  1. Working out is extremely important, most problems can stem from that reason only. I think one hour is well enough for the day unless you literally lie in bed all day. Also stretching and breathwork can be very important. Do you meditate before bed? I find when I meditate for 40-60 minutes before going to sleep, I sleep way better and I get more intense and vivid dreams.
  2. @LfcCharlie4 I use organic Icelandic ones. Most of peanut butter is vegan I think. They're super high in healthy fats, protein, potassium, and fiber. I could not live without it. Maybe you react badly to it tho, I always feel great after it personally.
  3. Bad habit? If you get the right ones, they're extremely healthy.
  4. You'll forget about this idea of having to become a millionaire if you really love writing. And you can definitely become a millionaire by writing, you can't set the bar this low for excellence. You could become as talented and wealthy as Stephen King if you love it enough. I'm not saying you have to aim that high, but if the skies the limit, and you really shoot for it, even if you fail, you'll only be worth 10 million instead of 500. Here is a great example of mastery. Give it a listen, I'd bet this will motivate you.
  5. Last night I became conscious of the mechanics of god. I really went into the engine of how reality is run, and I'm utterly amazed by how intelligent this creation is. It's so unbelievable its the most beautiful creation there could ever be. I'm just utterly speechless and floored. I was also put through god's tough love. God is not just rainbows and sunshine for the ego, I was shown the most utterly terrifying collective suffering as a test to see If I could love it. It was uncomfortable, but I did not resist it. It was terrifying and beautiful at the same time. The most amazing thing about it was how selfless god is, the ego, which is writing this can not understand god's selflessness. Words don't do it justice, thought does not do it justice, not even close. I'm thankful for psychedelics beyond belief, but I'm also aware that it may become too much of a crutch. Maybe one day I'll decide to take a long rest, but I am not going to decide on any desires or thoughts. All of this "I'm going to do this", "I'm going to do that" is nothing but what the ego desires and wants. I'm going to start to try and live more spontaneously and just see what the moment brings. I'm done living life, it's time for life to live itself!
  6. @trenton This is the wrong way to go about it, and it's kind of just wishful thinking. Nobody becomes a millionaire by wanting to become a millionaire. Those that are millionaires have a purpose, a will to create something they love, and before you know it all of a sudden you're a millionaire and you don't even care anymore because you love your job so much. You need to find a passion first. And believe me, you have to really search for what you want, it's not easy by any means. Psychedelics will show you the magnitude of god's love and imagination, after seeing that, you'll believe you can achieve anything since the highest human achievement are like a speck of dust to god. If you can't get hold of psychedelics you need to contemplate more. This life is a dream, and you can take control and create whatever you want. If you were dreaming one night and realized it, would you continue going to work and live a normal life? Fuck no! You would do whatever you'd want. Love is the answer to everything. Everything you've ever seen was made out of love, when you realize this you'll realize the creative power that comes from loving your work.
  7. Thank you for reality! Thank you for being selfless! Thank you for only goodness!
  8. After the MDMA experience last week, I've done a lot of work, contemplation, meditation, self-inquiry, etc. But the trip itself was not as powerful as a classical psychedelic. I took about 220mg, which is a lot for a first time. But it was insightful in many ways. It was more like being drunk on love, rather than the amazing infinite love I've felt on LSD and mushrooms. Now it's been two weeks since my last LSD trip and the tolerance has worn off. It's time to go back in there tonight, I've got some potent tabs so this one will be deep. These trips last couple of months have been really nice and smooth, some definitely rough, but overall great improvements happening fast. The ego is lessening by a lot every trip. The more tripping I do, the more humble I become I've felt, even though I felt I was humble before. I don't have an urge to be this "know-it-all" on the forum that tries to solve everyone's problems, even though I may know the answer, there is no urge now to respond. unless I feel I can really pitch in for fun. The more trips I've gone through the more I see how not knowing is the ego's worst enemy, It sure would love to have all the answers loaded up and ready to fire. Even after trips where I feel I've just gotten it all, when I come back I feel that the state of not knowing is the best state for staying permanently aware throughout the day. The last trips have been really focused on truth, and authenticity, and some on god's infinite Imagination, love, and selflessness. We'll see what comes up tonight, I've got no clue. Today I went with my family on a road trip to a beach near a small town. It was like a full-fledged summer which is unusual at this time of year here in Iceland. I managed to stay completely aware and meditated almost throughout the entire day, which was awesome. The sound of the oceans was so relaxing and the energy from the sun felt like it supercharged me since I've not felt the sun's beams for a long time.
