There wasn't an answer which ever satisfied this question. I have come to accept it that it may have happened or may not have happened, doesn't really matter to me at this point of time.

Any form of art that reduces heart rate should ideally be Stage turquoise. Classical music which reduces heart beat, which is more mellow Is what you are looking for, is my bet.

Hey @herghly! My practice has stayed the same for a while now, Nadi shodana, ujjayi Pranayama, talabya, om japa and KP. How's yours going? -

For me, it started with the location of the forehead, just between the eyebrows. If you don't find any sensation there at first, you can just push your eye brows together and you ll feel a sensation. This for me was the easiest to concentrate on my third eye. During concentration it's from the medulla to the Ajna. Took some time for me to get this, but to keep at it is the best way to get there. For KP, I usually move my awareness to the chakra location, if it's Anahata then the spine location at my back behind the chest and feel the sensation there. I personally imagine sushamna along the spine from the base till the top. Better to have a Point of view of the spine which is symmetrical. I personally look for a sensation at each chakra point or just plain old awareness at the spine location, if the spine location gets difficult to bring into awareness, then I usually focus inside the body at the location. I am not sure about this as I haven't tried this. Maybe me, personally, will stay away from this. Rainbow colours, VIBGYOR as present in the picture you have attached would be the right colours for each chakra. Maybe it is for a reason. Better to use Shambavi Mudra when you are doing KP, that would automatically point some energy to the third eye even when you are working on other chakras. -

Page 97 - I think you are referring to Kechari Mudra or limited Kechari Mudra. If you cannot do a complete Kechari Mudra then you can do the limited Kechari Mudra where you take the tip of the tongue and place it on the soft palate of your upper mouth, you have to travel to the behind part to find the soft palate. Once you make that connection you have reached limited Kechari Mudra. Mouth closed. Page 99 - Since you are holding the breath, maybe it's better to do it on empty stomach. Duration - after 10 to 20 seconds of holding it, then visualization. Page 100- Abdomen breathing is better for Ujjayi too I feel. I am sorry I haven't started with Mahamudra. -
I have done a 10 day Vipassana retreat and I experienced pain during my sitting. Those SDS were quite tough but just sitting with that pain for a while brought out deep painful memories of my past to a point that literally tears started flowing out of my eyes. Those experiences kind of helped me feel better about those experiences. One huge takeaway I got from this is, just sitting with the pain and experiencing it allows us to access those events or memories where we have felt pain before. Any feeling for that matter, even just sitting and feeling sad for a while can bring back all the powerful memories where I was sad in the past and gavr me an opportunity to revist that memory and heal with either visualizing giving my younger self a hug or just recontextualizong with the a high vibrational outcome.

The levels starts from 30th mark, but ofcourse the rest of the video is great as well

I would definitely learn an instrument if I could do anything different if I were back to 15 now.

Oh.. maybe breathing is the key to visit traumas and heal them. I can relate.

@StarStruck Were there any breathing techniques too? I remember watching on a video everyone lying down on the floor. His and Owens triggering techniques are quite nice.

Id have fun if I were 15 as I did when I was 15? One definitely needs traumas to build so you can resolve them later in life to experience life. I see the values of traumas now. Experience life, do what things interest you. Now's the time to explore, find out what sparks your life. Find a nice compassionate companion, play sports, party, Maybe even masturbate but not to porn, these days the captions and themes are just plain horrible. Id say don't take life too seriously you have a really long journey ahead to figure it out anyways. Be carefree but within legal bounds, as much as possible ?

I haven't taken it myself but what I see from the videos I see a lot of release from participants. That appears very freeing from the shackles.
