  1. Ohhh Hahaha, sorry Shin! I thought it was a hostile post towards my ego
  2. It could have been, my bad if it was already posted. But am sure it is widely relatable so it's fine.
  3. Power of Now by Eckhar Tolle would be my bible, have reread it a couple of times over the years and there was always something new I had discovered. New earth is great too.
  4. If mere layman could respond too then, one pointed focus among all the other qualities can come in handy mightily.
  5. https://youtu.be/RLqFrF-QTCI Rant against morality. Rewatched this now after a couple years and brought me back memories how this video had impacted me then and it still had the same effect now. Kind of had a mini awakening again watching this, feeling so good. Thank you Leo.
  6. Hey Herghly, What kind of fast so you do? Dry, water? I do 2 dry 24 hr fasts in a month but planning to switch to waterv now. Fasting is definitely good.

  12. A mystic IMO is a person who has mastered to stay in the present moment, in the being state primarily. by means of sensory awareness or just feeling the entire body and be truly unaffected by pleasure or pain sensations. As Mr. Goenka would put it, no aversion or attachment to impermanent sensations.
  13. This blew my mind when I had watched it too. The fact that 2/3s of its cognitive ability lies in its body should tell us something about how we can use our bodies to think as well ? Magnificent creature.
  14. @herghly Facing a similar obstacle myself. I have read/heard that practicing just Hang sau can provide phenomenal results, so in my humble opinion 20 to 30 minutes a session can also be quite effective as well.
  15. Yes Indeed! This was from Instagram from a page I can't recall, I have been tripping on this for a short while now. Much gratitude to the creator ?
