  1. I would like to ask what do all of you think about the concept that Love is all there is? Here's an example I thought of: Say you are very poor and have only $50 and you saw a beggar who is probably starving. What should you do in this case? 1) Buy a proper meal for the beggar or give $2 to $5 since we are all connected. By providing love to the beggar, you are providing love to self. 2) Give all $50 to the beggar. Emit love since love is all there is. 3) Refuse to give anything. Love yourself before loving others. Which will you choose? All inputs welcome.
  2. I am feeling broken again. A friend of mine just did a deal with someone and I lost lots of earnings and future potential earnings. From now on, I will just be honest and hate people who don't do business with me.
  3. EI 2.0 contains more than 80 tips on how to deal with emotional issues and people. But it has less depth. If you listen on audio, you have to listen carefully because the audio will say out like 6 tips with short description at one go and then move on to the next chapter with another few tips at one go. There's another emotional intelligence book by Daniel Goleman. That one has more explanation and more depth but lacks examples and practical tips. So depends on which type you like or simply read both. My advice is read them and don't listen to audios. I typically only take 3/4 as much time as the person reading even at (1.5x speed). I absorb more from reading than from listening on audio.

  8. Teal Swan does give some good points from time to time but her points are usually hidden and the message isn't so clear-cut. Her videos are usually quite long but only contain one or two main messages. And you probably need to pay attention to get her message.
  9. So what should you do to practice unconditional love?
  10. Thanks. It looks like a cool book. Like you, I have a habit of seeking comfort. Definitely I need to confront my shadow to find out why.

  12. Chinese song but translated to Vietnamese subtitles. Most of you probably don't understand Chinese. Let me know what you think. Actually, if you are a musician/rapper, you can probably put English or Spanish lyrics to it but do credit the authors.
  13. There are thousands of things to try out in this world. You are going to miss out some of the activities anyway. Like can you be a doctor, a life coach, a renowned chef, a spiritual guru, a lawyer, a coder, a party guy etc So instead of thinking you are missing out, why not think of it as you are very focused in your path spiritual journey? It is not easy to stay focused in one path.
  14. It's all part of the ego distraction. Instead of doing proper inner work, most of us end up doing reviews on various teachings and keep complaining about stuff.
  15. Just study hard and you should easily pass film school. Make sure you learn everything in great details so you do not miss out important facets of film making.

  17. Don't think. Don't care. Don't judge. You will finally understand why I keep telling people to 'don't think'.
  18. To have ego strength, first you need to accept yourself for who you are. Set realistic expectations and goals. And work towards them. Be flexible.
  19. Don't make sense. People excel in different field. For example, a doctor prescribes medicine, a surgeon performs surgery, a teacher teaches, an aircontroller controls the movement of plane at the airport Do you trust yourself so much that you will never see the doctor again? perform surgery on yourself, teaches yourself Maths and Chinese and aircontrol your own plane?
  20. I don't watch most of Leo's latest videos because I am not near his level of awakening and I am also not so interested. I am mostly only interested in the self-help stuffs like overcoming procrastination etc. I would like to ask @Leo Gura ? how he speaks for hours without looking at much notes and how he remembers so many points at one go?
