  1. Consider seeing a naturopath or functional medicine doctor. It sounds like something health-related OR it could very well be depression. A typical doctor more than likely won't find anything wrong or will just prescribe medication that won't get to the cause of what's creating the symptoms. It may be a mild form of adrenal fatigue OR depression Check out this quiz and see your results as far as adrenal fatigue. https://adrenalfatigue.org/adrenal-fatigue-quiz/
  2. I take CBD isolate and CBD full spectrum daily. Isolate to just feel calm and full spectrum to help fall asleep.
  3. Day 7 is usually when things get spicey I usually notice a big surge of confidence. You are close @Bridge to Infinity
  4. I just started recently meditating 11 days ago for ADHD. Curious to see how this affects us over time @Bridge to Infinity

  6. This video explains things nicely.
  7. It definitely helps my motivation, brain fog, focus, confidence and social anxiety. It didn't cure my ADD though lol. My longest streak is 7 months.
  8. They can sense the neediness. They can sense you are trying to take something. If you are confident when approaching and can joke around with them, give them good energy, etc they won't see you as creepy. Keep doing approaches and also check out the book six pillars of self-esteem if you haven't already.
  9. Invest that money in yourself or survival needs if need be. Don't buy a business. If you want to start one, start it on your own. Although business isn't for most people and can be quite challenging.
  10. I have ADD myself and one of the best books I've read on the subject is Finally Focused by James Greenblatt.
  11. Yea I watched that! The experience woke him up to a lot of things he didn't realize before.
  12. Doing very well financtially can be achieved in almost any domain. It's all about becoming very good at 1 thing/finding your life purpose. There is a guy that makes lego statues and earns around a 6 figure income. If you plan on being an employee somewhere, read the book Linchpin. If you are interested and cut out for business, read business books/watch courses and check out Sam Ovens on YouTube. He explains how a business works and what it takes to be successful in business. If you are determined enough to achieve financial independence, it will happen.
  13. There is a good saying: "you attract what you are, not what you want". Women into personal development will be drawn to you. Go to places that these women may frequent; seminars, meditation retreats, yoga classes, or you may find them in a stage green city through cold approach. Plenty of women out there that develop themselves, just a matter of finding them.
  14. Never a good idea to rush having kids. It's a big responsibility and if you aren't developed enough it can be detrimental to the child. If that is the deciding factor with her, then it would be best to move on even though it's going to sting.
  15. Yea he was around 30 when he had his first awakening. Before that, he was very depressed for a long time.
  16. When the student is ready the master will come.
  17. To clarify: Core confidence is the ability to become confident within yourself, regardless of any external factors that may occur. I've watched Leo's videos on confidence + other research and I feel as though it doesn't get to the cause. Is becoming more conscious the only way to truly develop this?
  18. If you try all the natural methods and still need a extra boost you could see a doc and see if you have ADD/ADHD and get prescribed medication. If you don't want to go the stimulant route, I've heard that Wellbutrin can help those with ADD. Another option is to limit internet, social media use and see if that helps. A helpful book is: The Shallows: What the internet is doing to our brains.
  19. After a meditation session or if I have been meditating consistently, I tend to move very slowly and methodically. I also tend to talk less and I'm not as funny/goofy. I don't feel my regular self, but I do feel more calm/happy. People I'm close to will say I'm acting strange. Does this normally happen to people and will this just become my new normal?
  20. The more you stand up for yourself, the easier it gets. Well Done
  21. What do you guys think are the main reasons why people cheat? The rates of infidelity seem quite high and I'm wondering what is causing this.
  22. Buddhist monks live without sex and it seems like a lot of them are happy.
  23. I would try to smoothly get out and move on.
