Add a conscientious message inside or around the comment box with words of commenting wisdom to help guide great conversations. This will encourage higher quality commenting and self reflection. It could calm someone down and guide them away from reactionary behavior or promote compassionate or creative responses. It needs to be right here next to the comment box always visible to be effective. Example: Let your very next communication in this space come from your Highest Self. Before you offer your wisdom to or about others, remember that your perspective is yours, and just one of many. Is this message off topic? If so consider moving to a new thread. Discern your “emotional buttons,” or the things to which you overreact. Feel your self, feel your ego, feel the self-contraction. Is this constructive and positive? Does this attack the person? If so please consider addressing the ideas or the message itself. Keep in mind that people can be at very different places in life, so your advice may not work for them, try to show compassion and understanding. Is this really the most insightful response? consider taking a step back, relax, let the idea settle and explore possibilities. I know i could of benefited from this reminder...

I would like UI change, a spread view of all the 10 latest posts from every category, this way i dont need to click into a category to see the posts listed. It could look like a page filled with blocks, containing lists. Would probably do an entire site UI update, its bit outdated.

@datamonster Heres a quick tutorial, the struggle and the transformation to yellow. lolol i wonder how accurate this actually is. When all of greens attempts for change fail and out of desperation it calls for more insight, it unlocks yellow. lololol How does green defeat red? INSIGHHHHHHHHHHT.

This is the a major difference between tier 1 and tier 2 thinkers. Are you ready to do real work and answer my question, what causes greens transition into yellow?

@BlackMaze Just do research... there are many doctors that eat head to toe carnivore.

Quick 2 min videos. https://ncdd.org/13854 Democracy 2.0 Liquid Democracy Wiki The idea we are supposed to vote once every few years on a representative is archaic. This system does not work and has proven itself to be a popularity contest, where the beauty pageant contestants are chosen by the powerful. Maybe we can have a debate discussing the pros and cons of this system? Is this realistic? What would it take to change the US political system? To be clear a liquid democracy is also digital, so imagine an app on your phone where you can see and vote on individual government issues, as well as delegate your vote to any representative that you trust. If that representative abuses his power, his power can be taken away easily in real time vai the app. No delay. It would also be possible to divide your 1 vote to many people you support, voting can be done anonymously and all voters must be government verified vai that app, bots are not allowed to vote.

A problem that will likely come up is marketing manipulation. Spreading misinformation to sway voters into supporting deceptive policies. This is already happening, but its gong to get worse.
-
@tuckerwphotography there are definitely challenges that will come up, but its got to be better then what we are currently doing... also people can vote anonymously. In underdeveloped countries intimidation dangers might be an issue, they are not ready for this system yet. Discussion opened.

@datamonster When you can explain exactly what causes greens transition to yellow, you will have graduated adolescence. -
Would it? Liquid democracy means voting on individual issues, not just representatives, that means daily or weekly voting can take place. More opportunists, more freedom.
-
@Opo Sounds illegal? Like forcing someone to vote is illegal today, also this is probably already happening in the current system. There would be no difference. lol

@systematic_chaos The only doctors worth listening to are does that opening talk about how they relearned everything they where thought in school. They are fully aware of the ignorance and corruption in the health care industry. Some videos of these kind of doctors. The first videa repeats alot of what you said in this thread. The average doctor repeats what they where told in school blindly. There just the average guy doing a job they dont like, waiting for the day to end to go home. Avoid these people. There is an epidemic of over prescribing medication, within that epidemic there is a epidemic of over prescribing thyroid hormone to anyone that tests low. In most cases If thyroid hormone is low it means the body has adapted to something. The hormone needs to be low, thats what the body decided to keep you alive. The doctor then prescribes hormones to reverse that adaptation. A foolish method coming from 0 understanding of the human body, that causes major issues short and long term. For the case of hashimotes the issue is indirect and not part of direct adaptation. Systemic issues... The root cause needs to be found and corrected, for most cases its resolved when the gut is resolved. if the underling issue it not resolved fast enough it can become permanent, like in leos case, or maybe there is some insight leo has not had yet unraveling the mystery. Its the same foolishness with every medication, for example cholesterol and blood pressure medication are the leading cause of stroke. The doctor and the patient have no idea it was the doctors ignorance that caused the stroke. Then doctor sais "i told you so! you should of taken care of your health, heres 30 medications now that you should take for the rest of your life". Doctors do this kind of stuff all day, with various issues. The next realization after this is learning that a doctor spends there entire career destroying the lives of most of the people they treat, while being praised doing it.

Make sure that you get everything you want in life or else you will be lmfao

@Rajneeshpuram NO, do not mess around with thyroid hormone, this stuff is nuclear. Unless you absolutely know you need it. If you went to a doctor and did a general test and he told you your thyroid hormone is low that does not mean to jump on medication. It means solve the root cause. 99% of Hashimoto's cases are curable, medicating is the last resort.

We need a better way to differentiate between the vegan diet with vegan ethical position. Its a source of confusion. Can we think of another way to define the ethical position? Ok by this definition i am a vegan who eats meat. Im honestly genuinely asking, is there a shadow here? How passionate are you on these talking points and how much do you want this? I fully agree with what you are morally saying, but this cant be used as a focal point guiding this inquiry. We need to examine all facets independently. We established the ethical facet, now lets tackle the rest, really openly with out baggage from the other facets. Then we can weight and compare each facet and explore realistic solutions. This feels like im suspected of committing a crime and being asked to prove my innocence. In an ideal world eating animals is a against the law? I understand the perspective... but this is a mistake, the other facets will reveal this. Was vegan for 10 years, got really sick (not saying it was the fault of the diet), was forced to start eating meat, the alternative was suicide. We would not be having this conversation if meat was illegal. Maybe there was a way to avoid this but i did not fined it, specifically because Health Care has become a business. A important facet to be explored! The logic works only if this premise holds true: The vegan diet is completely effortlessly tolerated for 99.9% of people. The premise is wrong. It becomes clear when we really dig into it. The space is complex with many shades of grey. From a vegan ethical position it would mean sacrificed health for many people. A trade off. Maybe this is something you agree with, minimizing suffering overall. But i disagree. Ideally we grow meat in lab or some other sciency solution, but we shouldn't rely on this.
