  1. @Dunnel I have tried two different antidepressants for depression. Citalopram and vortioxetine. I will share my thoughts on the matter. Keep in mind that people react differently for substances. The first one was citalopram. This one somewhat helped me, mostly with social anxiety. There was certain drowsiness and mindfog in the beginning, and with larger doses. I do not have a daily meditation routine, so I cannot really say for sure it's effects on daily meditation, but I would say that for me, citalopram did not help but neither did it make meditation worse. Feeling the energy, or my intuition on the substance, I would say that at least for me, this one is not helpful in spiritual matters. I started taking vortioxetine a couple of months ago. This one has absolutely been helpful for me. Depression has significantly reduced. There is much more positive mindset. This is quite weird but I feel like vortioxetine also works a bit like a mild psychedelic or something like that. It expands my awareness. Also, it has helped me to focus better, unlike citalopram. I am more meditative in general. Vortioxetine has been more stimulating rather than drowsy. Also, there has been basically zero side effects, which is kind of amazing especially when we are talking about a freaking antidepressant. It is hard to say how big role the substance has played in this, but after starting it, there has been a huge leap in my journey so to speak. I've been a lot more in touch with my emotions and life in general. My sexuality has opened up in a way never before, and I've even had some mystical experiences. Intuition tells me that the substance has had a major role, but it is not the only factor here. Overall I have a good feeling about vortioxetine. It seems like it goes well with my system. I know that I have given a very positive look into vortioxetine here. Keep in mind that I am not a professional, and I really don't know shit about anything. You make your own choices.

  4. Very good, but remember to go easy with psychedelics. My first 9 trips were amazing, but the last one took me to psychiatric hospital. Don't take too much before you are really familiar with the substance. And even then, be cautious.
  5. Feeling, dude. It's all about your feelings. You're using your mind trying to achieve a good feeling, or to run from a bad feeling. All you really care about is feeling better. Realize this deeply. So get in touch with your emotions and choose those thought/belief/perspectives that feel good. Listen to Nahm and his emotional scale stuff. Truth is not a logical statement anyway. You won't get where you really want to go by thinking.

  7. I would say that CWG gives a certain broader perspective on life and spirituality. Hard to explain. It gives a very clear vision on spirituality and the metaphysics of creating the life that you want. Compared to The Law of One, it's more practical, direct and clear.

  9. I recently took a huge leap in my journey and learned a new 'technique', which I now want to share with everyone for some reason. If you try it, let me know how it works so I'll know if I should keep sharing it. Take it or leave it, but try it first: IT'S ALL ABOUT FEELING Just sit or lie down in a comfortable position. I prefer lying down. Relax your body. Focus on your FEELINGS. Let thoughts do what they are doing, but focus on your FEELINGS. Whatever you feel, feel it fully, let it come. Realize that emotions make your body to tense up or relax, etc. Notice how different feelings make your body feel. Don't try to eliminate your thoughts. As you focus on FEELING, notice how certain thoughts/perspectives/beliefs that you hold in your awareness make you feel. Notice how certain emotions is felt at different areas in the body. That's it. What happens when you focus and become more conscious of your emotions, is that there will be greater access to choosing better feeling thought/perspective/belief. This will happen 'automatically' as you become more aware. At first, there will be subtle changes, just tiny observations as to how certain thought/perspective/beliefs feel and tiny choosings for the better feeling ones. This goes on and the river gains momentum as you keep choosing to feel better, and greater relief will be experienced. People are way out of touch with their emotions. Feel more. Fuck 3D & 5D, fuck "enlightenment", whatever you think that means, and fuck philosophising. It's feeling good that you're really after. So FEEL!

  15. I would say I'm centered around 5 & 5/6. I absolutely do not have my shit together. Compared to others within my age group I'm seriously behind. And I have mental health issues. In fact, they have been a very helpful catalyst to "get here". The thing is, "having my shit together" starts to lose/change it's meaning at some point. I really don't give much of a fuck about my finances, for example. What I want is actual fulfillment and connection to life & reality. For me, success means real fulfillment, wisdom & love. Material wellbeing just doesn't show up in my mind very often. This is propably partly due to the fact that I'm living in a society where you will be taken care of whatever happens, so there is no fear of being left to survive on the streets. It's safe to focus on the higher needs.
  16. I think the problem when we talked about Anna is that when we are talking about a woman's work, it's offensive to focus on her looks rather than her work. And I agree, actually. I don't understand why Preety commented that on what I said tho. I was talking about energy, not physical appearance.
