I would really like opinion on this as this has been like a worm in my head for too long. On one hand I feel Credibility is super important for other people to take one seriously because if they already have a set of notions about a certain someone then they are already biased and might not even give that person an opportunity to be taken seriously if one is trying to convey some serious message like in a corporate meetings and such. While I guess the solution to this would people just be open minded about the information put out on the table and be rational about it but I guess this will not happen for a long long time to come. On the other hand from what I have gathered being authentic at the present moment, as much as possible, will lead you to the highest self. The authentic self at the given time can be in a whole different perception of life, with the cards dealt in life, leading to be partially wrong or damaging one's credibility. Given the current range of people in the SD, how do we balance this and hope for the best relative truth?. I remember from one of Leo's videos that providing context can definitely safe guard one's point of view to an extent. How important is credibility to the niche group of people one is trying to address with long term in mind. Does the entire range of emotion play a part too? seeming to be wrong at first and then come out an underdog winner? just taking a leap of faith with the POV with this post too

Sounds like mula bandha . If you can experience the void then that's amazing in itself. You should check out wim hof, you might find it interesting. -
My guess is - Letting go by either creating a positive perception of the scenario or a total worst case perception of the scenario and facing the downside of it to create a positive outcome.

Beautifully explains the pros and cons point of view of being a warrior.

Hi @Nahm . Apologies for the delayed response. When I first read your reply I was inclined to agree with you right away but there was a feeling in me which said am not fully in agreement. The other side doesn't fully reveal itself until something has tipped. For example: What happened with the world war 1 and 2 and the Jews Massacre and the racism is what I would assume excessive masculine energy which led to sensitizing the value of human life to an extent which for me was kind a feminine energy of compassion towards fellow humans and for the first time in history of mankind there is now some level of compassion or at the least tolerance, towards all ethnicity, race, gender etc.. Excessive feminine quality with a position of power can have its own troubles with other masculine energy. Am still contemplating about the wisdom behind the immediate masculine and feminine love. But one instance from the top of my head is yoga, most of my male friends seem to have a problem even embracing the idea of practicing yoga because they think its feminine but I have come to learn that with the power over the mind, mindful yoga can be the most masculine thing to do. -
Meeting few friends today, looking forward to it. That made me happy ?

Very true, all aspects help with the world to move on and create impermanence and with that impermanence leading to evolution and involution. These energies go full circle to become one another. -

Its well known that the way you employ a specific language can totally shape your reality, learn more languages and see through sophistication and limitations. Since the language can shape ones reality it is a big limitation to the truth. This is exactly what Leo is speaking as well. To eliminate to pain you need to know all the causation leading to the pain for which you would need a meta level perspective which can be gained through not taking it personally first (removing yourself from the situation) and analyzing it from a third person perspective. Once that is understood you can go about eliminating pain and maximizing good. Being is quality level of consciousness. they are the same. And BTW doesn't Islam mean surrender so if you truly surrender to any situation, you can find love anywhere. -

Your story resonates with Unalome for me. It's the same with me and maybe for the most too. The spiral represents symbolizes for me of the expansion of consciousness from infancy. The lines after the spiral is how we keep bouncing from one end to the other like ego centric to caring about others and back to ego centric and again about others, just like evolving up the spiral dynamic ladder but it's a spiral ladder . The more we know the less we need and what we ultimately need is the breath, the present moment which for me is the straight line. The fact that you are back and asking the question is sufficient motivation to stay on this path. Cheers for that, can totally relate as I have been there and done that Contemplating your journey with the truth in reference can aid you in further motivation IMHO. -
My favorite part is the second song of the album. Just amazing to listen to and stare at blue sky with clouds and also them organisms in my eye. Was a beautiful experience.

@nistake I make sure to do Nadi shodana, Ujjayi and Talabya as I feel these silences mind from thoughts and helps focus better with chakras. -

@SoonHei This seems like a variation of Tummo meditation. theres a whole lot of hitting and jumping in those. I feel this sort is quite advanced and need some overlooking by a master. highly doubt if this falls under kriya yoga but Kriya supreme fire is a part of tummo though. -
A mix of both should work well I hope.

Not sure if this completely in line. But according to Hindu time scale, good times are ahead. I have also read else where that Dwapara just started 300 years back, so am still confused about the exact time line but we are out of Kali yuga at the least. -

Consciousness gets you to a positive vibe with everything around you which makes one non dual and one with peace. If this isn't love what is? You love everything around you. Though this doesn't necessarily have to stop you from having goals, you can have goals and work towards them with this under current of love always present underneath the surface of everything. -

@ahmad ibdah I am not doing Navi Kriya yet too but it seems pretty straight forward from Ennio's book: "Forget the breath, let it be natural. Rest the chin on the throat cavity. Om is chanted 100 – aloud or mentally – times in the navel region. The chin is then raised as much as possible and Om is chanted approximately 25 times in the third Chakra Manipura. This is one Navi Kriya . Practice four Navi Kriyas." -

@ahmad ibdah That's Ujjayi Pranayama. You can look it up on YouTube as well. I think the musical sound during exhalation will take time as I think it is a result of a really slow exhale with constriction. -