  9. @Tristan12 I hate to be "that guy" but contemplating all this will get you so much further than reading it from books. But there is a fine line to walk there too, it would be best to do both. Unfortunately, one ends up dominating the other often.
  10. @zeroISinfinity Lmao! Well, that's a shadow to work out then, at least it has been identified.
  11. @zeroISinfinity Not-knowing is the way to get there. hell yes to stage beige.
  12. @GodDesireOnlyLove You can't live in non-duality, there is no form there to be. It's just infinite possibilities. No form.
  13. @GodDesireOnlyLove You are, right now, inside duality. When consciousness untangles and liberates itself, it collapses into non-duality or infinite love.
  14. Be careful here with your authority, since all stages are imagined by you, all masters are imagined by you, and so is everything. When you awaken to such high consciousness, the mind, body, soul all merge into oneness, and consciousness becomes aware of itself. So there truly is no one to become enlightened, since that one, is one with all. Like powder dissolving into water. Saying there is someone than can become enlightened, would be imagining a subject-object duality. That there is a "you" over there, and a "me" over here. And that the "other" one can become enlightened. It is all you. All one baby!
  15. @LfcCharlie4 Awesome man, you guys will be doing great in the future. Conscious business all the way baby! Amazon is a whole beast in and of itself. It's actually closer to a search engine than an "online marketplace". It's more expensive and yields less profits for those who are doing mediocre. But the top dogs there make a killing and have usually transcended to a big brand by then. But from what I've seen, you don't have to rely on Amazon at all, but I don't know about books, you seem to have that figured out. But you know what they say, no author makes a living off his books. So I hope you have some great other content planned out.
  16. @LfcCharlie4 Yeah I could see how that would make a difference since it's books and courses. Facebook has a really specific audience and a specific type of product/marketing-angles that works best. Have you guys thought of shooting YouTube ads, promoting your business that way? Pinterest is also a hidden gem, not utilized by many.
  17. Wrong, master Facebook ads, and you'll see the power of what you can achieve on your own. Amazon seller's don't hit numbers close to those of Facebook marketers. They're definitely more reliable in the long term, but not so much profit-wise.
  18. My one advice would be. Write a letter to your future self. Since you seem very optimistic and open to this idea now, tough times will come where you will question it all. Whether it's worth it, whether you can do it, etc. Reading the message when you're in a rut will help you keep going, even when it gets extremely tough, and it will. You seem achievement-oriented in the right way and not in the success and money-wise way, which orange would be. You are coming from a good place where you want to make the world a better place, that could be taken as either green, yellow, or turquoise. Do you feel like you have to make the world a better place because it isn't already perfect? If not then it's not green. Do you feel like you want to help humanity out of humility and compassion? Then that would be yellow. Do you feel like you want to help everyone because you see yourself in everyone and everything, and feel it's your responsibility to better your creation of reality, as it is your own? That would be turquoise.
  19. @Nak Khid You are a subset of god, a finite part of it. You'd have to become infinite to be god.
  20. @actualizing25 He means a realization of the true self or disidentification with the ego. They have had glimpses of god but only partial, as one can not grasp god fully.
  21. @ivankiss It's like some people on this forum just can't accept that someone other than themselves actually awoke. ? Happy for you, sending lots of love!
