Leos loves beating people with an Epistemic bat to the head. lol -
@Verdesbird are you sure you are stable? Is your living environment, stable and good? Are you able to hold down a job? Are you gonna have another mental breakdown? If you do get off of it, you have to slowly get off of it because you're gonna have withdrawals so plan to get off of it over the span of months.

The Ai answered the question using leos content. Its leos ideas.

I loved it mainly because I like new perspectives that I can manderate in, and I specifically enjoy silence and slow paced thoughtful directing. Movies and TV shows have completely forgotten what good silence and pacing is. I want to sit in the environment of a new perspective in a new world. I don't need people constantly talking or doing stuff, most of that is noice, but it depends on the story of course, there are many examples of things done right the opposite way.

@SimpleGuy I took the full transcript of leos video on Truth and gave that to Claude Opus 4.6 then asked it to answer your question from Leos perspective. Its on point! Ai can turn leos work into a teacher.

Knowing how to be is a skill separate from developmental stages. There are people who know how to be and people who do not. Some people accept reality some people do not. Its a mix of genetics and upbringing. Most people fight every aspect of there lives and complain when anything goes wrong or does not meet expectation. Inteligent rationalist types stuck in nihilism dont know how to be, they were never good at it even before there realizations, they resisted most things in disgust and had poor mood regulation. You don't need to deconstruct anything to know how to be. It's a separate skill. But if you don't know how to be then at that point you definitely have to start deconstructing stuff.

There was so much intelligence that went into the writing of each episode, very few shows can match it. Most movies and TV shows are at the level of bad copy paste with no visionary leading it.

Vince Gilligan is the reason. If you watch pluribus you could see the same directional style. That specific style of how to to tell a story on screen is a really good formula.

Let them talk about themselves. All people really wanna do is talk about themselves and their own interest..

Let's keep it real she achieved her full potential. This is as good as it's going to get. Most people their full potential is just scam artistry -
But Brian is nothing like Trump, Elon and all the tech Bros? He hasn't done any of those corrupt things yet, you're assuming he's going to? In the past, you told me that we need less conscious people then you running for politics because you are too conscious for politics no one is ready for that level of truth. I mean, Brian is as good as it's going to get when it comes to improving the healthcare industry at this level of development.

I've been trying a stack: Caviar (salt preservative) Beef brain supplement Keto Ester liquid (no preservatives) Chocolate (only sometimes) My general philosophy is that it has to just provide nutrients to the system and have the system lower inflammation and improve cognitive function that way without any kind of stimulants. The chocolate is the exception Where It's taken occasionally if you really want Peak Performance. Other things that help are stuff that lower brain inflammation, like vitamin C, vitamin d. But I haven't seen that big of a difference other then improved mood. But vitamin D drains the body over time.

When he talks to them, they're always attracted to him. He doesn't need any training or practice, he's a natural. Hes calm, tells jokes and is playful and it always works out, he is just himself.

It's unclear I never digested fat well even when I was in my prime. Like if I ate to many nuts it would come out the other end like a rock.🗿

Not hormonal. but brain structural issues. What is a adult female to you?
-
OH for sure also dont forget whale semen as a top off. I don't digest fats well in general. And in the morning if I'm eating too much oils and stuff, it just makes me tired. I found eating cholesterol to help me. But yeah, if you're a fat superstar digester, you're in luck. The keto ester can help trigger the bodies use of fat storage.

OK, let's do an experiment. We're gonna take some piece of music and then your job is to contemplate with that music and reports on what it inspired you to focus on. Or you could try contemplating a specific subject with that music and seeing if it had a positive or negative effect, or if it made you more creative or less creative. And so on. The context was from a previous thread where we concluded that Leo has a specific music preference, which has a specific emotion that he prefers for contemplation. All of his music falls into one specific emotional frame that he seems to prefer over others, were he posts on the blog. The frame being "nostalgic beauty of life", with a bit of sadness and longing to it. But that's up for debate. Looking into this further, it is clear that music create a specific frame and can stimulate in different ways or not stimulate. My personal experience of Leo's music is that it disrupts my thinking process, why this is is unclear. This is also an open discussion about this topic: feel free.
