themselves and what they are actually looking for No “I travelled to 50 countries” No yoga classes fanatics Simple, classy style, well groomed Education - at least undergraduate degree (graduate degree preferable). I believe people with higher education are more likely to be at stage yellow. No fake boobs, butts, etc. No fake long nails, hair extensions, lip fillers, false eyelashes (1,2 pics with false eyelashes is ok, subtle lip fillers may be ok too). No super heavy makeup pics. Many of you may say this is over the top, like the “I travelled to 50 counties”, but I am writing this having in mind guys/girls in their late 20s early-mid 30s - if they already travelled to 50 counties, when did they find time to self actualize? ? If someone travelled to 50 countries by that age, that is more of an orange “status” kind of travelling. 
Obviously, I would not expect all of the items on the list to be met. I could drop 1-2 things ?. Obviously, some of the things are more important on the list than others. These are my rough notes and I am not being rigid about it.

You should also develop a basic method for screening girls for mental issues. Do it early on and reject those who don't have good mental health. You can design some screening questions to suss out history of mental issues without the girl even knowing that you're screening her.
