Of course there is nothing wrong with those. But if you are attempting to reach others then this probably isn't the way to do it. My intention is not to reach others, because I only care about my own growth at this point. Do as you please. I'm just annoyed that in a supposed group of supposed 2nd tier thinkers I am being asked to jump through hoops much in the same way that our patents and society make us jump through hoops. I'm way more conscious than that, that is social conditioning with an enlightened facade.

Humans are the highest manifestation of the physical universe because they are the most complex. That's why your own self is of vital importance because it's the most in depth structure of consciousness. Flattening everything out is ok until you realize that your own personality is also consciousness. Then it's a matter of integrating the divorced parts.

I don't offer myself as a teacher. I'm just giving my opinion..people are free to take or leave it. But You can go to a real teacher. Not sadguru, not spira, not Ralston. Not ken wilber. A lineage holder in adwaita or dzogchen. Train with them. That's how it's always been. In the east adwaita teachers sent their students to train with Buddhist and vice a versa. Its all intermingled. But the one thing that's constant is staying with a master because only a master can transmit guru yoga to you. Sitting on the internet watching YouTube videos is not going to do it.

Please do. You're not enlightened. Having on experience is not enlightenment. Even logically this is absurd. There are thousands of people training all their lives who don't get enlightened but you show up, watch a few of Leo's videos, have one experience after a short time meditating and now all of a sudden you are qualified enlightened master? Go find a real teacher, you think enlightenment is ego death. That is a clear indication that you have not trained your states to disidentify ad mind and body first. If you are disidentified with mind and body in mediation then it's a nice feeling as you expand to infinity , there is no death. So what you're saying is false from the get go. And an experience of infinity is nothing..You need to non conceptually recognize that there is NO appearance.

Don't breathe deeply. Breathe natural, but observe the sensations in the hara belly area. Everything should be natural.so that you are not involved at all..The more you consciously get involved you are thinking..

In your imagination yes that is true.. But in reality nobody gets enlightened from watching Leo on youtube and practicing self inquiry. You get it because you earn it through years of practice and developing as a person on a path and as you learn you learn new techniques from a master. It's like going to uni. You're lucky I'm here even speaking about this.

That's what you experienced. You have yet to tell me the steps you learned in your state training. You have no training, you just have your 1 second experience and your big mouth lol

Yes it feels like you be it because IT IS your own mind. Your own mind is the world. When you remove the I thought for a minute there is no subject object anymore. There is just "being in all directions". YOUR MIND!!!

I explain already that this is just a thing that you can do to manipulate the mind. You guys got to hook up with a teacher. Enlightenment teachings are secret. They can only be transmitted when you're ready by a teacher you are with for years. You cannot find it on youtube lol. That's why there is a lot of teachers with their own teachings and much disagreement.

Oh, ok. You have pushed me to this. You never became enlightened. You became aware that the world you see arises on your mind. The images you see come in through your eyes and a "world" is processed by your brain. When you knock out your I thought everything merges. It's just a yogi mind bending trick. It isn't enlightenment. This is why you need to go study under a real master so you can be aware of these experiences and see them for what they are.

Enlightenment doesnt mean you give up your ego. It's just the ability to freely move between 2 orders of reality.

It's the permanent understanding through seeing non conceptually that non dual awareness (emptiness, the substratum that precedes e everything) is the same as name and form. Name and form are just nothing. Think of it this way by taking the example of a table: The word "table" is name and form. "Wood" is the reality. What is wood? Wood is another name and form for cells. So wood is the name and form for cells. What is cells? Cells is the name and form for atoms. What is atoms? Atoms is the name and form for sub atomic quarks. What is quarks? This investigation can go infinately. .... Everything that exists doesn't actually exist, it's all name and form, but at the same time also emptiness... There is no creation and no creator, it appears to be the case, but appearances are ultimately ungraspable, we don't know what this appearance is, it's emptiness.
