  1. @MsNobody this video covers a lot of the basics involving attraction that for the most part has been a struggle to communicate. At one point in the video there’s a diagram that separates both bad boy traits and good guy traits on two axis. Where what a women want is a guy who has both bad boy and good guy traits, and the video goes deeper into the topic in a very useful way. This simplifies the whole problem and makes it a lot easier to have a conversation about because most the time when Women hear the advice leo gives it sounds very manipulative but really he’s just trying to give guys who are stuck in nice guy mindset to exhibit more bad boy traits. Society teaches guys to be nice guys and they get really screwed over for it because they are not rewarded By women, simply because it doesn’t turn them on it doesn’t excite them. Now from the woman’s perspective teaching a guy how to be more of a bad boy sounds wrong because you want to be genuine and not deceive you. in the end it’s a win-win for women because Leo teaches GOOD men how to be more attractive, men you would otherwise not give a chance to, so now you can actually start getting excited over Goodman!
  2. Into the depths of hell
  3. Feminism is not a new concept, the human race has a history of climbing the developmental ladder up to green and then crashing back down to lower stages over and over again in a cycle. For thousands of years. But I predict it will be different this time because we have a different social structure like the Internet and technology. We need yellow relationships and higher not rejecting green values then coming back down to blue Values. more info
  4. @Princess Arabia we used to have a lot more female members and we have a long history of debates between sexes where if I crudely summarize the issue it’s that women struggle to see how what they say they want and what they actually want are not aligned and that what they tell men to do to attract women is largely wrong, it does not work in practice for men. It mostly happens because of a conflict of agenda on one hand they want a specific type of man but on the other hand their primitive desires are attracted to a different mating strategy so the struggle for women is that they can’t find the right guy they keep dating the same wrong guy over and over again. A Blindspot and then they use that Blindspot to try to teach men how to attract women but women are not attracted to the things they say they want unless they’re highly conscious and self-aware. So Leo for the most part has given up trying to talk to women about attraction.
  5. @Seth I have a glass that I pour a vitamin in every once in a while to drink, there’s always a bit of residue at the bottom of the glass, today I looked in the glass and found a centipede inside the glass. In closer inspection the centipede was dead LOL. So it must’ve crawled in and died maybe after eating the vitamin LOL.
  6. @Seth insight can take a surprising amount of work and fumbling about!
  7. @bambi is your protocol available online?
  8. @bambi he’s at version 3 I’m looking forward to seeing how this evolves probably it will look more reasonable at version 10. Where he takes 10 times less supplements lol. I would’ve liked to of seen what he could achieve with something moderate with his measurement strategy. Drop all the excess and see how far you could take it with just the basics. This would be useful for 99% of the population instead of telling everyone to take Ashwahanda for the next 60 years.
  9. It seems unwise to visit North Korea. Maybe he is desperate?
  10. I don’t have $800 million to contribute to science. But in the past I did spend all the money I had (at the time) experimenting. Like I said I like what he’s doing and I like his personality and I like his message. being critical of parts of what he’s doing is not unreasonable.
  11. Ya ain’t talking about those new Hawaiian Kohona burgers everyone has been talking about?
  12. @bambi let’s imagine a scenario where he dies from unexpected complications. Imagine how that would shatter your paradigm of science. It would be such a shock to your whole world view. You’re thinking sure but it will never happen because he’s so measured. 🤣 but because his sleep is so perfect and his exercise routine is on point and his gut is in perfect working order he can put as much stress as he wants on his body and his body will intelligently manage it for many years to come.
  13. Yes 🙌 that’s exactly what I am, especially the jealously part.
  14. My perspective of him after watching all of his content is that I like his personality and his message which is generally very positive, he’s moving in the right direction. From personal experience I can see that some of the stuff he’s doing is misguided and some of the test results are conflated with other things he’s doing as well as issues with long-term research not existing. There is no long-term research for what he’s doing so he will be the first. People that are science biased will view what he’s doing as incredibly intelligent because it’s hard for them to see how flawed science is when it comes to these matters. Doesn’t matter if someone has a PhD or not or how much of science they are applying, they’re all repeating the consensus which is a very flawed system corrupted by money and blinded by data.
  15. @bambi no it’s not. That’s how you feel about it. I experimented with all of this stuff already and possibly you have not that’s why I’m speaking critical of his method. have you applied yourself?
