@Buba Shadow work is just noticing what is going on with you inside, and instead of compartmentalizing it to try to fit into an agenda shaped box, a persona shaped box, an expectation shaped box, it's just saying to that part of you "i love you" as many times as it takes for the subconscious to take that belief on. When you lie for any reason you try to stuff parts of yourself away out of sight in order to maintain that lie. If you find yourself creating mental gymnastics in order to maintain that lie, you are not loving yourself. However also love the part of you that does this to you. It's all you.

@Inliytened1 Leo's teaching IS non dual adwaita and dzogchen Buddhism, with a whole lot of Ralston and adyashanti thrown in. Not to mention shadow work. But let's put that aside for a moment. If you like I'd be happy to have a very long, very drawn out, very serious and very in depth discussion on the board for the benefit of the people here about your grasp of adwaita and Buddhism. Because as you know so much about it, and as you know so much about Leo teaching, and have just said on another post that you are here to help Leo with his teaching, you will surely be happy to have a scholarly discussion integrating all three topics so that we can all see how Leo's ideas are in such stark contrast to non dual adwaita and the diamond path?

I searched inside myself and I just enjoy taking about this. Maybe someone will gain benefit? But ultimately it's a diary for me because I can observe my reaction to people which tells me a lot about my shadow issues. I'm doing this for me. I'm just being myself with no apology, why should I put myself down in order to fit in? I know this forum is an extension of spiritual materialism dressed up in serious self development. What better a place to come and be rejected? Nobody here love a themselves, so this is the perfect place to get rotten tomatoes thrown at me for being real.

That might be true if I thought anyone on here is enlightened. But I know they aren't. Most are definitely unable to fathom what yellow is about.

I agree that the truth transcends all religions. But Buddhism and adwaita are also non dual teachings. The religion part is the noble 8 fold path in Buddhism and karma yoga in adwaita. They are absolutely needed in order to attain permanent realization. Yes there are many people who don't get enlightened using religious guidance and there are also many who don't get enlightened having non dual experiences or experiences of the absolute (same tbing). The two go hand in hand. But in the end it's only logical that the self is all that exists.

The Buddahs teaching and adwaita are based on rationality and reason. Finding reality is the by-product of logical thinking. That's why I KNOW you haven't looked at the non dual schools and studies them. Now if you go study with a real teacher then will unfold the teaching to you. It's all about logic. It's not logical that the world exists.

Can you quote me an example? Because I'm sure you're either strawmanning me or there is a huge shadow blocking your view? Which is not an issue. In fact, you are actually demonstrating exactly what I'm getting at when I say enlightenment experiences do not sort out the shadow.

So if enlightenment by itself fixes "all shadow issues" then why have there been countless people before us who were completely screwed up but we're also enlightened? And why is it that a person can become enlightened at stage blue, but shadow work only starts at stage yellow with jungs collective unconscious? Perhaps you can enlighten us all so that none of us on the forum waste any of our time looking at the empirical evidence and working on the shadow when all we need to do is listen to : "OMG it's love it's all love you are love in all directions don't be devil be Angel!!!" ? Sounds like a really effective enlightenemnt teaching there you have my friend. ???

Sounds like to me that you didn't know. So I responded to your question. Who said you need to go around telling people that Hitler is God? They have to be enlightened to even understand what you're saying to them. Why bother? This work is personal, you don't need to talk about it to anyone
