@Raze All the examples there (minus the weapon supplies to problematic regimes) are highly fluid and hypocritical when don't take Israeli survival perspective into account, what is the core of the issue here.
-
Yes sadly at least in the west bank this is surely the case. I wanted to include the current war in Gaza too minus the killed parameter that wasn't intentional unlike hamas there the key difference between the sides remains, but other parameters yes.
-
Yes once there are many isolated settlements, we are Jews and Arabs inmeshed together and then, to manage this physically seems to me as very challenging and chaotic, and only a signed agreement can solve this.
-
Yes I agree, but when a soldier found in this tough zone, and his life is also not so safe there, and there is a violent uprising of the other side, he just think how to stop this to not get into chaos. I am not justifying his very low consciousness policy that from our eyes this is obviously will only make things worse long term (but he doesn't yet have that view probably) but just say a higher thinking is very difficult to do in this hard area.
-
Yes but this is tricky because both sides harm each other, but when one of them have more muscles his actions will be showed as more abusive, and he will be appeared falsely as the bad guy! But this is a psychological deception.

+1 ❤ Very important points.

This is unavoidable for security. Not as an excuse but really. Same answer. Well this is a closed area. Do you have another way? Both sides build properties there by the way and dont wait to the other side permission. The palestinians ones are not less! Just for honesty. This is the war argument. Not west bank. This is very hurmful and not a smart way to deal with this. You have to think but how the other side probably see as the only way to keep the order there in this plonter Jews are Arabs live one inside the other. But yeah this is a bad ignorant policy that only make things worse.

@Inliytened1 A strong military understandably creates an illusionary highly exaggerated picture of "oppression", while in reality what really there is is a friction, between two societies, in which both Israeli right wing policies, corrupted soldiers (many in this area, not just bad apples) and settler extremists, and Palestinian terror groups do harmful actions to one another that fuel the hate between the sides.

Human shield is a very necessary survival strategy for an organization who fights a military to compensate its inferiorty.
-
@Merkabah Star I admitted Netanyahu's policy in Gaza is toxic. But the killed numbers are hamas + civillians from an hasty Israeli policy + civillians from hamas human shield.
-
This is what happen when sitting in an abusive kind of medias all day. If I wanted I can turn Canada into a dark cave of murdering and women abuses just with dedicating all my passion into it. But I won't, because I am not toxic.
-
This is way oversimplified. There was an escalation especially from the 1920's both sides participated in in a complex positive feedback. And after that an another huge survival threat for the Jews when 6 Arab countries invaded here, forced them to develop a powerful army during the following decades.

Not justifying the use of an AI to attack, but this is perhaps only in signed no-enter zones to begin with. Nauncy is important. I don't buy those unproportional poison reports and trend of dehumanization in a big part of the media driven with agenda from down to top. It is also honest to think what is the cost for standing a living soldier for months when he is under inferiority position in front of an organization with an home-field advantage and tunnels he can run back to and go out from every time in surprise.

With you in this. It is hard to understand a situation of a tiny country tries to survive in a giant Jungle unless you live in it.
-
@Bobby_2021 I can't talk with you with this generalizationist approach. I Don't know how to deal with it.
-
Rather than be so judgy ask Israelis what made them to be more suspicous of the other side in the last 30 years and why it is being dehumanized. Hint: Fear Both sides - Palestinian terror groups and Israeli sub-culture of troops units in west bank are equally to blame in this positive feedback with their actions.
-
There is a camp of ~45% that totally wanted two state solution and don't want the west bank land at all. Do some research.
-
The far right is tiny. The right wing is ~55% but some of that is soft and wanted compromises. The method here make the more extremists forces to be in more control on the government direction.
-
Seems to me you already decided what you want to see so I don't feel It worth my energy to try to show you what I see in our society.
-
Tell me somthing I don't know why all this pyrotechnicals all the time.
-
Me too. But we are also under a very right wing government from 2009 until today. Our method is problematic because 3 extremist members can decide to collapse the government if they want to, so in some way the tail controls the dog here.
-
Another toxic generalization. Only the far right want that.
