Always a good idea to try natural methods/herbs before moving on to pharmaceuticals unless the condition is very severe. You can also look into Ashwagandha or CBD for anxiety.

Plants and meat are both a sustainable source of food. Nothing to worry about. You don't necessarily have to go vegan, you can still eat some meat if you choose. Grass-fed meat in moderate amounts is very healthy.

You can release once a week and that way you will still retain some of the benefits and mitigate the side effects. I've experienced both insomnia myself and the increase in attention from women, but just mild aggression. My longest streak is 210 days.

Would a long term investment in one/many of the top 500 companies be low consciousness since you are contributing to more of the evil that they are creating? I have to figure out what I will do with the money I will be earning in the near future. What are your guy's thoughts?

Check out the book The Mind Illuminated by John Yates. It provides a systematic approach to reaching advanced levels of meditation quickly. There are 10 stages listed in the book. If the book isn't of interest then I would just recommend increasing the duration of the session so you can go deeper into the session. Whenever you feel like you can maintain mindfulness a far greater amount of time than monkey mind increase the duration of the session. Simple techniques can get you very far. -
Who says you have to go vegan? You can eat very healthy and still eat meat if it is preferably grass-fed organic meat. Meat is not unhealthy, if you eat meat in excess yes that is unhealthy. All you have to do is focus on NOT eating things that are bad for you such as sugar, processed foods, gluten, unhealthy oils, etc. As long as you are solely eating a whole food diet with enough vegetables you will be in great shape!

You can also try to delegate tasks that take up energy such as cooking, cleaning, etc. You can cook all your meals on 1-2 days off the week or use a meal delivery service. If you clean your residence, you can have someone come and clean it 1-2 a week, if your budget allows it.

It's nearly impossible to get all vitamins and minerals from food since our soils are very depleted. 100 years ago they were 3 times as nutrient-dense. Here is a list of the most important supplements for general health and well being that are also very high quality. Note: Make sure your diet is as healthy as can be before shelling out money on supplements. (No sugar, no gluten, no processed foods, high in vegetables, preferably grass-fed meat, pasture-raised eggs, no vegetable oils, etc) Plenty of books on health that are worth the read, that can also tell you what vitamins and minerals you will still be deficient in even while having a very healthy diet.