  16. Your paradigm versus mine. In your paradigm those tests represent something meaningful and are not isolated data points that Miss the bigger picture. He has a supplement in his system and he has not measured How it affects him because it’s too subtle. The research tells him it improves his health but he has not measured it within his own body because how could he, there’s no way to measure some of the supplements. Especially the ones that have long-term possible benefits. Some of the things he’s doing he can measure other things he cannot, so he relies on research like the effectiveness of wine extract for longevity. Measurements and studies have never been used for anything long-term before all of these studies research and development are for short windows of six month effectiveness, there is a whole world of nightmares awaiting you in the domain of long-term research that science ignores or has no funding for. Especially when it comes to hormones.
  17. Words Bryan Johnson has never said in a video: Gut Microbiome Toxins Heavy metals Water quality Air quality Laundry detergent Fraud in science Paid studies Few long-term research Health industry corruption/mafia
  18. 33 Girl Aesthetics What a girl wears directly reflects their values. I'm sure most of you guys have figured this out but for those who haven't dont be blind to this, a lot of guys are judging attractiveness based on the aesthetic package the woman presents, and there's one specific type which is a very Red/Orange centered type that a lot of guys like that you see at the club. The high end fashion Look At Me Girl. They're everywhere and they're boring. Most of you guys are not compatible with this girl, the person who's compatible with her is someone who has the exact same values as her. It's very unlikely you have those values. Women are emotional and they especially wear their identity in an exterior way. You can easily figure out a lot of about someones values by what they wear, how they move, how they talk. The moment you see a girl you should try to figure her out immediately. If you're male stop focusing on beauty turn that part of your brain off and figure her out.
  19. 😂🤣 I think I’m done with that quest line. +300 xp, i’m about to level up soon. 💪
  20. It would be so so boring without pain. Without pain the game is unplayable. And I’m saying that from personally experiencing some of the worst unbearable pain, physical pain that never stops, for years.
  21. He stated that because he’s on a caloric deficit his testosterone went down so he takes testosterone injections to bring his levels back up to “normal”. The issue with this logic is that your body evolved for 1 billion years and it has intelligence built within it, so testosterone dropping because of a caloric deficit is an intelligent choice the body makes to keep you alive, so to counteract that intelligence is to think that you’re smarter than the body in a superficial way. In this one instance it might not have any negative side effects but this kind of logic applies to his whole philosophy that the body is wrong the body makes incorrect choices and we can just plough through it with a bulldozer. Another issue is he takes a bunch of supplements that he has no evidence improve his health he just take them because the research told him to. For example The supplement Ashwaganda has a bunch of research proving its effectiveness but he has not measured its effectiveness in his own body, he simply takes the supplement assuming it will be good for him.
  22. Ye that’s the strategy I’ve been going with sticking to things that gives good energy without the side effects. But I was interested in trying out his protocol.
  23. I feel there’s a category of perspectives that we should all be exposed to periodically but in practice don’t actually work. We should be exposed to them because they open up the doorway to construct awareness and deeper understanding but in practice it doesn’t work as a Way of life at least to the degree for which it’s being sold. Advice: Instead of chasing a state like being a more confident person just give yourself that state right now because reality is pure imagination. You want to be happy in the future but instead just give yourself happiness right now, you’re imagining not giving yourself happiness and you could equally imagine giving yourself happiness. It makes sense and it’s very important to hear this message, and in practice it’s impossible to do because your state is a combination of many factors not in your control. Now you need to incorporate another law that you are not in control of anything the law of acceptance. That is a type of contradiction to the other advice that you can simply give yourself whatever state, where you can manifest any state at will. I can see how this advice is very useful to the beginner who has never realized how much influence their stories about themselves and the world around them influence their feelings and how much control they actually have of their own stories. It’s a foundational teaching that everyone needs to hear but then in practice the waters are a little dirtier. Often to change your default stories you need to have very strong powerful emotional experiences. So there is a part of it that you have to learn the theory and then you need experiences.
  24. Yes chickpeas if i eat huge amounts, not peas, Yes beans. But the symptoms aren’t as bad only if i eat large quantities.
  25. About 20~30 minutes it hits, and can last up to 1-2 hours. It does get worse over time then tappers off. I notice something similar with meat or eggs but it’s not exactly the same. Yes it’s repeatable I’ve experimented countless times over the years, also lentil pasta has the same effect.
