Of course I know the lovely Wim. Just came from a freezing cold shower and never felt better. Cold exposure feels like a rebirth from the ego each time. Also been running in just a t-shirt and shorts in the cold. Feels amazing!

@intotheblack Never seen these around. Looks like a good additive to food. hope you enjoy it!

Thank you brother Funny you mention it I've actually gotten more lenient in my discipline since I started it but managed to find the sweet spot. A firm grip yet not this neurotic Goggins type mentality which was what I needed to start again. It's can be quite counter-intuitive regarding spiritual work. Yet pushing the limits of your mind can also lead to some spiritual growth as well. There's definitely a lot you can learn from those seal guys, but you have to know what to take and what to leave. This one of the best tools you can have in your life, being able to learn the "good" parts of every stage and disregard the "toxic" stuff. Essentially been enjoying being more spontaneous. You have to find what works out for yourself as you said.

Please do post pictures! Very interested in what your meals look like. I'd say my diet is about 85% clean but I'm trying to get more variety to them. And you should try jogging or exercising outside in just a t-shirt. Feel really freeing to be in the cold, and your body does an excellent job at heating you up.

I put 4 teaspoons of powder into hot water, then a bunch of Himalayan sea salt, a bit of milk and that's all. Although I'm gonna be trying what the people above suggested. I've not experienced constipation from it, It's probably due to the high amount of fiber in it. Maybe you're getting too much fiber over the day?

@flume Thanks for sharing that recipe! hehe glad you like it. It's my old sheep, her name was Móra, she was gentle as a dog.

I'm about to take some mushrooms as well tomorrow. I'll be doing 2g liberty caps. I usually fast about 4-5 hours before trips, try and make it a big healthy meal with lots of protein and healthy fats. Definitely have some fruits. One of my favorite moments ever was when I bit into a lemon and lime during an LSD trip, kiwi and watermelon also tasted heavenly. I try and keep a Powerade or a Gatorade to the side as well, it depends if your body can handle those types of drinks. For me, it's like fuel. So definitely try and have a variety of fruits. Music can be good for the come-up as it can get a little wild sometimes. But once I'm deep into the trip, silence is always the preferred choice. I suggest to go with the flow and don't think about which one to choose too much. You should probably be able to drive after 8 hours, you'll know when you feel able to.

Reminds me of an MDMA trip I had this summer. Chatting with friends with 0 filter is one of the most healing things I've done. Can imagine it being similar in these ceremonies.

@Yoshy Awesome! It's absolutely great. It's not as addictive as coffee due to it having very low amounts of caffeine, the brand I buy has 0.3g per 100g of powder. Am I the only one here that drinks it hot with little milk and Himalayan salt? If I start eating it as well, it may unfortunately be too much. I treat it more like coffee or tea. Cool, cant wait to try adding those things to it. Didn't know about the muscle-building aspects of it, that's great to hear since I'm working out a lot currently, I did know it's loaded with protein tho. @Loving Radiance Yeah my friend goes to them from time to time. I bet it really enhances the effects used in a proper ceremony.

I'll have to watch the yellow episode again, it's my least-watched one, I've watched the others a bunch of times. I actually think most of these guru's are stage turquoise, but went through yellow without diving too deeply into it, yet implemented the important lessons of it. I'm not so sure yellow has so much to do with learning deep systems thinking instead of looking at things from a birds-eye view. I feel the will of studying it can deeply rely on your personality type, as you mentioned with the left-brained thinking. Observing how orange and green for example behave, in a sense they're equally as wrong because they both assume one thing over another when reality is all-encompassing. It includes all aspects. Maybe this is getting into turquoise territory, but assume yellow is more about seeing both side's views and not judging either side. I'd love some clarity on this as well.

Damn, that sounds like supermans breakfast. Sounds delicious, will give that a try.

Very interested in this as well. People like Sadhguru and Osho probably didn't study strange loops and paradoxes, yet must have passed through stage Yellow without the embodiment of Yellow knowledge. I assume you shouldn't have to rely on external knowledge if you contemplate things on your own. But you also can't get stuck in your limited thinking, like Sadhguru's political views, maybe we need external influence to get out of those limitations.

Woke up at 3:00 AM from what could only be described as the most real paranormal dream I've ever had. I'm not one to get nightmares often, almost never happens actually, maybe once every one or two years. But I've never experienced a nightmare of this level of realness. I'd say I was definitely semi-lucid but not really aware that I was dreaming. Felt more like an astral projection. Anyways. It started off that I was watching a video with Sadhguru in my room in which he started chanting some Hindu scriptures. After a little while, this sinister feeling started to emerge, like he had summoned some evil force, I remember going out of my room when all of the sudden all lights went out, and all people disappeared. I was essentially alone in existence, on this dark planet. Then there was this deep paranormal force that felt so real I'm convinced I actually tapped into the dark arts. Since there's no "real" or "unreal". So there I was at 3 AM bamboozled by what just happened. I realized the dark aspects of reality is not something to mess with. This felt like it could have been some ego purging, maybe I induced myself in fear to see how I would react to it. Maybe I fear the loneliness of god.

