  1. I would love to hear @Leo Gura's current opinion on free will. It's been a few years since his 'free will vs determinism' video on YouTube and I guess the statements in this video aren't up up date anymore concerning his development of consciousness through the years.
  2. How do you know that your third eye is already open? What exactly have you experienced yet? I'm just curious
  3. I got grey hair when I was 16.
  4. @pluto I need to correct myself, I meant 2 - 3 matcha bamboo spoons instead of teaspoons, that's not as much. Then you get a nice foam. But you can also take more or less, it depends on how strong you want it.
  5. @Shiva It's important to use a matcha bamboo whisk (chasen). I whisk 2 - 3 tsp matcha vigorously in a zig zag motion until the tea is frothy (20 - 30 seconds). The water should be 70 degrees hot.
  6. Perfect start in the morning ??
  7. I work in a tea shop and have tried both but personally I prefer matcha. It makes you energetic and focused, it's a perfect combination of caffeine and l-theanine (which is responsible for the calming effect).
  8. @LoveandPurpose If you are vegan, watch out for yor daily protein, iron, vitamin B12 and omega 3 intake. Vitamin B12 should definitely be supplemented as it is not found in herbal products. I recommend you to take spirulina, chlorella or hemp powder as a supplement to a healthy vegan diet, too.
  9. @David Hammond @Joseph Maynor In this case Leo's words were not exactly smart, I would have expected a wiser answer.
  10. How can we be certain that the insights we receive during psychedelic trips are real and not illusionary? I am really open minded concerning this topic and I believe that these realizations in fact show you the truth. But I have never tried anything harder than cannabis so I would just like to know some conclusions from our psychedelic experts here. I am refering to mushrooms, LSD and especially 5-MeO-DMT (maybe @Leo Gura could help out).
  11. @Kensho That's how I imagine it. The experience must be so overwhelming that it indeed feels like the realest thing ever. But like you and Leo say, I have to experience it myself. PS: Thanks for the advice, I already thought about that but I just wasn't sure yet.
  12. @Leo Gura I don't think that was a silly question, you just didn't answer it properly. My question was rather hypothetical. Of course I would enjoy the trip to Australia, but that was not my point.
  13. @Leo Gura But what I mean is if I finally traveled to Australia, I would ask myself: Okay, this is Australia. But is it really Australia? What if my mind is tricking me again? I know that might sound too absurd and maybe I'm too philosophical. Like you said, I need to try it for myself.
  14. @Leo Gura I would love to try them, but unfortunately I haven't found a reliable source yet where I could purchase something.
  15. @Nahm Yeah, thanks I'm the one and only Billy Shears! ✌? Indeed, what we perceive as real is just a projection of our mind. Nothing is real, and nothing to get hung about...
  16. What if we were also just characters like Super Mario in a virtual reality being controlled by a higher force? What if this virtual reality was so advanced that the characters are actually conscious and think they are real and in control?
  17. Telepathy is a real phenomenon, but mostly unconscious. The more empathic you are, the more receptive you are to signals, messages or feelings. You can even receive things that will take place in the future.
  18. @Jack Walter Leon I see what you did there, haha ?
  19. @Rilles Are you also into gematria? That will scare you even more.
  20. @Moonturnsthetides In the Western world mental illness is completely misunderstood. When you deal with psychosis or schizophrenia for example, you are actually experiencing higher states of consciousness. The problem is that the ego is messing up things because it is not used to it and can't handle this different state of being, it literally goes through hell and creates all kinds of stories about what is happening so that's the reason why one gets mad.
  21. We are all connected with each other, but that doesn't necessarily mean that I am an illusion which only appears in your mind.
