@laptophaver I have done the counting technique before and found it extremely helpful at the start. I have to start from scratch if i want to do breathing meditation so i will insert this counting technique at the start of my meditation practice.

@laptophaver "This is an important topic to bring up, it's not as primitive as it sounds. Breathing absolutely helped me through some major tunnel-vision, panic attacks etc. Tunnel vision has the effect of clouded judgement, which hinders intellect." How to breath when you have major tunnel-vision, panic attacks etc?? Also, how does one suppose to breathe normally?

Hi all I am battling with breath meditation cause of a problem with my nose. I broke my nose when i was very young and it grown on wrong and because of that i am breathing only through my left nostril. My normal breath is breathing through my left nostril into my chest and obviously not right. Could explain why i am a left brain person, so i think and could be a contributor to my anxiety. How should i breathe in breath meditation? 1. Breathe natural like i am breathing in through left nostril and into my chest? 2. Breathe natural like i am breathing in through my mouth into my chest? 3. Control my breath by breathing through my left nostril into my stomach? 4. Control my breath by breathing through my mouth into my stomach? Also how should i breathe in daily life: 1, 2, 3, 4? Thanks in advance!!

Then i don't know what to do or how to do breath meditation so i am going to take that as a sign to do another meditation.

Anyone have advice for me on any of these 4 questions?

Also, i think a lot of times he was speaking as God cause he was one with God and so they wanted to stone him cause they miss understood what he was saying. They thought he said he was God alone. He said: "We are Gods" i think he meant we are all God but in plural form like your God, I am GOg they are all God. What did Jesus mean when he said though: "We are the children from the most high?" That does not say we are God?

Another book: Byron Katie - I need your love, is that true. All we want is love and approval from others and we go to huge lengths to get it(like we please people to get it and more) but she helps us understand that by doing that we loose the feeling of love. To get that feeling back we must realize we don't need no ones love cause we are love and to find it we should go inside. She explains it better and there is more to it so hope you read that book, it's a game changer.

So what if your head is huge. That is not the problem it's cause we want love and approval by others and them laughing and making fun is the opposite of love approval. WE don't need it cause we are love and i guess you figured that out sub-consciously. I had a fear of people laughing at me and still do a little bit but it was so bad at one point if someone was laughing i thought they were laughing at me cause i look funny or something. I have a fear of making a fool out of myself and having severe social anxiety that feels like it is easy to do but i realized that even if i did make a fool of myself people will at most think 5 mins what a fool i am if that long. They go on with there lives and be in there heads so it's not that bad. I would be depressed for days and they forgot a long ago about it. That helped me a lot.

It's cause the paper and the arrow is 2 dimensional and the room with you hand pointing is 3 dimensional so it's about perspective. With your hand and the room your inside and with the paper and arrow your perception is from the outside.

@Shaun Feeling sick is a good sign i have been told and it makes sense with the kundalini energy or being as Inliytened1 calls it. Feeling sick is a sign of negativity being released or burned up by this energy. Wow interesting Inliytened1 never thought of it that way others also call it Shakti.

It is kundalini energy, I had this 4 years ago happened to me but i was not in control, it was spontaneous and it came in waves. When this energy hit my head area i got visions and mind clarity was super clear and strong. I did not know what it was but felt like this strong energy moving up my spine. I was new to this so it scared me and i did not carry on with my practices and found out later by my teacher that is what it was.

@winterknight Hi, I have been doing self-inquiry but as i am turning the focus inside, I try to feel were my self is inside and best place i find is inside my head but i start to get a pressure in my head that is very distracting and a unbearable. Also, when i am done it still there and can't handle it and effects my nervous system all day long. What is that and what should i do? Thanks

Wowww. You don't want to do that!! Can we still push ourselves like if i meditate more and do self-inquiry, i wont get into a bad situation like that? How can we integrate stuff without psychedelics?

I am a bit confused about what infinity really means. Wonder what is an illusion and what is not. What is meant by infinity? Is it the size like of the universe but the space and or the entire universe + space + every dimension...inside both?? Or is everything in one place but at different frequencies??? Heard that the material world is an illusion so is why i ask.

@Leo Gura By saying the mind is infinite you mean that there is a mind within a mind to infinity like a dream within a dream but one dreamer?

@Leo Gura I have spend a lot of time contemplating it and thinking about it to trigger some kind of experience and all that happened is more realizations which could be right or not. My mind is very open and it has helped my get some small mystic experiences but nothing big. Your right but i am not the type of person that should take psychedelics cause i have rather big and allot of fears and don't handle them very well. I am one of those people that would hold on the the very end when i go through my fears. I know it's wrong but just can't help it and i am working on letting go so think i am not ready for psychedelics but it is in my plans in the future when i am ready. I want to work on myself till i can take 5-meo-dmt one day. I do meditate and starting self-inquiry so i am on my way to letting go

Wow nice man!!! I had mild depression the other day and then had the idea to observe it as i am the one observing it and it just magically dissipated. I know i am on the right path. Thanks