You're in luck, they grow all over England. You can probably still find some at this time, depends on the weather over there. -
Love you America! You chose love over fear. ?

I'm just self-taught. Took some courses about 2 years ago, mainly for selling products and had a decent success with it last year. I don't know your purposes for using FB ads, so I hope I can help you if you have some questions.

Feel free to ask me about anything if you need some help.

Just finished re-reading Conversations with god book 1 last night. What a fantastic and humorous book, probably my all-time favorite read. Lots of contemplation was done during the time I spent with it, and I've probably highlighted like 85% of it, hehe. There are a lot of things I've yet to have direct experience of that god spoke of in the book, but there's also a lot I've experienced, like Infinite love, imagination, truth, relativity. There are so many facets of this book, for example, it touches on how to live as your highest self. You can easily change your whole approach to life if you live totally consciously as if you were molding yourself out of clay. By changing your thoughts, words, actions, correcting yourself when you catch yourself going off course from your highest vision. But we love the ignorance and distraction, we love the suffering that comes from being a limited human being yearning for higher aspects of ourselves. But our soul does not want this unconscious living, it yearns to know the truth and to realize itself as god, but it's the ego that takes control and dictates us far too often. Another aspect that I found interesting was how god talks about creation and the creative powers we all have. We are creating ourselves anew every second of our waking life, we create our world, our universe. So we oughta be able to create what we wish to, but we don't get what we want or need. Because part of wanting something is the belief that you don't have it already. We have to rethink our approach to wishing for what we want. ?That which you think of but never speak of, creates at one level. ?That which you think of and speak of creates at another level. ?That which you think, speak, and do becomes manifest in your reality. "(I am) is the strongest creative statement in the universe. The universe responds to (I am) as would a gene in a bottle." "You get your life to take off by first becoming very clear in your thinking about it. Think about what you want to be, do, and have. Think about it often until you are very clear about this. Then, when you are very clear, think about nothing else. Imagine no other possibilities. Throw all negative thoughts out of your mental constructions. Lose all pessimism. Release all doubts. Reject all fears. Discipline your mind to hold fast to the original creative thought. When your thoughts are very clear and steadfast. Begin to speak them as truths. Say them out loud. Use the great command that calls forth creative power: I AM." This goes for all aspects of life, whether it be your search for god and love, or material well being and financial security. It takes deep conscious effort at first, but when practiced enough, this becomes as easy as ignoring it and living unconsciously. I've been on this journey of disciplining my mind lately with waking up early, quitting caffeine, quitting porn, etc. What I learned is, to make too much of an effort in quitting these things, I'll always end up flat on my face. A true master sets things aside as if he has no use for them anymore. Overcome your desires you no longer must, instead of changing them, the first feels like a discipline, that latter feels a joyful exercise. I really enjoyed this book again and got even more juice out of it now than when I read it the first time. What I took most out of it was how powerful thought is, and how it's a superpower to know how to use thought as creative power, and as contemplation out of old belief systems. The book gives a really clear description of morals and how reality works and how its constructed. Can't wait to start book two, and go into my mushroom trip with all this wisdom fresh in my mind. I'll contemplate the highlighted parts of book one before I put it to rest, then I'll start part 2. It's really trippy to think about this reality. I imagined a character named Neale-Donald-Walsh. I imagined him going through all this trouble he went through so he could write such passionate letter to god that he actually answered back. I imagined that so I could find my way to Leo which then led to this book. Which I verified with psychedelics that I imagined. And so here I am, utterly lost in my imagination, talking to myself, creating other characters that lead me to find liberation on my own, which I project authority to in my unconscious thinking. But with clear contemplation, the veil lifts and the light shines through the curtains, little by little, until it's all white light, totally infinite singularity of love, of nothingness, of unity, the division unifies and knows itself as god, the ultimate creator.

One of the biggest promises Trump made was to jail Hillary. Do you see her behind bars? Billionaires and high-rank government officials are untouchable because they run the show.

@Chrism hey there Are you aware of spiral dynamics by any chance? Would highly recommend looking into your shadows of stage Blue/Orange, and to maybe look into studying Yellow as well. Not judging you by any means, just saying it helpful for evolving past what seems to be a somewhat green mindset.

You're here to remember that you ARE truth. You're here to re-create who you are in every moment, to experimentally know yourself through creation, and thus - god. Absolutely, but don't let that stop you. Since you're already here on this forum, asking these questions. Some part of you yearns to know the truth. If you have a relatively healthy mind, psychedelics would actually be your best teacher by lightyears. You can do 10 years of psychology work in one year with their assistance. Your best bet is to learn about Integral Theory or Spiral Dynamics so you're aware of the pitfalls on this journey, you'll know how to progress up the spiral if you have the map to your assistance.
