Like i said before a person should also try to zoom out and know your the one that is observing it but that could be detachment which could be a form of separation. Does not go to the root of the problem but you can move from the state of detachment when observing the sensation gets unbearable and the state of going deeper into the sensation.

I know you weren't making fun of me and you bring up a good point. i usually feel it in the gut and mind. My spiritual teacher told me that it actually is creative energy that the minds interprets it as depression cause it's like a delusion. One must go deep into the feeling of it and when the minds interprets it as depression one should see through the illusion and notice you cant trust your mind. Feel what the sensation is like vibration or whatever you feel rather than labeling it. Also, notice that it comes and goes and does not stay that long unless we cling to it.

There is a sort of a self being bored and that's the True Self and if your love and have it for eternity your get so use to it you don't feel it and sometimes to experience love you have to loose it and find it again to feel it ones more. I experienced mind depression the other day and i realized but i am the one watching/experiencing the depression and it went away!!! It was a shock but since then i tried it with anxiety but it did not work maybe because the first time i did not believe it and was expecting nothing to happen and now i am expecting something to happen. Give it a try maybe it will work for you. Good luck!!!

@Gili Trawangan As i understand it the is no separation between the observer and the observed(The witness and what is being witnessed) like if you hear a sound were is the boundary between the hearer and what's being heard? Also, what is hearing the sound? Look inside and ask who and were do you hear the sound? If you look there is nothing hearing the sound like what's being heard is just being heard inside an empty head and mind. That nothing that is hearing that is something and there is no boundary between that so everything is one. FYI nothing = witness, they are one and the same.

I see it like this: Time is a measurement device to measure the present moment that is invented by humans. If i walk from one point to another point(start at one point and end at another point) when i started is that in the past or is it just me walking in space? It's movement in space which is the present moment. So it does not exist in that way but like someone stated that if you go faster than light then who knows. So does time exist? I think we misunderstand it but it's could be just a mindfuck. Time could be a illusion because the mind thinks of it as past and future but it is just movement in space. Present is just space.

Then i thought to myself but that is the nothingness that people keep talking about. Is this what they mean by nothingness in a way, is it a small glimpse or is my mind bs-ing me??

I get what your getting at with the exercise but had no shift. I am still freaking out in a good way, like being amazed by that and now knowing that it is what the formless is. wowwww to me this is amazing discovery so still trying to be in that awareness of this formless and what it is, hoping to get more of an experience and still looking at me hand and see what happens. thanks

That my friends right there is why Jesus said no rich person will ever get into the kingdom of heaven cause he has it backwards and the finger pointing out the loser is pointing towards him.

@David Hammond David could you please tell me if i could control my breath with this meditation cause i have a big problem to not control it?? Also have problem with one nostril, would that be okay? really want to do this meditation right.

I am talking about what some teachers call the matrix, ego based people driving by power and controlling others and telling others how to live not that it's not real even though it isn't but not saying that. The movie might be based on that too.

What you are saying is basic living in the matrix shit, society telling "the sheep" what to do and judging them for this. Why everyone thinks they are no good if they are not doing what these "sheep" cause they are the biggest "sheep" tell them to do.
