  1. @Shadowraix Watch the breath. 10000x more potent than an unnatural substance like weed. I did my fair share of weed in the 80s when I was a boy. Plus acid. It's all good but there are side effects. No point being enlightened if you get a brain tumour?
  2. Good to hear! You can always find more time, you have eternity to get there. Best of luck with you and your journey ✌
  3. You're correct. Everyone's path is different. But that only means that the path is different. This technique is for those who are almost at the end of their path. All paths merge into one. This is what good karma does for you, when you are ready a teaching will appear that's right for you. A prophet is never accepted in his own country ~ Jesus Christ, Circa 30 AD!
  4. Focus on the hara, paying particular attention to the outbreath. That is enough, the other techniques are only to get you to be able to sustain that degree of intense focus. Its very difficult to achieve but worth it because you only have to do it once in a lifetime. Once in a lifetime of sustained discipline to end thousands of lifetimes being reborn just so that you can become a fraction more conscious each time? No brainer guys. Get off the wheel of samsaric delusion as quickly as possible. I accept donations via PayPal
  5. @Esoteric Ok so ultimately the net result is a wandering mind..So in that respect is it worth it? Not arguing, just wanting to inspire contemplation..
  6. Get in the kitchen where you belong and stop faffing with your spiritually enlightened friends.
  7. @Ponder Suffering never even happened in the first place because the ego is a fiction. Suffering is a fiction. So the cessation of suffering is not quite accurate.
  8. Dont worry mandy. I love you enough for both of us.
  9. @Ponder You think taking weed is going to make you transition spiritually? I know kids who spend their entire life in tracksuits, closed off in their apparetment for the whole weekend with the curtains closed living in filth with a diet consisting maninly of toast and takeaway tacos. They smell like shit because they have no consciousness to even notice that they smell. They look like crack heads. They have no life. And it's all down to smoking weed. And you think weed RAISES consciousness?
  10. Exactly. You hit the nail directly on the head. There is nothing about weed that is remotely useful except to kill your life energy.
  11. @Ponder Don't smoke weed. These days you cannot get weed in its original form, it's got too muxh THC which can easily trigger either a psychotic episode or worse - a slow degrading of your mental ability over time - a death of the vitality of the body and spirit. Cannabis without enough cannabinoid is probably the most useless drug there is on the market. It doesn't even relax you for recreational purposes. 2 minutes of watching your breath is comparable to nothing. There is no contest. Plus think about the herbicides this garbage is sprayed with these days. It's pure garbage.
  12. @Dodo Stop faffing. The amount of faffing that goes on in spirituality is unbelievable. Tomorrow you will be saying the opposite! It's all mind. Just detach from it, it's nothing.
  13. @kieranperez Just watch your breath. Everything will become apparent. There is no need for all this faffing around in the mind. Even Ralston himself says so.
  14. No drug is worth taking. Not acid or sensi or modafinil. Think about the price your liver and braincells pay in order to have a cheap lazy fix of altered consciousness. Stick to meditation and you will be fine. Non directive meditation is the best. Meditation is how I became enlightened.
  15. Watch the breath. That's how the Buddah did it, and that's how I did it. ✌
  16. Now you sound defensive. Cynical, envious and defensive. It feels like you have some anger simmering underneath that you are not aware of. You're behaving in a passive aggressive way. This is a sign of emotional immaturity and intellectual dishonesty..
  17. @Flatworld Crusades There's only one answer to your question - become enlightened. It's that simple.
