@StarStruck Ive seen you work hard on this for over a year now, your the most hard working guy I know on this topic, its impressive, the theory and insights are on point but its time to get results! I know you can do it, at some point you got to let go of the theory and that theory vision and get changes in perception from life experience. Its true I was ignoring stages of relationship development people have to move through in order. Expecting people to skip stages doesn't makes sense. How can you date someone if you cant talk to them about your insights, wisdom, random ideas you have? Theses girls at clubs especially in there 20s are not at your level, there very immature and cant handle basic conversations, they take everything personally. Its likely you'll be much happier with someone who is on the self-development path as you, if there not its like dating a child. On top of that in practice there is a lot of random factors that cant be controlled or predicted that determine compatibility. So being overly selective doesnt work with out really knowing what you want from years of life experience dating. Intuition needs to be built.

Is she living in a secure environment? I had a ex gf whos trauma was healed during our dating she would have constant night terrors reliving the trauma for years and would wake up in the middle of the night calling me. What helped was a change in environment and meeting her security needs, if we think about it from Maslow's hierarchy. Took about 6 months after she moves house, reduced contact with toxic people and surrounded herself with healthy ones. From personal experience with sleeping issues but not with reoccurring dreams is that eating heavy foods to close to bed time or taking supplements like B-complex, vitamin C or Ashwagandha any time during the day can cause vivid dreams (disturbance) at night. So if she is taking anything its better to experiment avoiding them to see if that helps. She could also be sensitive to coffee if she is drinking that every morning or evening. Also if she has any gas build up in her digestion track the pressure in the intestines stresses the system and keeps the body with high cortisol during the night causing sleeping issues. With anti-depressants when I met my current gf she was taking them, so I immediately worked with her to start the gym and reduce the dosage slowly over a 2 months until she was off of it. Because of the high she was getting from our new relationship and life style changes she got off of them with 0 withdrawals, at some point she just stopped taking them with out following the proper reduction protocol because she was high on life lol.

LmAoo well she doesn't have to be hot and btw you would not find your own sister hot and I think that's a important development of some kind. She could have a perfect figure and it would not look attractive to you. Hes balance masculine/feminine, this is what you want to develop both, to be over developmental in masculinity will get you superficial results. To be honest you guys talk like virgins with not real experience in relationships. @Sabth They cant force you to take the medication. If people are accusing you of mental illness unfairly id suggest hiding it better from them as they are not mature enough to handle it. I don't get why anyone would give a realtor a percentage of there house. If it takes them 3 days to sell a house and its worth 1 million or if it takes them 3 days to sell another house that worth 10 million, why in the world do they deserve more money? In the past a realters job was a salesman, they had to do hard work, have a marketing strategy and go door to door to actively sell your house. Now people call a company and the company assigns them a realtor that then puts there house on the internet and they wait for people to call them with no effort. The old realter we can argue deserved a percentage the current ones don't do much. A realter should be paid by job a fixed rate.

A guy who completely understands her, emotionally stable, high communication and empathy, knowledgeable, spiritual, funny, self-development mindset in all areas in life including the bedroom and has strong masculine energy, also balanced in there masculine/feminine polarity, jesus... they dont stand a chance. @trenton The solution is clear, you need a higher paying job you enjoy. Everything else will begin to fall into place after your basic needs are met, got to take things one step at a time.

Getting a high quality man as a woman is not as simple as waiting for them to ask you out. Go to places where people at a higher stage of development hang out and chat them up. Its very unlikely that if your on this forum that your compatible with anyone lower then stage green. So 90% of the population is now unavailable. That also means most men in there 20s are no longer on the table.

The reason I interpreted things this way in this 1 situation (older woman trying to seduce younger guy who is not showing interest) is because i had the exact same thing happen to me in my 20s with a women i spent about 2 weeks talking to. She explained she was poly many times and then towards the end she started messaging me drunk saying "I would let you do anything to me", for some reason this really turned me off at the time because we didnt even go one 1 date yet and she is already asking for sex, so I stopped talking to her. Im guessing there is nuance here, for most properties im willing to bet just listing it for sale priced well is good enough. For hard to sell properties then a realtor can help with that. I can see how a lawyer is vital for understanding legal details, but how does a realtor save an ass? lol
