Ohh wowww thanks. you made me realize something i had backwards or maybe did not understand correctly but do now. I read somewhere they said thoughts are not yours but the universes, i thought yours as in not the ego's but realize it is the ego's thoughts and not the "real YOU" thoughts of which i had backwards some how loll. You are def right it's me as the YOU that knows it's not the body/mind but is still attached to the body/mind and forgets that fact and thinks it's lost the awareness of the YOU but the awareness is YOU. This is been very helpful and like Anton_pierre said to use affirmations to remember these things. Thanks!!!

@Anton_Pierre I do self-inquiry but to know what i am and not who i am not. So should i do a practice that i am not?

@SoonHei thanks I am not new to this but also still pretty new to nondual experiences. I have watched my thoughts before but for healing and not for enlightenment so i will give it a try. I have realized that i am the awareness of thoughts but still get caught up in them as believing them and by believing them i think i am still thinking they are my thoughts. Very frustrating process!!! What of the thoughts that seam to be mine like when i think or thinking happens that i am going to think a curtain thing?

@Anton_Pierre "Awareness of the Dream is Nothingness" Could you explain more about this cause i am not sure i get it. How can i become more aware of the dream other than just thinking or trying to believe it?

@winterknight I had an experience i would like your opinion on. I was walking around in my home and then i got the idea that my sight, sounds, feeling, thoughts... are actually inside my head and so it's like i the body which i see, feel... is inside my head so it's like i live in or my entire experiences and"objects" are within my head so i was like wowwww i am living inside my mind. Thought that it's a strange loop like consciousness inside consciousness or something. I felt like i was on a higher consciousness and so it made sense but now in normal consciousness it feels stupid. Is there a world outside my head/mind? If no why am i the body walking around in space?

To me hate is a illusion that is only seen as duality like seeing the act in a sort term and not the bigger picture and parts of the long term we don't get to see or experience for others that is. In our case we are to ignorant to see the bigger picture. Is being brutally attacked by demons really so bad when you were a child if you learn how to be so strong and defeat them in the long run and help everyone from demons when your older and you become stronger?? See to become stronger you have to suffer sometimes. Hates is love in the long run so to say

This is just a theory that i want to throw out there and don't say this is true cause i just don't know. I got this from watching Leo's videos and contemplating on it. "Subconscious mind" is the God head/God/self/formless/consciousness/you/me/everyone/everything...and is eternal. also, It's not yet manifested. "Conscious mind" is "subconscious mind" without the God head aspect cause the God head is manifesting the consciousness in form and not eternal. Both are one and not separated but looks that way cause we are not conscious of it on the other side so to speak Something like that.

Something happened tonight but it's not really an experience but i got something from this. I take Ritalin for adhd but only use it when i can't focus so i got the idea to drink 2 10mg pills to see if i can meditate and maybe will be able to focus better, which was not the case. After the Ritalin was about to cum down, i was watching something on you tube. The Ritalin help me to focus so strongly that things around me all most completely disappear and it freak me out a bit. Then i thought to myself i need a practice to help me get that type of concentration and focus when i meditate so the things around me really disappear and then go even deeper like in jhanas. Anyone know of such an concentration meditation or concentration method to do what the Ritalin done so i can go deeper in meditation. That could help me gain more experiences. Anyone want to share a concentration method i could use, please help i want to go deep with my meditations and have experiences?? I use to do the candle flame meditation were you look at a candle but that one causes big pressure in my head. any other concentration methods?? thanks

Hi there I am new to the site even though i have been listening to Leo for a year or so and only thought of it now to come to the site. Glad i did and hope to have some insights and maybe become enlightened one day. I don't understand the point to become enlightened while living if one day we die and become enlightened anyway if that is the truth, i don't know. I am 40 years old and only started to understand life and reality now. Probably not even 3% of what reality really is but i get the drift. Anyway my question is why live a life like i did that for 40 years. I was totally in the dark and it feels so pointless why i even lived if i am only going to be enlightened if i even will become in like 5-40 years if i get to be 80 years old. What is the point of living a life if MAYBE a person will become awaken or enlightened??

@winterknight When a person dies do the go to these worlds, like spirit worlds or astral worlds? Am i a spiritual being? Does karma really exist? Last one did Jesus exist?

@winterknight Could you please answer 3 more questions. 1. Rebirth you mean in this world? 2.Can we go there to the Astral world? 3. Is there karma for doing bad things or is there karma for rebirth. Thank you, was always looking for a book explaining this game, or dream i keep on hearing. Thanks!!!

@winterknight Hi Wow it's very nice to read your thread and I am very honored to even have the chance to ask you some questions. Have a few questions i hope you would answer. 1. Is this reality a dream, a video game or what would you say if you have to tell someone that is open minded or trying to find out what is really going on? e.g. Is the One dreaming or playing a video game by putting himself in the game and so on...? 2. How does a person who cant shake the ego live in this illusion of a world? I try to think of everything as me, that it's a illusion and so on by does not help... 3. What happens when the 'body' dies in the illusion of a world if you have not become awake or enlightened? 4. Do you become enlightened when you die? 5. Is there an astral world that could be a delusion, like if this world exist as a delusion then why can't the astral world? 6. Is awakening like being God? 7. Do you feel energy? Thanks

Yes something like that. Was is a bad space when i wrote it. Also, very important point you make that i forgot about is to be unconditional with myself and just was the opposite like 1 hour ago.

Thanks man. I have been meditating for about 5 years now but i have not stayed with a curtain meditation and moved on as i keep involving. Now i feel like doing a meditation that might get me to realize the truth. So you say zazen right? Thanks
