@DrewNows Diet is not the issue. I've done enough detoxing.

I believe he did mention working on a course on psychedelics. (correct me if I'm wrong) @Thetruthseeker -

What's your rationale behind that? I sure hope not -
What do you mean by that?

Thanks for everything you do Nahm!

Transitioning into a phone call or video call would be ideal after building enough rapport and comfort. Crack jokes, tell stories, make observations, roleplay fun scenarios. Keep it light, playful and fun for the most part. Get out of the logical state of mind and let loose. Make her feel.

@Edan I did 30 sessions of Neurofeedback and it didn't help me. I'm not willing to give it up. I will try it again with another practitioner eventually.

From what I understand and have researched (although could be wrong). Reading wouldn't directly train focus but at least it would get you away from the things that ruin focus such as social media, porn, internet browsing. The book The Shallow by Nicholas G. Carr goes into greater depth on how internet use ruins focus. To directly train focus you would have to do Concentration exercises @UnconsciousHuman

I have ADHD myself. The best book I've read on it has been Finally Focused: The Breakthrough Natural Treatment Plan for ADHD That Restores Attention, Minimizes Hyperactivity, and Helps Eliminate Drug Side Effects. Try different supplements/nootropics Exercise/Get high-quality sleep Eat a healthy diet Do concentration exercises daily (stare at a candle for x amount of minutes) Meditate daily Try out kriya yoga for 6 months. Do Neurofeedback

Yes, definitely. There are multiple people I know off the top of my head that have successful holistic health businesses.

Seems like you have the attraction part down. The next phase is relationship mastery. Here is an awesome post on the top Relationship Resources:

Move back in with your parents and start saving a lot of money while working a job or try and start a business.

Generally speaking, it makes a man more attractive, but it matters way less than you would think. Behavior is much more important.

Check out adrenal fatigue/adrenal insufficiency. I have that myself and the most common symptom is fatigue. Don't overwork yourself and remove all sources of stress from your life. @ShardMare

Rejection is going to happen whether you like it or not. There is no avoiding that no matter how amazing of a guy you are. The action step is very simple: Talk/flirt with a lot of women that you're attracted to. Have a weekly quota of how many you will approach and talk to (the more the better). The more women you put yourself in front of and flirt with the better. I would also highly recommend trying out NoFap (no porn, no ejaculation) for 90 days or more. It will greatly increase your energy, confidence, charisma, mental cognition, happiness, etc. There is a community on Reddit called NoFap with 561,000 members and thousands of success stories. Check it out if you'd like. I've done a streak of 210 days and it was life changing! @Chumbimba

It only matters on both extremes of the spectrum.

(Coming from someone who grew up watching my dad run multiple businesses, my mom is starting a business soon, and I will as well in the near future) Is business something that you love or are currently passionate about? Are you willing to work long hours? Are you willing to read tons of books? Are you willing to be very disciplined and stick with a strict schedule? Be honest with yourself. It's not for everybody and you may end up disliking it. I would get the life purpose course to see what you should do career-wise. The timeline depends on a lot of things. The best resource to learn more about business would be books, courses (not get rich quick schemes), Eben Pagan has very good courses, or get a mentor. A degree is not necessary. A lot of people think to start a business they need a good idea. That is a total misconception. You need to find a problem that people or a business is dealing with and solve that. The video below goes into more depth. Check these videos out: This video goes over the foundation essential aspects of what creates a very successful entrepreneur.

Look into Quest Bars or Bulletproof Protein bars. They are both guilt-free treats that are much better than a snickers bar

Did you build up to 5 hours a day or did u just start doing 5 hours a day right off the bat? Also, do you meditate for 5 hours straight or do you take breaks? Your level of commitment is something very few people have. Congrats @TheHealer -
Awesome trip report! Thanks for sharing
