Leo's style is about clarity in what he's saying and Distilling things I also prefer that style and most of the time my whole life when listening to music I basically have no idea what they're talking about lol. @Natasha Tori Maru that’s a good point, when I eat poorly, I do notice my symptoms are worse, but I don’t follow a specific oxalate restriction diet. I just eat in a healthy way. Normally meat, vegetables, rice and potatoes or some kind of carb. I avoid all fish because it’s overloaded with heavy metals and I avoid chocolate and caffeine because it seems to trigger some kind of allergy(face rash) and reduces my sleep quality. I find that bell peppers make me feel really good, so I always eat one every day.
