  9. Its well known that meditation/relaxation changes the bodies physiology, One of these changes is the increase in gaba production, a inhibitory neurotransmitter. Experimenting with gaba supplementation gives me the sense of instant calm. Completely turns off the bodies stress response. This has only worked with Pharma Gaba and not Synthetic gaba. Synthetic gaba just doesnt work... should avoid it. Other incredible things ive noticed during experimentation: 1) Significant increase in sleep quality and reduced time to fall asleep. 2) Increase in muscle pump/blood flow during exercise as well as increased endurance. 3) Improved muscle recovery speed. 4) Augments meditation, making it easier to enter into deeper stages and quicker. 5) Improved digestion, it seems to bind to the the gaba receptors in the intestines improving digestion, noticed a reduction in histamine and autoimmune response, it would appear that the gaba prevents the body from overacting to food triggers!!!! Truly incredible... 6) Improved social experiences, greater social clarity. 7) Overall reduction in stress. 8) Overall quieter mind, calmer, more insightful. 9) Noticed the upregulation of neural path ways associated with calm and a reduction of does associated with stress. Appears to be a very effected training tool, for rewiring the brain. 10) Increase sex drive, semen production. In General doe, people are not unique, we all strongly follow our genetic programming wired into us from birth. It like trying to tell 2 squirrels apart, sure there different... Humans are more complex but not to an unknowable degree, the patterns are very clear and loud. We are still profoundly simple and impaired apes living on a rock.

  18. @Codrina If it says pharma gaba on the label it might be ok, but the ingredients usually say "PharmaGaba". @ardacigin Fully Agree with the points made that is the path everyone should be on but this might not cover the full story/use cases. The majority of the population are not producing enough gaba, chronic stimulated/stressed state for various reasons (not all psychological). Taking small dosages to bring gaba levels to "normal" or "meditative" could be safe long term, seeing as the body is already starved of gaba and its not exceeding the bodys natural limits, body has no reason to adapt and reduce gaba production. Just an possibility.
  19. @Aeris The brand i take is called natural factors, can find it online and at local health food stores. @Neorez Pharma Gaba is bio identical to the gaba the body produces, Regular gaba is synthetic and not bioidentical, the effects in the body are very different, causes issues like flushing and gasping for air... not worth taking, but dont take my word for anything, experiment with both .
  20. @cetus56 very possible, from what ive read about restless leg, gaba binding drugs are often recommended like benzodiazepines and gabapentin. Pharma gaba might be a safer alternative. Experimentation... only way to go. Restless leg is very possibly curable, that should probably be the main path to follow, but supplements can provide relief.
  21. @JonasVE12 @Bridge to Infinity Try the strict carnivore diet for 2 weeks, where you eat nothing but meat, water with maybe some sauerkraut. This is an experiment, elimination diet to test if its something your eating. The game for adhd is to increase gaba levels and lower glutamate levels in the brain. Do basic research on this stuff, like google "gaba adhd", adhd in part can be caused by lower gaba levels These drugs are not a solution, it will exacerbate the problem long term. Try pharma gaba supplementation in combination with 24 hour meditation practices. Where your metacognition all day viewing every moment as training.
