@Consilience yeah but "normal" emiton are easy to locate and be aware of - you can feel it in the body - unless they are deeply unconcious - for example in me it's around types of women i found attractive to me - I tend to be shy and insecure - which is ridiculous from logical stand point but when in comes to those concioussness states - it's more like (wtf are you talking about ? ) where or how do you feel it

@JessiChell The Truth: An Uncomfortable Book About Relationships - Neil Strauss (Novel - with a lot of psychological explanations) you've both male psyche and trauma inshights( his trauma is specfic emotional incest with his mom ) the ending is naive, as far as I know they are in different state now - highly recommend The Foutainhead - Ayn Rand - (Novel) is baffling how well she understood how each of male at core level aspire to be, which was manifestation of main character which is Howard Roark The Unbearable Lightness of Being - Milan Kundera (Novel) pretty much an accurate description what it going in male mind when he needs to choose between his freedom and commitment to a single woman Iron John - Robert Bly, metaphorical story of male psyche (that might be tough to grasp woman from venus man from mars - has some good parts as well ( self - help )

pickup is much easier when you come from a place of already filled cup with love, or wholeness whatever you might call it being needy and craving are unconsciously repulsive and unattractive, paradoxically when don't want her she might start to chasing you like crazy ... not sure how to apply that to hottest girls, cuz you want them badly, one trick that works is deep abundance of women does it have something to do with enlightenment ? I found that to be curious about it, and I want to explore that more deeply Leo talks about it in Life Advice For Young People - Part 2 - time mark around 1:20:00 - he only mentions spiral dynamics and ken wilber, but not any specific recommendations 3-5 books on it will be good start then he talks about superhumans even more vague way, like for exmaple WHO?

how do develop a VISION for your life purpose ? how VISUALISATION works, and what technique you have been using to attain your goals, doing the work, stay on track, motive yourself etc ?
