  1. Fingers move writing some sort of an ancient code which comes into your heads telling you what I think. If you can read it, you are smarted than 99.99 percent of life on earth. Be proud if it. Just kidding. Dolphins are smarter, but don't worry, you can not change anything about it. You are this amazing the way you are. Little about me: I am 21 years male. Since my childhood I have been curious about everything. I could look at the ants walking on the ground and living their lives for hours. Try it. It's amazing. Maybe even better than meditation. My hobbies are reading books, socializing, , meeting new people, traveling, reading, lifting weight, meditation and so on. Got into self-improvement when I was 16 and what it to me did is quite impressive when I think about it. Improved all aspects of my life. What this Journal will be? It will be me rambling about something without filtering with the hope of something useful coming out of it. Most dumb ideas will be here. Motives, talk with myself, goals, fails, things I have to do, tings I can improve in my life, observations about life, everything. Basically I will let my mind go wild. My English is bad, by the way. Leaning it only for the last 3 years. So sorry. It will be good for improving it also. Need Some Change Mkay. I feel like my time management is not the best. Wasting minute here and there on the internet without doing anything important, random social media slips, video games playing time to time. Could spend time doing something more useful, like more reading, studying, meditation. Let's eliminate that. I commit to 90 day challenge of: Working out: 4 times gym, 3 times anything of a choice. Running, dancing, bar exercises, everything will do. Waking up 7 am every morning: Waking up 8:30 now. That's 1.5 hours! Wow so much. Improving my Danish: 5x25min pomodoros every day at least. Have to learn it because I start my studies in Denmark this September. Will need a job as a student. Programming: this is big one. Learning python currently. Computers are our future. Better learn it now. Meditation: 1 hour straight. Because? Why even ask.. No browsing internet: this is big one. Use internet only for learning programming and actualized.org. All answers are within so screw you Google! Read books: if there is free time, pull out that kindle and read. Will track my activities every day, but this is basic guideline of what to do. Ok, Let's go. See you tomorrow with with something new.
  2. Good question. From my experience, it happens when I lose vision of the future and not reminding myself, WHY I have to stick to the right action. Having some kind of a plan in your mind where are you moving and why are you doing something makes process easier and removes all unnecessary processes. So seeing the bigger picture is crucial to any change, or mind just makes excuse after excuse to get into old habits. Also, bring more awareness to the habit helps a lot. Imagine you just woke up in your body right now. You know nothing about life. Look at your hands. Legs. Get into your body. Where are you now? All of the sudden body starts doing stupid things like putting bad food into a mouth, drinking, mind runs stupid thoughts and so on. Like, WTF? Isn't it strange how automatic things are? Now decide what you want to do with this amazing flesh machine and start doing it. Take control of it. It all comes down to having a mission and always seeing if the do's of now are part of it.
