Thank you! Read Conversations with God if you haven't already. If you do, let me know what you think. I love the books. Got a feeling you would especially like Communion with God. It's the most direct one. Might even be helpful in your work with people. -

I'm having trouble understanding the two spheres - analogy. It's kind of weird actually, it feels like my mind just stops working when I hear him talk about it. It just doesn't compute. I'd like to understand it, so it would be cool if someone can explain it to my weird little brains. So one sphere is the "world". In direct experience, is this sphere the sensory experience? Shapes, sounds, colours, sensations? And the other one is the "mind", which is basically whatever thought is arising? And both spheres are held within nothingess/infinity? Am I wrong to assume that this analogy is what's often called the Holy Trinity? (Father, Son and Holy Spirit, or Meta-physical, Non-physical and Physical) @Nahm (or anyone) -

Yeah this stuff can be useful. I used to be in this facebook group where a woman posted light language and intuitive singing videos. I felt the energy. Nothing crazy, but those videos certainly opened up my sensitivity. Got those fun brain-zaps where it feels like you suddenly connect into a fucking nuclear reactor and recieve energy and intelligence that shuts down your brain for like a second. After a while her stuff didn't resonate anymore, so I left the group. Her work with me was done. -

I've been thinking how lucky I am since I found Actualized.org when I was something like 17 or 18. Now, quite solid Tier 2 at 22 years. I wonder what will happen in the next 40. @mandyjw Spiral Cheeseburgers

'Problems' like this are quite complex and deceptive. Keep in mind that you won't simply think or philosophize yourself out of this. Things like this are interconnected from your everyday emotional life, your own self-deception and unhonesty, to your philosophy and to your politics. At least for me personally, the most useful tool for these kind of things is simply focusing on my emotions. Let your mind do what it's doing, but keep your focus on your emotions. By simply being more aware of your feelings, the mind will automatically begin to unravel itself. https://www.actualityofbeing.com/emotional-awareness -
Yesterday I had this experience where I became more conscious of my fears, and how they play into the general suffering in my own life and others. Basically I realized that I am terrified of existence. The fact that there is colours, shapes, sounds, sensations, or any experience whatsoever, terrifies me. Weirdly, I also realized that in this terror, the thought of death becomes kind of soothing. This might mean that I am more terrified of life than death! What a weird thing. Then came a new thought. I am reality. How (and why) would reality be afraid of itself? The fact that I am experiencing fear, or any suffering, must mean that there is something I am not seeing "correctly". There must be a misunderstanding from my part! All suffering is a mere misunderstanding!! Now, I'm sure you guys can tell me what the misunderstanding is. Let me guess: It's the I - thought. That there is someone experiencing fear. That there even is a reality. Yeah, you're probably right. Doesn't matter though. I must look into it by myself. I'm the only one who can find the misunderstanding in my own direct experience. What an exciting mission. Probably the most joyful thing in this experience was that I became a lot more compassionate towards my own and others' suffering. This was the real juice of it. So happy! So excited.

Of course it's a statement from the ego. You find "ego" wherever you look at in politics. What Leo is pointing at is that not all egos are at the same level of deception. He is using the different stages of ego development to understand politics. And its very useful. So yes, Leo and many people on this forum find Trump & MAGA a threat. This is because they have good wisdom. That is, a more highly developed ego & politics.

Or maybe it's the US who's weird, and rest of the world is normal? Leo, a typical brainwashed 'murican lacking relativist thinking.

I want to feel good. And not just good, amazing. I'm-on-fire kind of good. The-universe-turns-inside-out kind of good. Here's my plan for the coming years: - Emotional awareness meditation, emotional scale, dreamboard, expression - Clean up the diet (no sweets, chips, junk food, wheat, dairy, sugar) and do a heavy metal detox - Quit nicotine, coffee, alcohol, psych medications - Go to school to become a social worker, learn the basics of helping others, integrate spirituality, emotional awareness and developmental models into social work to help with addiction, mental health problems, the good life and finding direction in life if lost, and then maybe become a therapist, and maybe even reform the whole fucking social care system because why not - Doing art, maybe poetry, maybe music - A little psychedelics if feeling like it - Deep friendships & deep sex How's that sound, friends?

Been tipping my toes into directly experiencing. Every day a bit more

The guy is a freaking genius Yeah my post was kind of poorly presented. I'm feeling quite good. Better day by day. Failing is not a problem, as the whole point is to feel good and doing what feels good. So what would be the point of feeling like shit if I "fail"? This was mostly just me visioning a future that excites me. I'm not taking it too seriously.

Yeah this could be helpful. I'll try it some day. Tho I can't be the only one who sometimes has thoughts that literally cannot be written. These are thoughts beyond language. This is when art comes in I guess. -

What exactly is in the closet? I bet people recognize true wisdom & love when they see it. There is no use to shove it down anyones throat. It's in the simple things. -
Thank you!!

@Leo Gura In your video of healthy diet, you say not to eat bread of any kind. Why is this? Do you say this because most bread is made of wheat? How about bread with no wheat, let's say, 100% oat? Do you have any good sources to learn about negative health effects of wheat? I'd like to look into it. This one is for @Michael569 too.

As many of you surely know, there seems to be a certain point in ones philosophical inquiry when it doesn't seem to make any sense to philosophize about knowing or truth anymore, as you always eventually hit a brick wall. But.. I've recently come to a new understanding, which is to see knowledge and truth within practical & emotional framework. This would most simply be explained by "choose the truth that feels good". Feeling is always actual and always directly available. And what every human being ever wants, is to feel good. So why not to choose the truth that makes you most excited and connected to life? Of course, in practical sense it would be stupid not to believe that drunk driving is dangerous, or ingesting poison can kill you, for example. But that which is regarded as "practical" is ultimately based in feeling. I've come to call this "body-truth". Why would truth be a mind-thing, a thought? What if truth is feeling? If nothing in the mind is real anyway in an absolute sense, why not to create your world, your relative truth as an expression of your feelings?

I'll do it for free: Hey entity, get the fuck outta @ShugendoRa you asshole -
It seems that Leo is yet to make a video about emotions. There is some old ones but I'd like to hear this new mystical Leo talk about them. What is an emotion? What is their purpose? How does emotions play with Truth? @Leo Gura It's kinda weird that you have not talked about this yet. Is this work not centered around feeling? I'd love to see the Nahm-y side of Leo

If these entities figured out how ego works, why and how would they continue their egoic actions? For me the matrix would make much more sense if it would simply just be occuring because of our own natural unconsciousness rather than someone pulling the strings behind the scenes keeping us unconscious.

You are a sensitive person. Feel ya. There is really not much to say. Go to your feeling. I bet you already feel what's not right in your perspective. Be honest to yourself, and feel fully. Just let it come. It may sting a little at first, but you feel it when you get it right. -
roopepa replied to Someone here's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Again and again, feeling like shit, trying to ground yourself in some thing, whatever it is... In this case, "direct experience". Recognize you are trying to ground yourself in thought of "direct experience". (You are a truth seeker, this work you are doing is about truth, certain knowledge is in "direct experience"... others are doing it wrong) A lot of thoughts about direct experience, rather than directly experiencing... As you are reading this, go for directly experiencing, rather than thinking about it. "Is roopepa right? What the fuck is he talking about? He don't understand direct experience..." etc. Go for feeling. Nothing to think about it, just feel. -
Taking over Hong Kong & Taiwan is seen as means to achieve the vision of China as the new greatest superpower I believe. This is unification. China as the next great superpower scares me too. I hope they will do a great job with it.
